MehSuper buggy opening photos from Camera roll..Version: 1.1

Not the best appNot the best app.Version: 1.0

Poor controlsNot sure what has happened, but the controls are unusable on an iPad 3..Version: 1.0

Sorta worksThis is very similar to the "clone" capability in various 'shop' programs. The software does what it says in that it samples the area near the edges and then clones it, automatically, as you expand the borders. In theory, that's great. In practice, if there are things in that area like tree tops or other objects you may not want duplicated, then that gets replicated, too. Sometimes, it gets repeated multiple times. So, while it is extremely easy to use, I'd have to agree with the other reviews and say save your money, for now. If they can set it up so you could select the area to be duplicated, then maybe it's worthwhile..Version: 1.0

Don't buyBy the description I was falsely led to believe that this would edit my pictures not just crop them. waste of money, not happy with this app.Version: 1.0

Yup !Works as expected and great price!. For any complicated montage work i would fall back into photoshop but this saves oodles of time..Version: 1.1

5S iOS 7 CrashUnusable please update the app!.Version: 1.2

Kind a works if you are not too pickyThe app "works" as long as you do not confuse the word "works" with "magic". It stamps pieces of the image into the background to be filled, however this magical process works far better in the forest where there is no straight lines. The app does a horrible job at straightening a office shot with lots of straight lines and cubicles and square pictures on the wall, but what did you expect, the software can not guess what was really there, just fill in a pattern of texture from the general image. I'm still wondering how my friends smile ended up on the wall, clearly his smile looked like texture to the software. Expect the app to do a fair job straightening nature images with 5-10 deg angle, chances are some of your friends may not notice. Photo geeks are likely to notice the pattern fill at first glance. So all in all, I'm not deleting the app, and have used it on two images successfully, so it does work, but the sales pitch is far exaggerated. for 99 cents what did you really expect? So maybe it deserves 2 stars... I'm not sure. I have no idea how this app got so many 5 star review all in one day. Guess a bunch of very naive folks all was very excited all the same day..Version: 1.0

Not badWorks good for simple things like sky, grass, carpets etc. Better for backgrounds that aren't too complicated. Harder stuff complete waste. All in all not bad..Version: 1.0

HmmmGiven its limitations it works well, obviously it can't magic bits that don't exist. But, this apps engine just works like Adobe's Clone Stamp which has been in Photoshop for years so I don't see it as revolutionary. Unique to mobile, yes, but technology that is already elsewhere. I wowed at the rotate function, but it does hiccup, being lossless, it clones bits wrong and is noticeable. Worth 69p but you need to know photography technology well to know its limitations. Well done though!.Version: 1.0

App Won’t WorkI have purchased the app and attempted to recrop, it will not allow me to select any of my photos. Do not recommend..Version: 2.1.0

Average onlyOnly really works when edge of the photo is clear sky or grass. Anything else just gets cloned repeatedly.Version: 1.0

Don’t buyVery poor app, cannot even import photos..Version: 2.1.0

Still needs workThe "fill" is by no means seamless. I attempted to extend 5 different scenic pictures and saw noticeable edges between the original image and the fill, and much of the fill is copied and stamped (photoshop users will know what I'm saying). I would save your money and skip this app..Version: 1.0

They didn’t update the app and now does not work!I purchased it and they did not update anymore the app and now does not work with the new ios. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻.Version: 1.2.1

Sometimes worksDoes some nice intelligent image cloning which continues some landscapes with obvious vanishing points pretty well. Cool how it took a Christmas tree pic where the top had been cropped out and this software re-created the triangle top of the tree (of course it didn't add a star. Perfect for expanding images in large landscapes like deserts / beaches / forests but you will see some obvious cloning / repeating patterns. Would be nice to have a clean up feature which could be used to fix areas of the auto re-crop that don't look good. Still pretty useful for $1.Version: 1.0

Don't waste your moneyTried on a range of different photos and the results look totally fake every time..Version: 1.0

Not all thatJust seems to repeat what is directly next to it- don't believe the hype..Version: 1.1

CrashesVery good app, but crashes when trying to save. Please fix :(.Version: 1.2

I like the app but doesn't seem to work with 6+It doesn't seem to work with the iPhone 6 plus screen size. This makes it just about impossible to stretch as where you touch doesn't seem to correspond to the response..Version: 1.2

As seen in ch5 Gadget ShowThis app does a very basic job of filling in pixels to extend a crop. Worth 69p but just..Version: 1.2.1

CrapTirle says it all..Version: 1.0

TerribleThis just repeats the existing edges of photos. Very poor, I could do a LOT better with the clone stamp tool manually..Version: 1.0

PoorDoesn't actually expand the photo but copy and pastes content around and "blends" to make it appear bigger. Massive inconsistencies if the background is not clear or very very simple. Not worth it..Version: 1.0

DissatisfiedWorked with a few pics. Overall not happy about losing .99$..Version: 1.0

Wasn't what I expectedIt would be ok if you need to expand the picture ever so slightly. But the pictures it gives suggest it uncrops and shows the actual image you took when in fact, all it does is repeat the image! I accidentally cropped some friends out a photo and bought this (which is my first bought app as I hate buying apps) to get their pictures back and instead all it did was repeat the image. I am very disappointed..Version: 1.0

Absolutely RubbishI bought this app after seeing a video for it where it worked really well, it doesn't! The quality is terrible and I would have given it a lower rating if possible.Version: 1.2

Needs a retina update for iPadApp runs on iPad 3 - but it's too hard to control. I can't reliably grab the borders of picture to adjust them - I keep missing the border and rotating the picture instead - pretty much unusable. (works great on my iPad 2 though).Version: 1.0

Used to be amazing...I cannot load pictures anymore. Attempting to load pictures the program crashes back to the splash screen. I am using an iPhone 11 Pro..Version: 2.0.0

Can’t download a photoWell, I admit I am not a technological genius. However, I can select a photo to edit. Nothing happens. Just great..Version: 2.1.0

👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻Don't WASTE Money & Time👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻Pls don't waste your money like me and regret it.Version: 1.2.1

CRASH!Used to be awesome ... now it crashes every time while trying to save..Version: 1.1

AnticropAfter 6.1 update will not save pic just keep crashing.Version: 1.1

RubbishIt doesn't work.Version: 1.0

Works well... When it does. The app does do what it claims, there is a but coming. This app has saved me a ton of time in not having to import photos to Photoshop and use the "magic tool". The anti cropping works very well with landscape and horizon photos. I use it on my wife's iPad 2, my iPhone 4s, and my iPad 3. The issue I've began to run across on all three is, the app doesn't seem to recognize where I'm attempting to expand the border on larger images. On small images with fair resolution, the app functions great. At large resolutions the controls lose well, control. Instead of expanding a border it will often rotate the image. So, I try to move the cropping are itself and that's a total nightmare too. There needs to be a better way to accomplish the border grabbing and/or expanding as well as better handling of larger files. If you are a casual photographer and understand BASIC photo editing (which many reviewers are seeming to lack) then this app is a very good tool. If you expect to double the background size of a shot of you and your friends with no border to begin with... this app is not for you..Version: 1.0

PLEASE FIXCant save any picture....Version: 1.2

Poor resultsApp only seems to perform well with very simple images, even a few clouds near the edge of the frame are simply cloned in a repeated fashion with an ugly result..Version: 1.0

Great app with room for improvementI love using this app to extend my photos especially when trying to get a good square picture for Instagram. It would be nice if the meter data was carried over to the new image so things like geotagging was made easier. Even if they were switch off/on able..Version: 1.1

Once-great app plummets to 100% uselessnessLast time I reviewed this app I gave it five stars, and it deserved it. Now all it does is crashing every time I try to save or export the changes I make with it, making it not only totally useless, but completely frustrating. Then I went to click the "app support" link on this page before leaving a negative review... and their website's support form *doesn't work on mobile Safari*. MAJOR FAIL. Don't waste your time unless an update comes out indicating that the app can save again. Original review follows: It's not perfect, but it does a reliably alright job, especially for smaller touchups... especially considering there's nothing else out there that does anything remotely like this. I use it often enough to recommend it, i'm glad I got it..Version: 1.2.1

TerribleDon't bother. Terrible quality of picture. I wish I didn't purchase..Version: 1.2.1

OK with latest update, still needs workIPhone 5 now supported, but still crashes randomly when saving image. Really trick algorithm, similar to the content aware resize in Photoshop. Great for border fills and such but don't expect it to create new detail, it's software not magic!.Version: 1.2

Crashes 😕App worked so well now all of a sudden it crashes every time I try to save it..Version: 1.2

Needs update to 64 bitPls update.Version: 1.2.1

???Of limited use, was expecting more! Doesn't match up to the hype on the App explanation but for 99 cents shouldn't have expected to much either!.Version: 1.0

Waste of money.Does not work. Choppy edges and is not what the sample shows. Would not recommend..Version: 1.0

Don’t like new version BORDDon’t like grids, like the touch feature that edits and fills in stretched photo! Don’t understand grids! I like stretching or cropping the background without changing the contents! The new version you’re stretching everything! It’s not Recrop I don’t like,It’s the version on my iPad that you replaced Recrop with! Luckily I still have Recrop on my iPhone, but not on myIpad! I want Recrop back on my iPad, not BORD!.Version: 2.1.0

Great . . . Start.Anti crop is admittedly a lot of fun to play with. With the right picture, you'll be elbowing your nearest nerdy friend to show them. The problem: the right picture is a rare thing. When the main subject is in sharp focus, in the center of the frame, with plenty of generic background margin (a la the starfish on the beach per their example), it's great. But any picture's subject that's too dominant or merging in the frame--just the ideal kind of picture to anti-crop--the apps patterns grab anachronistic pieces from the main subject. So, expand the picture of yourself in the Grand Canyon, you might get an elbow mingling with the expanded sandstone. The value of the app lies both in its potential, and more importantly, it's ability to rotate horizons relatively seamlessly, and keep traditional quality and dimension. Decent app. Could be great. Looking forward to those updates!.Version: 1.0

DONT BOTHER!!!!!It interpolates from the vicinity of the area to be expanded. Sometimes it works, most of the time it does not and the results just look ridiculous, and, of course, unusable! :-(.Version: 1.2

Looks greatLooks fantastic but crashes when trying to save images on my 4s..Version: 1.0

Oh dear. What a waste of moneyIf you look at the demo video then you'll probably expect big things from this app. Prepare yourself for dissapointment because this app is truly terrible. If apple offered it I would be asking for my money back. I think I could do a better job using paint on a pc with my eyes closed..Version: 1.0

Buyer be warned...This app currently seem to work well enough, for what it is, under iOS 10 on an iPhone 6, but there are limits with combining rotation and expansion. Under normal circumstances this would be worth 4 stars. HOWEVER, this app hasn't been updated in 2½ years and if it doesn't undergo the necessary 64-bit-only compatibility upgrade soon, it will be quashed by the impending iOS (11) update. So understand that you may not be using it for long. Continued support is a big part of an app's worth..Version: 1.2.1

AbandonedHasn't been updated in 3 years or so. The iPhone now says this app can slow dos the device. It seems to have been abandoned..Version: 1.2.1

MehIt can work sometimes i guess, the sampling isnt bad.Version: 1.0

Quite goodKind of like the healing brush features in pixelmater and photoshop but easier to use out of the box for this particular purpose. Only 3 stars though as results are not fantastic close up and I feel the creators are overstating its ability. Still, excellent value for money..Version: 1.0

Average at best!70% it doesn't uncrop photos well obviously with complex photos it can't make bits which are not there! But with simple photos it can pull it off! If there's anything complex near the edges of the photo then it will just duplicate it (like it's supposed to) but usually ruins the overall outcome! Use with other apps luke touchretouch though can get the desired effect your looking for!.Version: 1.0

MehWhy is this even paid?.Version: 1.1
