Goodbye Zoho CRMI primarily work on iPad and this app has very limited features on iPad. And since I’ve installed it I CAN’T access web app anymore - the browser constantly redirects me to the app - this is probably the most annoying “feature”. Every time I need to change or setup something that is not possible in the app I must delete it in order to access website and then reinstalled. This a huge pain. Predatory appZoho shut down my use of the app because I turned off access to location services. Why does zoho need to know within a few feet my location every time I view my CRM. They don’t. They already know by my subscription that we’re a Southern California business. There’s zero legitimate reason for it. Apparently they’re trying to be the next Facebook and track when I go to the bathroom or leave my home. This app needs to be removed from the App Store until zoho ceases this predatory assault on user’s privacy!.Version: 3.6.6

Lost all my DataLike the idea of the Soho app and was using for a sale team both from web, iPad and phones. Like the system while using. But then the system went down and we lost all our sales reports and contacts!!! Soho online support informed me they do not run a back-up system. It was our responsibility to do backup. We lost all our data was a bad decision and their techs couldn't bring back even after confirming their deleting. My rating is low as their cloud system fails it's still your responsibility to have backup. We went to Soho with the understanding of remote flexibility and real time backup to a cloud system..Version: 3.2.10

Key features missing from appThe CRM allows for the creation of module layouts used for creating records, which is excellent for different record types e.g Contacts: Client or Applicant. However, the app doesn’t allow you to choose the appropriate layout when creating a new record, which means either adding the contact using the wrong layout (and by extension missing all of the fields for that record) or creating a reminder on my phone to do it later, which hugely defeats the point of the app in the first place. I can’t overstate how frustrating this makes the app to use..Version: 3.2.11

Great interfaceThis is an awesome way to organize my new projects. I tried a lot of different CRMs but none looks as good on the iPad. Awesome! Decent but Lacking Commonsensical SyncThe most glaring issue I have with the app is that it currently does not instantaneously sync with the desktop/web version. Using a mobile app, I should not have to manually sync in order to see changes made to field layouts in module — let alone have to log completely out and then log back in to see any modules that have been recently created. This app is nearly unusable during the creation & development of our CRM layout, which makes it impossible to use for testing and to see how our changes look on mobile. Ok product, HORRIBLE supportEverything is fine with Zoho until you run into a problem. The support team in India is utterly incompetent and annoying and a real pain to deal with. After explaining my problem over and over again over email and phone, they asked me to email them my password in plain text so they can log on and "have a look"! Good software but misleading priceFirst of all, to use this requires a mobile access account with Zoho which is at least $36/yr for one user's access. For the lack of transparency I will only rate this at 3 stars. Zoho makes a number of online applications, many of which give Google a run for their money and I believe most if not all of their apps are free for basic usage, while Enterprise level apps are available for a fee. What I like about Zoho CRM is that it's online, fairly fully featured and it's free if you're just the one user logging in. This iPhone app that called "free" to download is not free to use (like Daylite), because you are then required to pay an annual fee to connect to your online account, which is at least $36/yr. I didn't like the lack of tranparency with that price and would have preferred a one-time fee for this app instead of paying annually. iPhone users don't expect to pay annual fees for usage of an app and you (Zoho) would probably see better adoption rates if you charged a one-time reasonable fee for this app instead. Seems stable but in light of the price per month to use this, I would favour SalesForce as it's an industry standard..Version: 1.1

DisappointingDisappointing It looked so good however once underway the shortcoming cane out. The layout is confusing too many categorise, the reporting or logs do not exist, data transfer from the contacts is poor cannot transfer in bulk, and some data is missing such as email and phone. Limited functionalityWhile this app lets you do a few things, it lacks some basic functionality that makes it difficult to actually do much. For example, for contacts I can’t see or edit tags. I also cannot view a contact’s sent or received emails. The CRM Campaign module seems to be entirely missing. ShortcomingI use and like the app, however, it lacks the ability to operate multiple accounts. I have a customer who asks me to log into their ZOHO CRM to log accounts I generate on their behalf. I also have a ZOHO CRM for my own company. I cannot operate both CRM’s on the same phone (iPhone 12 pro). This is problematic. I have another account who I have been promoting the ZOHO CRM. If they decide to use it for their company it will be. Bigger problem. I should be able to sign in to multiple accounts and toggle between them (similar to Twitter or Instagram). Needs work.I began to use this app on my iPad Pro, but quickly became frustrated. I was using my the app on my iPad with the Apple Smart Keyboard when I clicked login and was forced into landscape mode, causing me to have to collapse the keyboard and flip the device around. Once I logged in and the interface went back into landscape, I began to add a contact. I normally use the tab key to navigate between entry fields (and I’m pretty sure this is common practice), but the app would not allow me to do this. I quickly grew tired of the cumbersome navigation. Luckily I had my MacBook with me today otherwise I would have to keep using the app. I would really like to see all of Zoho’s apps optimized for use with the iPad Pro..Version: 3.3.8

Great concept, Needs improvementZoho has been part of the CRM revolution with an app and service that has potential. The latest update seems not to fix any issues, but made things worse: One thing I’ve noticed is that it’s not saving the data properly. This is very frustrating, especially after working for hours on gathering leads and accounts information - you go and enter the data, hit save and call it a night. When you come back to resume where you left off or you need to go back and retrieve the data: it’s not there. You only find what you’ve entered the first time you created the item months ago, and not what you’ve entered and updated since. Another downfall is trying to export all your data from Zoho CRM to Outlook. ‘Cause let’s face it: one can not rely on your data being 100% safe and accessible anywhere. You always must have a back up. But the problem here is that when you export from Zoho CRM to Outlook: the data doesn’t appear in the fields where they supposed to be. It’s all scattered in odd fields, even the most basic info like a company’s address or phone number, making the whole thing useless. It just needs a much better Outlook integration. It leaves you to think: If this basic CRM plan is unreliable, you think I’ll want to upgrade to the next tiers?? This is why I give the app a two-star rating, which means that Zoho Corp has more and better work to do..Version: 3.3.4

Big fan of zoho but this one needs helpI’m an avid Zoho user and one of the reasons I like them is they listen and are quick to fix things. So - I’m giving this app the worst review because it’s gotta change. Top issues: 1) I can’t figure out how to mark a scheduled call as complete on the mobile app. It drives me nuts. I’m on the go a lot so this is catastrophic. 2) The voice memo feature for a completed call should automatically save the memo onto the completed call. Somehow my voice memos are not saved to the call record and I get an ‘invalid record’ error upon each save attempt. Plain text records work fine by there is an issue with voice memos. Those are my two biggest gripes. There are more but for the day to day I just can’t get past those things. I love the concepts that this company comes up with and their responsiveness and I am really looking forward to the next release of this app so they can wow me again. Thanks..Version: 3.3.7

It’s pretty good but....You can’t choose the order you see things in. Eg search for a contact and all the Sign records come up first which doesn’t make sense - if you searching for a contact you want the contact not the related records. Doesn’t always pick up desktop settings. Eg send an email and they go out without a signature even though you have specified same as desktop settings in the options. Other frustrations include: - modules re order every time app updates so I have to back and change to my preferred order. - poor telephony integration eg I can’t make calls via RingCentral app on my device. I have to copy the phone number and paste into RC and then make the call. However the backend integration does mean the call is logged as an activity - BUT no means of storing notes about the call u less you go back to CRM, find the activity record and then enter the notes..Version: 3.6.23

A crm app that won't let you see your dataThe point of this app is to access your data on their crm platform. But I can access zero leads and you get errors like "less than minimum occurrences" when it times out having been asked to serve you basic contact details. Used to be ok. Great App except..Love this app and having all my info at my fingertips. One thing that frustrates me though is that the app refreshes every time I move away for a few seconds to another app. I will basically lose the note I was working on or the customer info I was entering into the app. I am told this is an iOS issue but my other apps don’t refresh that fast or at all. Huge fan of Zoho but this is not performing at it’s fullest potential.I use the entire zoho platform for most of my business for about 10 employees. Part of the reason we made the switch was because of the manageable customization in the CRM. Workflow is not as intuitive as I thought it should be, things don’t syncI find it not very intuitive to learn, training videos qualities are poor ( low res) and sometimes very confusing as I guess they assume You have a broader understanding of Zoho speak, will take time. Used on iPad you can’t do campaigns. Mail to crm doesn’t work very seamless, contacts don’t go see less from crm to mail. Lots of time wasting things like that or maybe I just need more experience. Too many glitchesWe built a custom booking/crm which works well on desktop. The app glitches too much with the bookings. When they’re updated they’ll end up in different slots all over the place. It’s only because I know when people are booked that it doesn’t end up costing the business any more money. If we hadn’t already spent a good deal of time and effort setting up the crm I would have cancelled my Zoho months ago. Broken on iphone XThe developers have placed the search icon in the "horn" area of the iPhone X's notched screen, but failed to hide the phone's default reception/battery display; instead, they overlay each other. This makes the search icon nonfunctional and renders the entire app basically unusable. It is a very obvious problem and makes me wonder what other aspects of the app's programming are also substandard. Also, the search function itself—on phones where it even works at all—is, shall we say, quirky. By which I mean, it is badly implemented and often cannot find the record I'm looking for unless it's phrased just right. Finally, it has a really obnoxious tendency to reset itself to its home screen if I leave the app even for a moment. This is very annoying especially if I'm trying to transcribe information from a record into another app, such as for instance if I'n trying to find a customer's contact info and copy it into an email. Overall I would say the app gives an impression of having been made by amateurs, except that would be an insult to the many fine programs made by amateur programmers. Best avoidedI struggled with the app and, very annoyingly, they have cancelled my account as I hadn't logged in for a while. Without warning. Then they tried to tempt me in as a new client but without the ability to use my existing data. Email functionality- invoices module not working , etc.....Since the last update 2 w ago, when trying to send an email to a contact thru “invoices”, module will not automatically populate the contact’s email address (having to select manually the correct email is very difficult when you over 3k contacts with multiple emails with one address already set as default). App is constantly throwing an error message of some kind (I’ve sent the error log so many times that I’ve lost count) App is not populating field which already has a predetermined value (this has always worked fine until 2w or so ago).Version: 3.3.3

Buggy as hellSimply none of the dashboards on the iPad app work or load data. 90% of them anyway not relevant and can't be changed for 'Potentials' on of most important ones. Call log feed never accurate! I simply wish I could log in in the morning and see accurately how many calls made by my sales team - but..... they simply are NOT pulling in from calls made - and thus a waste of time using the reports. (If I used the report to take sales manager's actions, I'd fire my entire team based on the data! But I can see so many calls not populating in the log..Version: 3.2.1

Insurance broker testing appOverall, good app! I will use the app for I believe it can help me pipeline my leads. I can email new tasks to assistant. I can convert a created contact into a lead and then into an opportunity (sale). I can track notes. I can add contact to my mobile. I can follow my new tasks. What the app lacks: I canot create a new event directly into my Apple agendas. It creates it into it's Own agenda but I need it to integrate because I need to know if I'm available. I canot add a new pdf file from another app on the phone. It only ads photos unless you add the pdf from the pc device first..Version: 2.2

ImprovingThis app is getting better, however there is still some ways to go. The List of features don’t quite work as described or perhaps the descriptions are not accurate as to how the features actually work. I’ll give an example logging phone calls that one would think that being told that is a feature that all phone calls are logged that it would log all the phone calls made on the device however that is not true and does not do that. Great concept but....After login it does not work. It does not fetch my data even though it’s on the server and my login credentials are correct. No data is available. Malgré le faite qu'on réinitialise souvent l application on peut constater des divergences de renseignement entre plusieurs appareil mobile ex prospect sur un et sur l autre contact seulement ou le nom du contact apparaît sans avoir le nom de compagnie lié à lui mais un autre appareil lui il est lié ?? La quantité de prospect en périphérie n est pas la même d un iPad à l autre . Parfois les photo des titulaire de compte n apparaisse pas . Le moteur de recherche est très capricieux au pluriel et au (et) ... pour tous c est détail je me permets de douter de la qualité d exactitude de ce crm . Notre demande d origine était un crm facile d utilisation et pour l. Instant c est quand même complexe de toujours chercher à comprendre pourquoi ça n est fluide . En conclusion pour l instant après 5 mois d utilisation ( période d apprentissage ) je suis déçu , j espère que une solutions rapide et efficace nous sera offerte.Version: 3.2.4

Great but crashes and does not syncI have 5 sales reps using this app and I still have problems having the information they add on their mobile sync with my admin system. It started off great but the has slowly become more of an issue. App not readyApp does not have chat solution, nor the data is up to date, nor the security seems to be correct. I think cause its DB driven its lagging some configuration between the app and the website. Hope you get it Foxed ASAP and some content is not available on the phone. Doesn’t work properlyUnable to use the search icon on an IPhone or IPad without the app crashing. Zoho suggested I reset the app. After resetting, it will allow me to search for a couple of leads/contacts but then goes right back to crashing. All of our employees that use an IPhone have the same issue and it’s been going on for a few months now. I can’t understand why the problem hasn’t been fixed yet..Version: 3.3.22

Problems with Map feature in the appThe mapping feature stopped working some time ago which makes it tedious for our field reps to map to their appointment locations efficiently. When this feature was working you could click on the map icon from multiple records and your phone or tablet mapping app would pop up with the designated address populated and you were on your way. This no longer works and it’s very frustrating..Version: 3.3.11

Program collapsesFirst there was problem with attachments. After couple times delete and install - program stop opened at all..Version: 3.4.1

Restart restart restart restartThe latest version 3.3.6 restarts practically every time you turn the screen off. So now you’re in front of a customer trying to input data, fields, pictures and every time you open your phone you have to re-find the customers file instead of just leaving off where you left it like all prior versions. This recent version appears to be very unstable and not user-friendly in any way ..Version: 3.3.6

What happened??Has worked perfectly until latest update where the app won't even open anymore. Instant crash. Please fix..Version: 3.2.2
