✓ GoodI like the app but I got pregnant whilst into a VIP package that ran out before end of pregnancy and was unable to view pregnancy mode without paying again but didn’t think good enough to warrant that. I tried Glow and couldn't get it to confirm ovulation unless I put in a positive OPK no matter what my temps did. Fertility Friend follows my signs and accurately pinpoints ovulation with no problem. I have very irregular cycles, but thanks to FF I'm able to more accurately predict when my period will show up. Helped us conceive our youngest baby with relative ease! A+ for this app! ✓ Thankful for FFI began using fertility friend in 2005, I believe. This was before it was an app. I accessed thru internet and I believe they were collecting data at that time to become so smart. Fertility Friend has given me more powerful information and insight into my body and hormones thru the years than any doctor or lab tests ever could have. I believe they have done so much to advance women’s health and awareness. Fertility Friend deserves an award! I have seen so many period or fertility apps since but I know that they don’t compare to the longevity or data that FF has (or usability!) Golden - FF is golden..Version: 11.32

✓ One of the most valuable apps!So many capabilities, from basic charting to comparisons across your own charts and thousands of other users. And the forums are hugely helpful from a support and education standpoint. I used Fertility Friend for a year before getting pregnant with our daughter. I'm using it again as we try for our second child. It was empowering to walk into medical appointments armed with printouts of my charts. I was able to clearly demonstrate various cycle patterns across many months. This expedited the medical phase of our experience. Even if you don't chart, there's a wealth of information at your fingertips, all explained in a way that makes sense. Maybe more than anything, Fertility Friend was a lifeline of sorts for those seemingly endless days of waiting and crushing disappointments. ✓ Happily Used until today’s update...Today after this update, I opened the app and it says I have no internet connection, despite being on WiFi and LTE at home where I’ve always used the app. I paid for the VIP membership and now I can’t use it. I was using this app all the time (looked at it last night) and would continue to do so but I’m afraid to delete it and risk loosing all my data in the app. I love this app. Used it through the last 2 years of my husband and I trying to have kids. You can track as much or as little as you need. These days, I just track my period - no longer in the baby making market ;) - and it’s perfect: no frills or fancy layout that is hard to navigate. I love how straight-forward all the information looks and how helpful those tips about ttc are! The Line Reader was seriously helpful with the faint BFPs, and having the other hpt photos from the gallery was great. It takes a little bit to figure out navigation and the overall look is a little old-school, but WOW the analysis, tips, and chart searching features are really incredible and worth the premium price in my opinion. ✓ Great for irregular cycles and specific symptomsI love this app. It’s not as slickly designed as other fertility apps, and that might put you off, but it’s the most flexible and most scientific of any of them. You can even pick the analysis method that predicts ovulation (eg FAM, cutting edge research, etc). It taught me a lot about the important of fertile cervical mucus and has been very helpful in tracking my irregular (PCOS) cycles. I appreciate the granularity of symptoms and ability to track your own particular ones and add your own. The only thing I don’t like is feeling judged when it says my temps are out of their normals... I wish there was a box you could tick to say you have PCOS and then it wouldn’t accuse you of mis-measuring your temp or being abnormal..Version: 11.32

Then hubby and I decided we were ready for baby number 3, and I was so regular I wasn’t tracking much of anything. Then my last couple of cycles were completely haywire so I decided I’d start tracking heavily on this app to figure out what’s going on and when we should, uh, focus our efforts. One month later and we are preggers! I love the BBT graph and that you can track so many other factors like headaches, stress, cramping, medication, energy level, libido, etc. and you can personalize your own factors as well. It turns out, I knew almost nothing about how to actually conceive before I downloaded this app. I tracked my period for several months while my husband and I avoided conceiving. ✓ I ❤ FF app!Been using it since 2008, and have no complaints. I stopped taking BC in 2003, and went all natural using "Billings Method". Before Fertility Friend, I had to manually mark dates in a calendar, with no way of tracking patterns or creating charts on my cycle. Plus, FF "sync" feature saved me big time when I had to restore my iPhone, which wipes out any third-party app data. I simply imported my data back to my phone after restore. ✓ Most accurateWe’ve been TTC for a year now, and I have been diligently tracking my cycles in 6 (!) apps (I only used 3 apps the first 6 months and then added Fertility Friend plus 2 others). I’ve tried every ovulation/cycle tracker app in the App Store, so I’ve done my research. OvaGraph was generally my favorite BBT app, but I have to admit that Fertility Friend has been the most consistently accurate when it comes to detecting my ovulation. More than any other app, FF seems to actually ‘listen’ to the information I log each day and never fails to match up with what I believe my body is saying (as opposed to other apps that are generally accurate but not precise). My only ‘complaint’ would be that it’s not as ‘pretty’ or modern as other apps, but at the end of the day, it’s certainly the most precise - and that’s what matters..Version: 10.26

There's lots of tips and information for how to increase your chances of pregnancy but I don't need *any* help in that department. ✓ The Only App I’ll Use for TrackingI found FF after joining a subreddit that referenced it a lot. I started really tracking after getting off hormonal birth control, complications from a LEEP procedure and PCOS diagnosis since my cycles were out of whack. They became longer and much harder to predict ovulation. Along with BBT and OPK testing, FF makes it really easy to input data and have visibility to the bigger picture of what’s going on. VIP is worth it for the Lightbox feature alone. No more guessing if the test line is as dark as the control line on an OPK. FF even offers a free course to take to learn all things about fertility! When they released the iPhone app, I switched to using it exclusively, and it has continued to work perfectly. Now that I’m nearing menopause, I appreciate being able to look back and see changes over time. The app is always analyzing data, and predicts my next cycle based on my trends. The predictions are accurate. Inputting data is super easy. Suggested symptoms were really helpful. I love the graphs. The only downside is when I started using the app there were so many features available and eventually they started a vip membership that cost extra and made those features only accessible to vip members. The overall app features are impressive, and the integration with the website is good. The website feels very old-fashioned, and is not integrated well with the forums, which are weirdly laid out and look unwelcoming. The chat rooms are dead. The one feature I would ask for is integration with Apple Health Kit. My thermometer is Bluetooth and I would like the readings to automatically enter this app from Health Kit. ✓ Taking back some control!Having been TTC for two years now and with a PCOS diagnosis I have felt some very low lows and felt I have no control over anything. Fertility Friend has helped me to regain some of that control by helping me to understand my ever changing cycle! I don’t have a regular cycle length (ranging from 28 to 48 days) and this app has helped me to better predict my ovulation days which has helped with timing! The app is yet to give me an incorrect predicted period date and this is something I have never had the privilege of knowing before! I have learnt so much about my body and my signs and this in turn has helped with conversations with my doctor when seeking fertility support. We are now on track for ivf and I think this process has been helped along by already having all this tracked information to share with the consultant! Once you figure out what your fertility signs are, (this comes from charting for a good four to six months) you can easily see when ovulation is coming. I had seven pregnancies charted on Fertility Friend and 4 live births. If trying for your first, make sure to BD at least a few days before ovulation. (The best, is every day until ovulation and then the day of and 1 day after too.) So I’m premenopausal now and still tracking for gyno health. All I do is do the start and stop of my period and if there is any mid cycle spotting. I plan on teaching my daughter how to use the app too once she starts because it’s so helpful for just knowing when it’s coming. (Trips, health, Drs appointments.). I’ve used the info for so much. ✓ Conceived twice first cycle using!I loved this app. It was great to help me understand my cycles and what my body was up to. I have PCOS, irregular cycles and extremely long cycles. With my second baby, we tried for 11 months. I was then introduced to FF, and the first month using it, we conceived my second child. Four years later and we started trying to conceive and started with FF straight away. ✓ For once an app that doesn’t discriminateThis is the GOLD STANDARD for fertility monitoring apps. There are so many crappy ones out there. This one is by far the best from an ovulation detection/prediction standpoint. It is also one of the ONLY apps that accommodates to long/irregular/PCOS cycles. ✓ Worked well for me twiceFirst attempt I downloaded 4 apps, after basically assuming I was ovulating 20 days a cycle (following the advise of all 4 apps) we were trying a lot! After 3 months I narrowed it down to fertility friend as per the 4 apps this app predicted my period start and end dates with accuracy within less than a day really. So I just stuck with the ovulation days that it predicted and it worked! ✓ Best app so far!I’ve tried other apps including Glow, period tracker etc. I even spent $200 for the Ava bracelet and none of those stack up to Fertility Friend. I have longer cycles and my ovulation date is on day 22 rather than day 14 like the other apps tell me. FF is the only app that really makes you understand what is going on with your body, when you truly ovulate and has extra features like when your possible delivery date would be if you conceived this cycle, tells you when a good date would be to take a pregnancy test or even allows you to put secondary signs in to help predict if it shows early signs of pregnancy.
