✓ Overpromises and underproducesThis app will fail you when you need it the most. Don’t depend on it. And for sure you can forego any effort to get tech support. One time it works and another time you can’t even send out as little as 9 SMS’s at one time. Look for another app IF you can find one. It’s a losing battle anymore to get apps that are really practical!.Version: 3.9.15
✓ Badly designedThis seems like a very badly thought out interface with a number of bugs which cause it to freeze and crash constantly. Pressing on items takes you to a place you often weren't expecting..Version: 2.2

✓ Use at your own perilThis is the first time I have written a review if an app, and I am furious that such a piece of rubbish can be permitted on the market, free or otherwise. I have i just used Groups to sms parents of my kid's sports team that a practice session was cancelled. Groups simply failed to deliver, with only a handful getting the message, and the remaining kids being left stranded. Use at your own peril..Version: 2.2
✓ Good idea, poor executionAbsolutely love the idea for this app. Being able to separate my contacts into groups saves a lot of time when sending group texts. Unfortunately, this app freezes and crashes often. When I try to remove contacts from a group, the contacts get added back after I exit the group. The other problem is that it duplicates my contacts that are linked through Facebook, with only one of each pair containing a phone number. With some bug fixes this could be an incredible app.Version: 2.3

✓ UselessI had this app since it came out and it used to work pretty well. I used it to send group texting. I just upgraded my phone and re-downloaded the app but it requieres payment for simple functionalities that before were free. The tutorial is intrusive and the interface convoluted. ✓ Needs bugs fixedI purchased the full unlock. And when I try to send a mass message, I can’t even see which option to pick because they are all white and blend in with the screen. Also, when I do manage to get something typed out, it shows the entire thing as an iMessage instead of a SMS. Please fix this issue since I paid for the unlock feature..Version: 3.11.2

✓ Bad updateI really like this app but updated it on my I Phone 6 using IOS 11.4 and when I first tried to use it the APP went into a tutorial which I could not stop so had to go through it rather then just making my call. Mercifully the tutorial finally ended and as soon as I tried to find my contact the APP shut down. Now every time I try to use the APP shuts down. I guess I should be thankfull that it doesn’t make me watch the tutorial again before it shuts down<G>..Version: 3.10.5
✓ Annoying tutorialThis app did what I wanted it to do (bulk delete contacts), but it really lets itself down by forcing you to do a tutorial while you are trying to use it. Incredibly frustrating. Don’t download this on a new phone as you will end up smashing it!.Version: 3.10.9
✓ It does not work!This app has been brilliant... Being in recruitment, the app has made communicating to large groups of people daily a lot easier. UNTIL I UP GRADED TO THE IOS7.3 SOFTWARE NOW DOES NOT WORK!! Very disappointed. Like other reviews, the group texts do not show in your sent messages! Hoping the developer can sort it out?? ✓ Needs Some TweekingThis is the best App I have found that works as an address book, such as Apple use to have, which itin my opinion is truly saying a lot! I like this App, but do find numerous annoying details. I especially do not like being limited to vertical screen; it limits the use of my keyboard, reducing it to the same as iPhone. I think it is important to include the ability to choose which Groups of phone numbers you want to Sync or share with other devices, including those owned by other family members or fellow workers, or keep private. It would be good to arrange Groups in alphabetically order, or in subgroups. When typing, I would like it to remember the case I have selected. I know, I know, theoretically one is to type in lower case, but I prefer capitalization. It is easier for me to read. Fields could be added for names of children, parents, siblings, without requiring a field for phone number or e-mail..Version: 2.6

✓ Waste of moneyTried to send announcement of our newborn baby and the text didn’t go through at all. Paid the extra $10 and it sent some but not all. Unfortunately I didn’t know who had or hadn’t received it but when people didn’t reply for a while I realised the hadn’t received it. A friend also replied to it and inadvertently replied all! ✓ Poor updateThis app has served me so well for a few football seasons organising my club. Recent update has spoilt this app and group texts only go in batches of 9 recipients at a time. ✓ GroupsI've been using this app for over 4 years now and loved it. I had a growing on line business and this app allowed me to keep all of my people informed and it helped it grow. This past year they decided to only allow you 3 free group emails and then you had to purchase the app. They called it donate to help improve the app. I don't mine purchasing a good business tool. But after purchasing it, I wasn't able to send group emails and it kept asking me to purchase the next level. I have rebooted my phone, deleted the app and reopened it to no avail. This is why I am writing a review. If they scammed everyone out of just $4 for an app that doesn't work they would be millionaires. Has the big business gone to their heads. ✓ Kind of a MessInterface is awkward. Heaven help you if your contacts have multiple phone numbers. Groups won’t tell you which is which and it won’t even remember which one you chose last time. So, you’ve got to flip over to contacts and figure out which phone number to select for an SMS. Awkward doesn’t even begin to describe this behavior. I’ve got to find another app..Version: 3.9.15

✓ Mostly goodThis app was great initially for creating groups from the current contacts in my phone. However, it does not appear to be able to re-sync with my contacts & pick up any new contacts added to my phone. ✓ ..I don't know why my chosen icons won't stay I've changed twice and they go back to all the same. When inputting my contacts they grouped At first then all of a sudden they didn't I had to go back select the contact and put it into a group.... ✓ Demo will drive you mad!The app makes you do a demo when you open it, you HAVE to go through every feature. In today’s world, apps are intuitive so you shouldn’t force people to waste time. It’s so so sooo long it drove me mad. If you don’t think you’ve built an app that’s intuitive then you shouldn’t be building apps, it’s that simple. At the very least allow people to exit the demo. ✓ Almost there but in a holding patternGroup message function is cumbersome.. Have to turn off multi media messaging for it to work properly. Lost about 600 contacts when I upgraded my iOS. App wasn't supported and the contacts created weren't synching properly with iCloud or the phone's stored contacts in general. This may have been fixed with the last update but was a terrible hassle. Otherwise app runs much faster on iPhone5s and group functionality is much more usable than with the native iOS contacts..Version: 2.7

✓ SupportHaving contacts support via the app - go no reply at all. Wanted to know why if the group is created by the app and the contact is on exchange you cannot remove it from the group. The group membership is held by the app in fact they make a big deal of this saying most other apps cannot do groups for exchange held contacts. My question goes unanswered still a week on and so no way will I ever upgrade to remove the ads with that level of non existent support..Version: 2.2

✓ Pop up during text messagesNo I don’t like the pop down that shows up when I am trying to send text messages. Is there anyway to turn this off. It’s very annoying I do. It like this app any more. I can only send a mass message to two people at the time plus the pop down screen that interrupts my sending is so very annoying I’m done. Looking for a new app now. ✓ Utterly RubbishUse this app if sending group messages is really unimportant to you. If you want your message to sometimes get through but not always this is the one for you. If it doesn't get through it also doesn't let you see the message you didn't send so you have to type it out again if you can remember it. If you like these charachteristics then go for it. For me it was a pain and mucked up several important financial texts that cost me a great deal of money. Rubbish..Version: 2.7
