✓ Pet shop storyThe reason why I didn’t give it 5 star is one I had a request and I did the request and I got chiwawa it was there when I left the game and came but the second time it was gone I don’t get it what’s the point on giving us a chiwawa as a prize from a request if ur gonna take it of us. ✓ I love this game but..I have loved this game since I was maybe 7. It's fun and an amazing way to kill time, however, I hate how inaccessible gems are. I know it's all to make a profit off of a game, but it's made for kids who don't have access to up to almost 100$ for gems in a phone game. I wish you could get gems from tasks or some other way instead of only buying them. Personally, it feels like a waste of money considering everything costs SO many gems that you're forced to buy a large pack..Version: 1.2.1
✓ Good game but....I really like this game. It’s super fun and I love all the super cute animals! It’s almost perfect. Except for the cost of some of the products. If u want a 2 nursery bed you have to pay 149 diamonds!!! And diamonds are kind of hard to get. You also have to pay diamonds to crossbreed almost anything. I think that it should be made easier to get diamonds and not have to pay diamonds to crossbreed. They should also lower the price of the 2nd nursery bed. I also had some problems with the jack Russell that I got from collecting certain animals. I bought the dog a mate and when I came back it was gone and it hasn’t showed up in 2 weeks. It wants me to pay for another one when I already bought one! Other then those problems it’s a super fun game and I do recommend it. 💗💗💗💗💗.Version: 1.2.1

✓ Good Game, But More Gems Please!It's a cute game there are lots of cute pets =) There isn't an easy way to send gems though, you only get them in later levels after downloading other games. I wish we were able to send some to our neighbors like we can in Dragon Story. There are many pets that have a very high level of gems but to get that many gems you'd have to pay real money for them, and many people wouldn't do that...One more thing, I think they should add more stuff to do in the game, many people say it's boring so maybe some more things added? Bascially you just create a shop, collect from pets, and write on walls that's about it. PLEASE ALSO ADD A BLOCK BUTTON because so many players get bullied and the bullies never get banned so please add that it’d help many people!!!!!! Just some suggestions 😜.Version: 1.2.0

✓ A little disappointedI gave my daughter permission to download this game on my phone. We started playing it and we love it, till she found out that the only option is to “abandon” a baby when you don’t have enough amethyst (stones) to cure, and there’s no other way to find them if you can’t buy them. Should add some way to get them, no matter if you just can have 1 for day. We really love animals and we just can’t conceive to abandon a poor sick baby when need the most. I’m very sure no parent will be happy to see their kids been cruel to an animal just because sick and or ill. I’m pretty sure if you put 5 videos per day to watch and win stones it would be perfect. ✓ Can’t stop playing but there’s still changesDeer makers of pet shop I really enjoy this game but there are difficulties. Like I don’t get why we have gems to buy stuff can’t we just use coins . I can’t complete the missions because I am running out of gems and coins from breeding and buying decorations for other missions. There is so many missions at once to. I like the missions but they take to much time and coins and gems. Know I hate talking about the bad stuff so let’s talk about the good. It’s fun because I’m at a low level and the missions are easy. ✓ Please make adjustmentsI played this game say 7 yrs back crashed on me n programers never answered my emails, just this last week I switched accounts nothing lost about 750 diamonds that they do charge you for so in that aspect the game monitors should have helped me get my game back.. Also no room to grow u reach 99 n your done plenty of animals with no space to put them.. some shops u can’t see the front from the back there so congested.. improve the space limit n the graphics give the players incentive to stay plating n not get bored of the same %&$#. Give a few diamonds for a certain level how many 4/10 yr olds can afford diamonds. Enuff of my rant gotta find a way to get my game back.Version: 1.2.1

✓ Disappearing dogThe game was all going fine and I was loving it ..... until I got the jack Russel dog I needed for a quest . I got him after doing what I needed to acquire him but then I came Of and came back on and he wasn’t there . I did this a few times and he still wasn’t visible when I came on . Then when I bought him his mate I spent around 7k on his mate and then the same thing happened , she disappeared and then it would come up asking if I would buy his mate instead of what it should be saying which is if I wanna breed them . I just wanted to point this out to you because I don’t know if it’s only me or not . ✓ I’m having some technical issuesSo I’ve played this game on and off for years and I love it. I check it everyday and I love adding more animals and completing the missions and all of that because it’s a lot of fun and I’ve never really had a problem. But recently I completed a collection, the “Devoted Companion” collection and in completing the mission I’m supposed to receive a Jack Russel Terrier. I got the animal but when I put it out in the pen, it wasn’t there...I tried clicking on it to ya know to buy a mate and complete the family but I can’t. Due to the bug I meant to put it in storage and bring it back hoping that would fix it but I accidentally deleted it and now it’s nowhere to be found. What can I do to get a jack russel terrier?? ✓ Update 2022 ideasGems are hard to come by and money be tight since 2020 this game is fun but NOT affordable if you really want the dream pet shop you desire. The collections will cost 200 dollars in us money to crossbreed to just get coins. I feel if you spent money on a dog with gems they should bring gems and coins when you collect them. Or there should be a coin converter to gems. This game and I go WAY back I love how you HAVE to build a community! ✓ LOOOVE, But SO ExpensiveI LOOOVE this game. My sisters and cousins all play this game and have competitions as to who has the most pets and it is so fun. However, the gems are really hard to earn unless you download other games to get to: Level 7 on Bakery Story 2 for 10 gems, Level 54 on Brothers Design for 5 gems, etc. Other than this there is no other way to earn or get gems without paying money and I’m 12 so I don’t wish to spend money on games. ✓ Good but improvements neededI do love the game, the concept is fun for literally all ages- I’ve been playing on and off since a kid. For some reason pets are disappearing, I had a chihuahua which just disappeared into thin air, although the playpen was still there (ended up selling it). Also another issue, it’s a bit silly that the coins you collect from the pets stay the same amount no matter how long you leave for. Originally a family of cats may give you 60 coins every 2 hours for example, however it does not accumulate. You will come back after sleeping and see 60 coins despite the fact that about 8 hours have passed. These issues are not major enough for me to stop playing or delete the game, I still love it but please try improve these things if you can.Version: 1.2.1

✓ Great Game (minor issues)!I LOVE THIS GAME! I remember playing this when I was a teenager and just recently downloaded it again and I’m just as in love with it as the first time. I’m having a blast!! A few issues though: 1) I accidentally spent gems the other day and have no idea what on and there’s no undo button so I am slightly devastated coz gems are hard to get...which leads me to my next point... 2) There’s pretty much no way to get gems other than buying them. As a broke university student, this isn’t an option. But also, the demographic for this game is mostly kids who definitely can’t afford to buy gems, 3) BIGGEST PROBLEM: the keyboard covers the “invite” space on my phone so I have no way of inviting neighbours!! I was groomed. this was a crazy deep dark and intricate app when u were able to uncover a- idk it was crazy. I learned how to roleplay on this app using the “wall.” it was a weird society that is honestly so crazy when I think about it now. There was all of these people, role playing and creating attachments. it was like a little neighborhood, everyone knew everyone and we all had crazy stories and interactions. of course, some people had to abuse this. there was a lot of sex roleplay. I was addicted to this app to the point that I would hide in the bathroom and play for hours. my mom eventually discovered what I was doing and who I was talking to so she banned me. ✓ Top-quality Pet Shop!Contrary to most people's opinions, this game doesn't require you to be willing to spend your money on it- it's one of those games where you level up and complete tasks gradually, and earn the reward. I truly adore this game; I've had it for years, and I absolutely cannot get enough of it. However, it doesn't currently work on my new phone- it just brings up the loading screen (and music is there too) before crashing after about a few seconds. Please fix this bug because I don't want to have to delete this game as it's one of my all-time favourites, as a child and even now as a teenager! ✓ Pretty good but a few flawsThis game is incredible for people who want a fun, simple and entertaining game for when you’re bored, which happens all the time to me. But there are two flaws, and one small flaw. First of all, it’s quite hard, and by hard I mean, it’s reeeeaaaaally hard to get gems, which can be a bit annoying, also quite a few of the quests require you to spend gems. Another problem is that a lot of the time you have to ask other people for things, and since there are not that many people who play, and also it takes time for them to respond, it can get frustrating. I understand that the game is just trying to make you interact with other people and that’s fine, but it can get annoying and hard sometimes. The small “flaw” is mostly personal but I’d still like to include it. I get stressed out easily, I wouldn’t call it anxiety, but I can get stressed a lot depending on the situation. And whenever there are lots of quests, especially ones which you need to do before a specific time, it can really stress me out. Like I said, this is mostly personal, but I’d really appreciate it if you did something to fix this, also since lots of little kids are gonna be playing this game they may get stressed, maybe not but there are chances, it’s not a big issue, but still..Version: 1.2.1

Sometimes it is hard to get gems and coins but you just need patience. I love how you can here all different kinds of pets. (The dogs are my favorites!!) There are so many pets I've never ever heard of and now I know even more types of pets. It's unfortunate that you have to wait for the pets to breed, and other things but it's totally fine. ✓ In my opinionYou need to make quests for gems more frequent as I’m level 29 and only have one type of pet with gems. Make it so when you level up you get gems and if you add it reward players who have previously levelled up before an update with this feature. Mini Pets) This game is pretty much the same game and I love that about it. But some pets cost so many gems and it’s pretty much impossible to get gems. It’s so so annoying. I think that adds should be added. Like if you watch an add then you get to spin a wheel with different prizes and you can win gems, coins, and even pets! This would be a great addition to the game so that you don’t have to pay for stuff. Also, I got a chihuahua and whenever I get onto the game it disappears! I was given a Chihuahua and the next time I opened the app it has disappeared and I haven’t seen it since. I note from other reviews that this is a common problem can the owners of the game please fix it. Also there is no way of obtaining gems unless you buy them. ✓ Good game very funI’ve been playing this game since I was a kid and I love it! The animals are very cute and you CAN play it without spending money, yes you can do more if you spend money but I never spent money on this and have always had fun. The reason I don’t give 5 stars is because 1. The wait times can take multiple days in real time, I think the max should be maybe one day and 2. It’s always trying to advertise its other game, which is really annoying, I think it’s called home makeover or something but it has in game missions to download it and an ad for it pops up every 10-15 minutes and the only option when the ad pops up is “get now” or “I’ll download it later” when you don’t want to download it ever. ✓ Gems, Pets and Basically just a money makerSoooo I think that the game is well, was pretty good! But then I saw that you can’t get the pets that you want and build the shop that you want because the missions are always dragging you down. Like, I want some pigs but to complete that I need to spend like 2,000 coins on a mission and get like 30 coins in return. Thanks I guess. Also, everything takes freaking forever!! Like why would I want to wait SIX DAYS, SIX REAL DAYS to have a full family of goldfish. You have to spend gems to to make the time go faster and there is only one way to get gems. Real money. ✓ Love this gameI’ve been playing Pet Shop Story for years and have had various different shops on different devices. Years ago the app was constantly being updated and it was super fun to be able to get the Christmas pets in December, Halloween pets on Halloween etc. Now the app never gets updated and it’s a bit sad that it’s now always just the same pets and there’s never new ones like there used to be. Things such as the Violin Dane (locked by goal) can now never be unlocked since the game doesn’t get updated near Valantines day anymore. Despite this I still love this game. You can send and recieve gifts with your neighbors and play with each other's pets. Here are some problems/suggestions for the creators: 1. Pets are not cheap, and in-game money is earned slowly -please make more ways to earn coins other than by collecting from your pets or by doing tasks, which require you to use in-game money. 2. Make it easier to add neighbors without having to find their Storm8 ID 3. Extra breeding and nursery beds are WAY too expensive! 149 gems?!?! That'll take months to rack up without using real money! Please lower the price or make it easier to earn gems. Also, I got a free chihuahua from a task I completed, took it out of storage, but now it has dissapeared. I hope my other pets won't disappear es well! Please read this rewiew and consider my requests. Though I had a few negative things to say, nothing is perfect, but it can always get better! ✓ Good game, but forgetful!This is one of the better games I’ve found in the App Store, but it still needs some updates. First, it needs to save and remember better. I just finished a timed quest and got the reward, but I came back a few hours later and it was expired. It was the one with the Dalmatians. When I finished it I still got the achievement thing. When I came back I don’t know if I kept the rewards. That is one thing, the next is that there is NO WAY to get gems, so there needs to be an easier way to get gems or less uses for them. However, there are some problems that need solving!! I think the developers have checked out- that's what everyone says- but I know this game still makes money so they should check back in Lol. 1.) To unlock and use all parts of this game, you have to buy gems. Buying gems should be used to get ahead, not because there's no other choice. 2.) The chihuahua glitch. I haven't played this game in YEARS until now, so there's probably more glitches that I haven't experienced yet, but I completed a mission that gave me a chihuahua and the dog glitches out so that it's invisible- fine whatever. ✓ Fun but...needs workI love this game and think it’s a great pass time but there are a lot of flaws one being that there’s not enough ways to collect gems also all the pets are so expensive in gems as well as in coins and some items you need to ask friends or neighbors for help on certain items and the don’t always deliver. I think it should come completed so you just have buy it and wait and then you have that item, another thing is it’s so small and you can’t expand unless you have a lot of coins and at least 4 permits. Although there are these flaws that need attention I do really enjoy it and it’s a very good way to let time slip by when you are on a long car ride or just waiting on something in general. ✓ Hey I’m backHey I’m back and I still have nothing against this game but still some ideas. So when I wasn’t playing it often the game stared sending me like five notifications a day. Witch it didn’t bother me at first but then I was looking at all my apps and then sow I had over 100 notifications on this game! So that’s just one thing. The other thing is I hate that if you don’t come to get your animal babies in time they become sick and then you have to spend in game money to heal them. It’s really sad when you don’t have enough to do so and you have to like leave then on the streets.
