✓ Books are low qualityMost of the books we tried were poorly written and illustrated, appearing to be produced as quickly and cheaply as possible specifically for this app. Maybe I’m a book snob, but I prefer my kids read higher quality books. ✓ The worst purchaseI purchased Farfaria for a month for my children during we traveling. Later I got a message said my purchase process failed, then I tried other one--a year. However, I found there are two purchases in my account after my children could read. Two days later, we couldn't read the stories at all, the subscription keeps jumping out again and again, we can read at all. I sent message to App Support, still no one response to me. It very frustrating to me right now, it seems if my children want to keep reading I have to chose the new one-- life time. It the worst purchase in my life..Version: 3.3
✓ Good books, but really buggyI have a paid membership. We use it on a new iPad just purchased a few months ago. The app takes forever to load up, half the time it can’t recognize if we are connected to the internet (when we clearly are and no other apps are having the same issue), and books take a long time to load. The app is updated so that’s not the issue either. I will probably keep it through the summer just to have a reading program for my daughter, but once school starts, if her school offers a reading program or substitute I’ll likely cancel this. It’s unfortunate because without the bugs I’d probably keep it, even with school substitutes..Version: 3.65

✓ Monthly subscription buy issueI was planning to buy monthly subscription. When I selected it asked to enter one elder person age which I entered. Then it asked me to select the cost then Apple ID login details password page pops up. The issue here is that the keyboard buttons are disabled. If the app glitches, you are out of luck because once you try to click on the same book again you get the “you’ve read your book for the day” message.
