Although I’ve associated my phone number even ID card with my account, the hackers can still change the linked phone number to theirs and are able to change the password. It takes a huge effort to get your password back since you can no longer use your phone to verify. There is no hotline support or complain center for such issue. ✓ Be carefulIt’s difficult to sign up for an account as a foreigner. It only worked once I had a Chinese account on the app at the same time. About a week later it banned my account with a vague reason as to why (something about breaking their account sign up conditions). I’ve looked it up and lots of foreigners have had this issue. It’s probably because I used a UK phone number but I find that weird because it has a list of different country codes for the phone number when you set it up. The way to recover the account required a Chinese ID, even though it knows I signed up with a British phone number not a Chinese one so basically I couldn’t access my account. Anyway it’s been over a month and it’s still blocked even though the message it came up with said it was a temporary freeze. If you need to contact people in China use WeChat it’s a lot better and I’ve heard that more people use it..Version: 8.8.29

Step aside from all the functionality topics, the optimization of this software is ridiculously stupid.
