✓ Very buggyI use this app for work, it contains everything I need but crashes a lot! The app will close meaning all the information from the form is gone. It's especially buggy when I have taken lots of photos in each form. I regularly clear the cache but this doesn't seem to help. Please could you look into making this more stable!.Version: 1.6.7

✓ Mystery AppThis is a demo app but try to find the hidden cost of the actual product. Company website has no info on what this cost. This leads me to believe the app cost is super high or maybe this is another ridiculous subscription service that wants you to pay a monthly fee. I am not going to waste time on a demo if I don't know how much it really cost if I decide I want it..Version: 1.4.1.22

✓ Do Not Use - Extremely BuggyBe very careful when using this service. The cost is reasonable, but the firms do not work consistently and we encountered all kinds of errors and problems that support could never fix. We discontinued this service after months of work and costs to set up. The database regularly lost firm data and our users in the field constantly complained of the program locking up. The only way to fix problems was to delete the program and reinstall, which shows how buggy and unreliable it is. I could not be more disappointed. Even our sales rep, BJ, that works for Actsoft says she has lost expense reports if a character is in the wrong place...too sensitive, buggy, and simply unreliable..Version: 1.5.0.3
✓ LOST ME THOUSANDS !!!!Worst thing I ever did for my company ,they have no back up they lost 97 invoices of mine and that I could not retrieve. You cannot trust them with your forms , unless you keep a copy of them yourself witch is impossible the way the app is setup you can only submit your invoices and only have a list of your history. Bottom line they lost 97 of my filled out forms with info I needed to get paid on those jobs which I thought I was going to be able to print out but they were lost in the system and they could do nothing to find them. They did nothing to accommodate me just simply that they were all lost and what I'd to do like there CEO who talked with me when I started my service , but when I asked to speak with him numerous times about this very important issue I was just given the. Run around. You will lose invoices that you submit and they have no recourse or take ANY responsibility..Version: 1.4.1.15

✓ Started out great but....The web app is so limited. You cannot copy fields, can't rearrange them. The web app has all kind of bugs that mean you waste huge a,outs of time. Field guys complained that some of their submission disappeared. Disappointing..Version: 1.5.76

✓ WeirdYour forms are forced into portrait orientation (which I hate) ipad. When I tap a text field, the keyboard comes up in landscape and the screen goes very strange. Unusable. Looks like a poor transfer from iPhone to iPad gone wrong..Version: 1.5.2.61
