✓ Best CRM I have ever seen!I have been using Zoho CRM for over 2 years. The iOS app has made me much more productive. I can easily see all my daily appointments and tasks, see all of my accounts near me with the cool map view option on accounts and contacts. ✓ Need Apple Watch appReally good app but needs Apple watch support and the ability to share a contact or account without having to export to contacts or take a screen shot. Also the ability to automatically log incoming calls, use Waze, and speed up the map that shows customers around you. It’s terribly slow. ✓ Great customer ServiceThis app crashed every time we tried to access the lead section. We couldn’t search by lead or edit leads. We rated the app poorly and got a response from CS they tried to fix it and finally had us uninstall and reinstall which worked. The CS called us to discuss which is when things started to work. So be sure to ask them to call you if you have issues. The app itself is great for taking the CRM on the road..Version: 3.2.11

✓ Incredible CRM!I was recently hired as a Senior Account Executive and had never worked with Zoho before. I was pretty much thrown into the fire and told to figure it out in how I can organize leads, potentials, proposals, and calendars. Well, Zoho is not only easy to figure out, it has every component I would have used separately. For example if I want to see how many accounts are in proposal state and what the quotes are, it’ll show me the potential for conversion. I can also set meeting reminders, call back reminders, and assign tasks to employees. Zoho is a tool that I highly recommend to anyone needed client management. Simple and fabulous!.Version: 3.6.20

✓ Brilliant. blows ACT away!I was using ACT sage with 4 people. This involved a server, syncing etc...with laptops...although I could log in remotely to use, it was slow and didn't integrate with email etc... I would have kept it but when we restructured SAGE said I would have to buy it again. Anyway, miffed, I looked at other options - I had already migrated away from exchange server to google apps to outsource my mail (brilliant amazing do it!) so was receptive to cloud solutions. So I tried a few....I downloaded all my ACT contacts to Zoho and gave it go....well I've been amazed... it's free and much much better than ACT. To top it all it's integrated with my mail in google apps. So I can easily track leads with a click add contacts etc...it's all in the cloud so easily accessible anywhere and no issues with a server. As a system it is far far quicker and easier to use than ACT and so far it's free! I have bought this app so I've got it on the move, but again compared with ACT (which doesn't have cloud or mobile app) it's light years ahead of the industry leader. A couple of people have given bad reviews, one because the app is for iPhone (but that means you can use it on iPad too...just x2?!) and another because he didn't like paying for the mobile app?! All serious business people out there who are used to paying for ACT, sales force.com etc.... Seriously, this is brilliant...hey, and it's free for 3 users....can't recommend it highly enough. ✓ Great mobile version of ZOHO CRM, only needs a bit more versatilityThe visual on the ZOHO CRM fits our need as an industrial manufacturer that concentrates on Telephone Sales and Web Sales. It enables us to be more efficient and track the Sales Team's progress and set KPI's. The only niggle I have with the app is you can't use it by itself as it doesn't allow you to edit templates and reports etc as comprehensive as you can on the web. In short, it can't replace the clour/browser version completely. Yet. Hopefully that can happen as it seems to be more responsive than the cloud version (likely because it has local files downloaded, then maybe synced, by the app to the cloud server). Please continue the support for your app as it has decent potential..Version: 3.2.4
