✓ Please fix it!FF is my fav cycle app but.... when I click back to previous dates ff randomly keeps overwriting data. It's only when I notice flatline temps that were not previously flatline or I realise my custom notes are exactly the same on more than one day. I have no way way of retrieving my original data. ✓ Good features, bad designThis app is great and has some wonderful features and provides great insights - however the design is so bad. The user experience is clunky at best and it’s impossible to find anything. Not intuitive and I find myself relying on a second different app with a much better UI to track my cycles. Although I do like this app, I find myself getting very frustrated when trying to find things that should be easier to find. For a premium price of $40 per year, I can’t understand how more time and effort hasn’t been put into the design and user experience of this app. I like it, but won’t be upgrading once my premium trial runs out just due to the frustrating experience..Shnxr28Version: 11.24

✓ Can’t login or register accountThe app won’t register my email (said it had a typo or the email is rejecting it in some way) and the app claims the only solution is to delete and reinstall the app. I tried multiple times (might I add that is mighty frustrating you can’t just add a back button to the app and instead have to delete and reinstall the whole thing) and with different emails (my professional, personal, and husband’s) and it all said the same thing. The actual app login itself has a early 2000’s (iPod touch gen 1) feel to it and needs updated, as far as the calendar tracking goes I couldn’t give an honest review because I could never get pass the “new user” registration..Minkie pieVersion: 12.21

✓ Paid for a second year but not creditedAfter having paid for the first year full access I renewed full membership after it expired. However membership did not take and I emailed the team to let them know - they said because I had paid in the Apple platform I would have to contact Apple to sort it out. I didn’t understand why I should have to do this - why they couldn’t sort it for me - I had been offered renewal in the app which I had done - why offer a renewal option they don’t take responsibility for. And presumably the app team eventually receives those funds - and now it’s on me to chase Apple to sort it out. ✓ Decent Ovulation Tracker; Pregnancy Forum is a NightmareI used the Fertility Friend app in conjunction with OPKs and the OvuSense Sensor to try and conceive after a miscarriage. The first 2 cycles after my miscarriage, I only used the Fertility Friend (FF) app. I got pregnant on the 3 cycle in which I also used OPKs and the OvuSense Sensor. It was only with those 2 additional data points, that the FF app accurately predicted my ovulation date. So it's a good tracker, but in my case they needed more data than just my morning BBT to get the date right. The VIP membership comes with access to a TTC Forum and a Pregnancy Forum. And this is honestly where the company needs to greatly improve. From what I experienced, there is little to no moderation on the forums. And let me tell you, the other posters do not like it when you tell them that pregnancy after loss makes the endless stream of "bump" photos, ultrasound pics, announcement photo shoots, and gender reveal posts really hard. I've now asked FF twice to deactivate my account, and reported the abuse in their Pregnancy Forum. So far there's been no reply. I put my account on pause, and I have no intention of using this app until they get better moderation on their forums..Jpoulin85Version: 11.11

✓ Used to be accurateI couldn't decide out of 3 or 4 stars for this app. It helped us conceive our first baby on the first go, so I was amazed as the accuracy the first time round! My periods were perfectly predicted up until the point we decided to conceive, and obviously the ovulation stats were also spot on, given I got pregnant first try. These days I use the app more as a natural family planning tool (i.e so I can avoid getting pregnant without using contraception before we're ready for #2), but the app doesn't seem to cater for the adjustments in your hormones and body after having a baby - i.e. my periods were quite irregular for a few months but have now evened out (my daughter is 12 months old now), but the app is off by about a week in terms of predicting my periods which makes me concerned that the ovulation days might also be out! It's like I need to reset the stats almost. Note, I have only been using the free version of this app, so perhaps it would be more accurate if I upgraded..Ajh268Version: 8.37

✓ UsefulI’m finding FF useful. Just annoying you have to pay more for more info on your cycle such as whether you could be pregnant based on your previous data and data for that month. I used FF to get pregnant along with using Ovulation sticks with my son. ✓ Disappointed!!I downloaded this app with high hopes! Most things I was interested in exploring course needed the subscription. I went back and forth on if it would be worth it or not... then it pops up 3 day free trail. Stating if you don’t cancel before you would be charged the 9.99. So I thought okay, that’s great!
