✓ Favorite Shopping App EverThe ASOS app is absolutely, hands-down, my favorite shopping app EVER. And I do plenty of online clothing shopping... I am hooked on ASOS. I can find just about anything I want. My favorite features and details include tall options, how the height of the model is included, their back-in-stock notifications, awesome discounts, and 2-day shopping for only $19 a year! And major bonus, free returns! It does not get any better than that. There’s only a few things I wish they had, filtering by model height, notifications when items on my saved list go on sale, and a little bit better customer service. Overall, ASOS is always my go-to and I always have a great shopping experience with the app. I might be their biggest fan....Version: 4.40.0
✓ Nearly GreatOn a whole this app is pretty darn good! Easy to use, intuitive and well displayed. However, it would be awesome to have more filtering options when viewing items. They’re already are quite a lot which are great just a few more in the ‘fit’ drop down to really hone in on the desired item. ✓ Customer serviceIt is very frustrating. The customer service is a real crab!!! I returned my order 5 weeks ago. Still haven't got feedback. It's on hold on the Aus post app but the customer service asked me to follow up with post. It's not my prob it's the prob between Asos and post office!!! The app say it was picked up by Asos 3 days after I returned!!! Where is my refund!!! ✓ Skin Care ProductsI brought $400 worth skin care products off this company. The price was great. The shipping was fast. But.. when I received the products. The box was damaged and had a hole in it. The product were not stored appropriately as there was no padding for safety or the shipping journey. When I opened the box. All products looked like they were tampered with. They were open. The lid had exploded on the face cream and half the bottle was waisted. I thought a few products were damaged but it was just the cream on a lot of it. The creams were open as the sealed plastic was ripped. I am very disgusted in receiving items that are damaged and very disappointed as it was a gift for my daughter. ✓ Adore ASOS & App ... but please bring back Brand Feature!!ASOS is my go to place to shop. I adore this store and the app is so so helpful. I used to wish it included user product reviews, but that’s changed because ASOS makes the return process so easy. Now, I actually enjoy ordering, trying on, and forming my own opinion about an item (without buyer’s regret.. bc I can return!). It’s easy on other sites to overly rely on user reviews. My one thing is... please consider bringing back the brand click through functionality! What I’m talking about is: select a product > Product Information > [text reads something like] “Blazer by ASOS EDITION” ^ some time ago, you used to be able to click “ASOS EDITION” and it would pull up all items by that brand. I LOVED that function and maybe was one of few who used it, but I would love to see it return. (Probably a lot of work for devs to re-link all that tho.) I bring it up bc one of my favorite things about ASOS is all the fun brands. I read about their history and where they’re from and I just love it. ✓ Brilliant but frustratingLove ASOS and spend loads of time ‘window shopping’ and saving to my wish list to buy later. Love how easy it it to filter and save items and then purchase. My only niggle is how often it crashes. If I move for a quick glance to Facebook or a call comes in on my phone, then come back to a scrolling session I’ve been on for hours (I am sure I’m not the only one!) it reloads and goes back to the home page and I have to start my search for the perfect outfit all over again; which when you have looked at hundreds of items in a search is soul destroying and often leads me to give up and not buy anything or try another clothing app. If this was sorted it would be perfect but it happens all the time so I can’t just ignore it.Version: 4.30.0

✓ Easy to use, a hugeee selectionThis app is the best one out there for clothes shopping. It has everything. You can organise it into the categories you want be it dresses, accessories, bags etc and it does not freeze up when you go back nor does it automatically go to the top of the screen again (when you have to scroll back down to see where you were before you checked an item) Deliveries are quick, sales on most of the time and it’s just perfect. ✓ My new favorite shopI LOVE ASOS!! I used to shop at brands like f21 and others but the quality of those clothes were always poor and they never fit me properly. ✓ International orderingI loved ASOS ... all my clothes and shoes are from them. I even got my kids into them so the whole house style is on 10! However I had to delete the app and no longer be a customer due to a recent site update. I am stationed in Germany but would shop from their UK website because i prefer the UK clothes style, it comes quicker than ordering from the US but mainly because the language is in English unlike ordering from the German site. I can’t use the German website because I don’t speak or understand the language and there is no option to change the language and using Google translate is a pain. Customer service said they think the site updated and change that option I had before . It’s very unfortunate so I guess I take it as a sign to look for another store or stop shopping and save money. I loose the items I save after a certain amount of time. ✓ Love ASOS and the app ain’t bad eitherBeen shopping with ASOS for at least 7 years. I have at least 1/3 of my wardrobe from this site. I find that the shampooing is easy and convenient since I don’t like store shopping sometimes with traveling to the location, waiting in line, and the variety is not as great in stores unless you go to a mall. ASOS have great variety, beautiful patterns and selections in sizes and materials. Reasonable prices and frequent sales which I love the most. I like the detailed description of the items. However I would suggest more videos of the models wearing the clothes in motion because people move in their clothes all the time and stagnant shots can be deceiving. Also more motion or angle shots of models wearing the sunglasses or eyewear from various angles on the face, same for the shoes (more angle or videos to see how the feet move in the shoes). Also please have models wear underwear (at least a bra) when modeling the clothes some of them look floppy and much is moving around under the clothes, not a neat look. Also most of the models are in their 20s it seems. Please add some older models. I am an aged woman and would like to see someone wearing some of the items that represent me. Lastly please include more clothes that don’t expose all of the upper and lower back and deep cut décolleté, a neckline cut to the navel is not cute or ladylike especially in a day dress or work dress, not appropriate. ✓ The best (but stop selling brands with poor sizing options.)I've been a loyal ASOS customer for about 5 years now and I've never had any issues (touch wood). I usually don't use clothing store apps because they are often crap but the ASOS app is by far the easiest to use, especially with Apple Pay. Also love the new points and voucher system, which encourages me to buy my makeup from you too as it gets me more points. This isn't to do with the app, however, I just wish you wouldn't stock brands that don't go past a size 12 as it creates a negative body image for women who aren't even overweight. ✓ The Whole Procedure of ordering from start to finishHey ASOS I Would like to say ASOS has one of the best systems of the ordering process particularly for one of the most busiest time - Xmas and, of course, the COVID-19. It’s very easy, user friendly and enabling reviews including customers sending photos, this helps a lot for sizing of clothing and reassurance and suggestions of which beauty products to use. Delivery is v. good, keeping you up to date but, unfortunately, you have to watch out for Hermes just leaving parcels anywhere, where they can be displayed to the public eye. So,make sure you are at home that day of delivery otherwise it can be easily stolen. A lot of people will agree with me on this. I have been a victim of this but not with ASOS, it was from a different retailer. It keeps in touch with the evolution within mainstream fashion while also veering off course to provide clothing options for those a tad more daring. I have never had an issue with any of the sizings, the clothes are always well made and fit exactly the way I would have hoped. I do believe I will continue shopping here for time to come. My one and only complaint with the application, is that when you search into a page with a particular item, the “buy the look” function is either incomplete, missing or not at all accurate; showing articles of clothing that have no relation to the style being viewed. ✓ ReliableHave been shopping on this site since its launch, and can genuinely say it is brilliant for choice, price, customer experience, and the returns process is smooth. One reason I have issued 4 stars instead of 5, is that since the returns process went paperless (love that btw), there is no longer an option to exchange items, only return them for a refund. That option was a god-send! The other reason is that customer loyalty doesn’t get you much, but so much of your growth is down to stylish people showcasing your wares and sending shoppers to your site for their own. ✓ Love ASOS but browsing is a painI absolutely love ASOS and over the years never had a purchase I was unhappy with. Quality is always great and I love how detailed and accurate item descriptions are. Unfortunately with the massive number of options they have browsing is a nightmare. Any search produces thousands of results and instead of being able to browse page by page it’s endless scrolling and you never know when it’s gonna end. On the top of it - if you lose the window by accident- you gotta start from the beginning! No idea why ASOS thinks this is a good idea. Only thing I’d change about the app is the ability to swipe right to go back a page but that’s a negligible amendment. I do sometimes worry about the deals that are being given to the smaller independent clothing business that are on ASOS and will sometimes source an item from the original brand webpage if I want to support them but more often than not they don’t do free delivery which really is key when your buying clothes online as it’s 50/50 whether the item your buying actually going to fit. Now that ASOS have amended their returns bags to make them resealable too returning items is ridiculously easy. ✓ ASOSI absolutely love ASOS, I’m always scrolling through on my lunch hour or whenever I have a spare minute! I love love love the video feature, this is something I really wish other fashion apps (Missguided, Boohoo, PLT etc.) would adapt. As it proves an image of a dress for example, really isn’t the same during a video. It allows me to guarantee that I am definitely obsessed with the item before I buy! However, something that really frustrates me is that once you add items to your wish list there seems to be an around-30 item limit, as it begins to delete the items at the bottom of the list. Other fashion apps allow 100+ items, even if they’ve gone out of stock. The ASOS also doesn’t feature a swipe setting, for example you need to manually press the exit cross on the item you are viewing in order to return to the results list. I love that they are US based and now that I’ve bought something I can see that they also have quality clothes. They have a help find your size thing that you can do and it’s way better then the other ones that always ask for a brand. I don’t wear name brand things most the time so I can never finish those ones in particular. Which frustrates me more since I don’t want to have to send anything back and pay any restock fees or extra shipping fees. Best of all their size me calculator was right! ✓ Plus size clothing in EUROPE!!I was terrified after moving from the US over to the Portuguese Azores that I would never be able to buy clothes again without a major shipping hassle from the US. I am 6’ tall and US size 26 so yeah. I tower over everyone here! Lol. Found ASOS and am thrilled! Have ordered numerous times and EVERY SINGLE order has been correct, of good quality, proper packaging, and delivered promptly (usually within 10 days). Sizing is true to US numbers, even a bit more generous most times. Pricing is fair. Sweaters haven’t pilled, no noticeable shrinkage, colors are true to photographs. The search history never gets erased, they have a “boards” section to create an aesthetic to your liking, they have a Camera/Camera Roll option to upload a photo of a piece of clothing which they can then find something similar off the app, they have diverse sizing such as hourglass, petite and tall, they give relevant suggestions to create a similar vibe based off things you’ve looked at or saved, they also have an option to Shop the models look so that way you don’t have to scour the app trying to find it, they have amazing sales, and the layout of the app is just super simple and easy to use. ✓ Two things...I think you have one of the best online shopping apps out there (Zara are pretty good too). BUT I would LOVE to see how clothes look on certain shaped bodies, not the size 8 and below models who barely represent the hundreds of women who come in all sorts of different shapes and sizes, but the pears and apples and the hourglasses. I have the dreaded pear shaped body (I can wear a very snug 8 on top but usually wear a 10 and I am very much a 12 down below). It would be so nice to see a model who is a similar shape to me so I can get a vague idea of how the clothes will fall on my body and what it looks like. 99% of my returns to ASOS is because the items looks different on me than what’s advertised. And getting plus sized models won’t help either, believe me I’ve tried, I still can’t get a sense of what a dress might look like on me. The other thing is I often search through 1000s of items in one hit when I need something to wear to a wedding and all your models are so white. It gets so boring after a while to see someone who doesn’t have your skin tone wearing a dress you like often wondering ‘will this colour wash me out?’.Version: 4.10.0
✓ Great App, Easy to NavigateThe app itself is very good and very user friendly, and everything flows well. The few things that I would suggest would be a section where customers could add a figure profile with their clothing sizes/body measurements and shoe sizes and then when customers are searching for something they wouldn’t have the disappointment of seeing something which they absolutely love only to find out the item has sold out of their size! Because by utilising a figure profile the app could auto filter items to that profile and ta da no more frustration. ✓ Love love LOVEI’ve always struggled buying stuff online, mostly because I am that person who’s been scammed multiple times and now can’t trust anything, but this site is completely different. As my first purchase I bought a yellow wrap dress and it fit perfectly. Not going to lie, it has a low v neck and it’s pretty short, but that’s personal preference, even then I loved the dress so much I kept ordering more and more stuff, and I haven’t once been disappointed. The good thing about this site is that you can exchange/return if there’s ever an issue, and they either send back the right size or give your money back. 10/10 will shop here all the time, and the prices are soooooo affordable for such great quality. ✓ It’s great but one issueAbsolutely love the clothing, relatively easy to return too and they always have really nice things in the sales that are perfect for multiple occasions such as holidays or nights out. But. This whole Charlotte tilbury thing is annoying. I have zero interest in her products yet was sent this tiny (literally the size of a small keyring) tube of lipstick that I didn’t ask for with my bikini. Sure I didn’t pay for it but now I have this lipstick that is going to waste because I don’t need it and I think it’s incredibly wasteful. Not only that but when I opened it the lipstick itself fell right out of the tube. I would suggest that you make it clear to customers if you want to send them free products and give them the option too because now I feel bad for it sitting on my desk. ✓ The customer service options are shocking!I have contacted the chat bot twice, to ask gif advice on how to return a pair of faulty trousers. The speed of the conversation was super slow both times, the first time the connection disappeared and the chat ended. The second time, despite giving the reference number from the first chat that had all the details and the pictures on it already, the advisor still needed it all again and I was told he’d send me a replacement pair. Nothing has arrived and this is weeks ago. It’s so frustrating that there’s no other way to contact asos!! I don’t have time to sit in chats that take hours each time and no outcome. ✓ Just testingI haven’t purchased from ASOS for quite a while now so I’ve downloaded the app and got a bit busy. The app is really easy to use and I like the way that you can view the items. You can get a good view of what you’re looking at in various stances which is brilliant. ✓ Return refusedI absolutely love ASOS! It’s my favourite shopping outlet and always my go-to for outfits/gifts etc. The app is so easy to use and every transaction I’ve had (until my most recent one) has been smooth and easy! The next day delivery is brilliant. I order frequently from here and I’ve never had a problem, returns are usually done quickly and no hassle. I purchased an item on 8th Feb which was a gift for my other half, his birthday is today and the item is too small, the 28 day return period ended yesterday but I contacted ASOS as they are usually so amazing and explained the situation, I would have been happy with an exchange or a credit note yet even though I’m a loyal regular customer that spends a lot of money with them they have refused to help me. ✓ Should be 5 starsI ordered a Black Friday order and after I did I realized that it was going to the wrong address. I then canceled the order and changed the shipping address to the correct address and tried to reorder but I didn’t have the funds in my account for the reorder to process, so I had to wait for the funds to return to my bank account and by that time the Black Friday deal was over so I completely missed out. For situations like this, the app should have a section where you can pause the shipment for a short time and edit the address or a button option to change the shipping address within a certain amount of time after ordering. ✓ Loving the trends in offer !!I have been really enjoying ASOS and the great pieces on offer. I am able to find something for any occasion and returns are so easy which I find really helpful for finding the right size/trying more than one option. I also love the range - plus size and items I love in more than one colour. Next day delivery has also been super for getting items nice and fast. Only complaint is that my last order took three days to get to me even though I have an annual next day delivery subscription. DPD are usually great, however I got a email from them this time with a picture of where they left my notice card saying they missed me but it was not my house and I had been in all day (Saturday 14th July). ✓ I think it’s great clothing appThere’s only two recommendations I’d give from a petite person’s perspective. It would be so great if in the comment section of products, people had to include their height so we can use that as a reference to figure out if the clothes would fit. Second thing is that not all petite women have short legs a lot of us have some quite long legs and would appreciate it SO MUCH if in the petite section of the store there were more non-high waisted jeans. Mid-rise or around that area. Because the high waisted jeans are basically the only ones available and it doesn’t fit well on long legged petites. I don’t love the fact that after spending thousands of dollars with them and being a regular/loyal customer that my account has been blocked with absolutely zero explanation other than ‘suspicious activity’. Tried to contact the call centre whom copy and paste T&C’s from the website and give no ACTUAL explanation and email them again with the same response. From reading up on forums it looks like this happens a lot and it seems my only guess is to do with order returns, which are inevitable being an online platform and ASOS needs to recognise this! For myself mostly I keep items but there are times where you do have to return items due to sizing etc and being in Australia having no way of trying these items on! ✓ Best fashion app there isFor the last four or so years ASOS has been my go to. The app runs great. The site is easy to navigate, even for a technophobe like me. I order very frequently. The delivery is super fast and efficient, returns are a breeze and in all my orders I have never had a problem, any query I may of had had been resolved quick as the team are fab at getting back to you. Especially at the moment where it’s more difficult to go shopping, ASOS has been a saviour. From skincare, to my new work attire and the gym shoes I’ve been needing, they are my one stop shop for everything. I’ve even ordered some home bits for my new salon opening. Not to mention what will be my uniform. I love the collusion and ASOS design ranges, and how there is a mix of cheaper brands and more luxury, depending on what I have to spend. New items are added daily so I know if I’m looking for something they’ll either have it already or it will be on in a day or two as they’re always in the forefront of what’s hot. ✓ Good Outweighs BadI’ve had problems in the past like receiving jewellery that was broken when it arrived but I contacted customer service straight away and they sent out a new bracelet for the next day. I had another problem where an order was delivered to a wrong address and they couldn’t find it which was really disappointing but it wasn’t ASOS or DHL’s fault that someone else claimed my parcel. I called customer service straight away and they sent a new parcel which I received a day later. Overall I’d still give ASOS 5/5 because they can’t control human error or problems with the delivery service. They have a large range of sizing, including a petite section that has a wide variety of products and styles. I find this cool as it is hard to picture myself wearing some things when I know the model wearing it is nearly a foot taller than me. Also it is rare to find a store that has a petite section with common styles and variety. But the app in specific is super user friendly! Online shopping can be hard due to different brands sizing but their size guide is more helpful and advanced than any other website/store I’ve ever seen. You can choose your size in certain brands and it helps you figure out your right size for their products! And it works because I’ve ordered from both petites and general sizing and loved everything. Also their shipping is amazing!!! So fast and easily trackable! I had express shipping on my last order for only $7. I never use express shipping because normally its ridiculous! ✓ Excellent refund/review service and quick deliveryI have been using ASOS since 2019 and have noticed improvement to the service year on year. Each year I purchase the £10 premium next day delivery service, which is great as you can either pick up items from a local shop or have it delivered on a day it suits you. I find the item reviews and pictures from real people really helpful and, whether or not I return an item, I much prefer the experience to shopping in real life, i.e never finding the size I need in shops. I probably place around 6 orders a year and it is exciting every time I get the packages and trying things on in my own home. I love having a ‘wish list’ as it makes it very easy to place an order when the frequent discount codes are available (every couple of months). Yes, there are some hit and miss items, but most of my wardrobe is composed of ASOS, so that’s saying something. I have always found the returns process to be really easy and quick and receive a refund of any items within a couple of weeks of returning them. ✓ Login issues.Love ordering from here once I’ve eventually logged in. Products are great, lots of variety. Delivery’s pretty good.... but logging in is painful. Save my password- never works. Have to go through countless “prove you are not a robot” pictures to discover I have to reset it, then have to repeat the process all over again. One or two robot pics, sure. It still logs you out after a super short amount of time, and then requires you to sign in again to retrieve your saved items etc. SO annoying. Can't it just be a fingerprint login or just leave you logged in like every other non-banking app on my phone? There's really no need for this level of security. I have only ever had a few minor issues with ASOS which I have contacted them about or sent back, and they have always worked to make the issue as easy as possible or help to fix the issue as best they can! ✓ ASOS - out of touchI love ASOS design and products but the app is too temperamental, download the app to use afterpay?. Ok did that uhm, still no afterpay option. Plenty of afterpay info but no option to pay this way at checkout. I use an iPad to access ASOS and all my online shopping preferences and ASOS is the only one I have drama after drama with. If I didn’t love the variety of brands etc I’d just stop shopping with them however, until I find a site that meets my wants and needs better ASOS has me by the short and curly’s!. ✓ Really awesome app but there’s a bugI love using the app because it’s so convenient and made in a way that’s efficient to use if I’m not shopping on a laptop. But there is a bug with the refine product search; when I refine my selection for example: if I’m choosing petite for the range and dresses for the product type, it works but as I scroll down it reverts back to including all the ranges and all products. ✓ Popping to the dress shopI have used Asos for as long as I can remember. Actually, I never shop in real-time shops anymore. I have quite an indie vibe, I don’t go for the dolly look at all, but I’m still pretty feminine, and I can always find exactly what I need! Now Asos are increasing their beauty range it has added to the convenience, with great brands and not just ‘designer’ brands, which I sometimes succumb to, but not very often. Returns are quick and easy, and despite customers saying that they have been penalised for sending returns, I have not come across this at all yet. Petite Central :0)ASOS has an amazing petite selection, not like in the late 80’s when hardly anywhere catered for petite, and those that did were more, well, mumsie and old fashioned, oh yeah, and expensive. I may be 54 now but I still love fashion and wearing sharp stylish trendy clothes, and I’m usually spoilt for choice when I review the ‘whats new’ section. I love that I can keep all my faves in a separate list and get to keep an eye on when things drop in price, but one of my fave things is when other shoppers leave feedback on an item, so you get to see if something is coming up as smaller, true or larger than size. I’ve found it often helps me to decide what size to order and sometimes stops me ordering ‘more than one size for fit’, which reduces the number of returns and means the whole transaction is greener and kinder to the environment. ✓ Disgruntled CustomerApart from Net-A-Porter, (who I have always found exemplary), no other online retailer could come close to Asos for quality of service, (until last week). I ordered an item and applied a £5 voucher towards the cost. The voucher was not applied, but had been redeemed and was no longer available on my account. Looking back through my order history, I realised that it had happened to me on several occasions and my vouchers had not been applied and had therefore expired. I then tried to contact Asos through the ‘chat’ service and have found it impossible to do so. I do think that the points system is a good idea and does encourage me to shop on Asos before looking elsewhere, but only if the vouchers are redeemable !!.Version: 4.0.1
✓ I love the storeI am 205cm, skinnier guy, and it has never been easier for me to buy the sizes I need. There is bunch of stuff on there for everyone and anyone, so you can find things that are low quality, make sure you read the description and reviews. I am very satisfied with the clothes I am getting from ASOS, but I did return back some clothes that were poor quality. Customer service team behind refunds and issues are also always on point, I was resolving things via chat mostly. Returns are easy to do, you just have to print the label the app sends you, reseal the bag you got the clothes in, tape the label on the bag and bring it to ups. They just take the bag from you there. Overall easy to use, price convenient, huge inventory to chose from for any style and vibe..Version: 4.84.0
