✓ Good mag, BAD appThe app only works half the time. Need to switch it off and back on again before it registers. Also, it often tries to charge me for magazines I already own.Version: 3.8.1
✓ No demo disc, so why the price?£1 off the cover price just to get the PDF version isn't right. The annual price £3.75/month compares better to the hard copy (£4.31) until you realise you miss out on the demo discs and the free blu-ray. I'll stick with the free oct issue until the price comes down. Ps is it me or do the pages take a moment to focus on the iPad 1?.Version: 1.0
✓ How much!I buy this magazine every month yet in paper format you get a Bluray disc with about 10 demos on it but in electronic format for near on the same money it's jut not worth it! If this was about £3 an issue I would have subscribed straight away!.Version: 1.2
✓ Cannot restore issuesCan't download issues? This is what you now get when emailing support: "We are currently experiencing an increased number of support requests due to some problems relating to the recent app update. We will reply as quickly as we can, and we apologise for this delay and appreciate your patience. We are aware of a number of issues, and we are working on fixes to address theses problems as quickly as we can." As quickly as we can? It's been 2 weeks. Fail. Users affected should note that this is a failure to provide the service you paid in advance for. If you paid by credit card, good news! You can contact your credit card company to issue a chargeback in order to get a full refund..Version: 3.1.4

✓ Subscription broken, no access to issuesOne star review may get someone’s attention. You never know... Email doesn’t work - just autoresponders saying mailbox closed! My subscription stopped working and I can’t get the latest issue. Followed all published steps to reset and log in again - now I can’t even read older issues! Web site says I have a subscription AND I still received the latest dead tree issue (which I don’t really want any more tbh, but I guess it reminds me to go and read the new digital edition)..Version: 5.6.3
✓ No support from companyI signed up to a 1 year digital subscription for this but when I tried to open a magazine through the app I kept getting error messages. To this day I have contacted them 11 times and have never had a reply..Version: 6.0.18
✓ Unbelievably frustratingAs my title suggests this is by far and away the worst interface to a magazine I have ever encountered. I download a single issue I missed and when I try to read it I keep getting a list of the editions I've missed and am continuously bombarded with requests to join the subscription plan. No!! Sod off! I won't be buying your magazine again I'll just google the information I need it's far more helpful, free and above all else, intuitive..Version: 4.2.1
✓ Absolutely rubbish appI took out a subscription but the app won’t let me download the latest edition of the magazine. All support are able to suggest are reinstalling the app over and over again. If it wasn’t a free trial I would demanding my money back. Avoid!.Version: 6.0.18

✓ Cannot view new contentUnder the new version I now cannot view any new content such as the latest issue and any back issues i have yet to download. Also download speeds seem to have increased considerably. Before it would take a few mins to download an issue now it takes a whole day. Btw I have the latest ipod and iOS.Version: 3.2.1
✓ Not optimised for iPad Pro large screenDecent magazine but sadly not optimised for iPad Pro large screen (doesn't take advantage of the extra pixels). Magazine also has wasted space for the padding on the top, bottom and sides. Wish it was cropped more (or at least an option)..Version: 5.2.3

✓ Good app pricing doesn't make sense?I just noticed something in subscriptions..... £2.99 for ONE MONTH £11.99 for THREE. It's £8.97 if you buy one month a time over three months.. Then £19.99 for 6 MONTHS.. Again over 6 months buying separately works out at £17.94. The only one that works out cheaper is the yearly for £27.99. Surely this can't be correct?.Version: 3.1.6
✓ TemporamentalIt’s very good, when it works. I subscribe and about 50% of the time i log in when a new mag is released and it asks me to pay £3.99 for the mag. I contact them and am told it’s a known issue and will be sorted soon. This means i often get my mags a week or more late. Eventually i’ll get it, next month is fine on day 1, next month it asks for £3.99 again!! Frustrating!!! 😡😡😡.Version: 6.0.18
