Does not workI downloaded and when I put my login info, it asks to send a verification email. It never sends the email. I've waited over an hour. Please fix this bug..Version: 5.2.2

App does not let you sign inTrying to sign in via Microsoft which works perfectly on desktop trying to do the exact same thing on the app I get stuck in a sign in loop.Version: 7.0

Still needs workApp still needs a lot of work to reply to requests via email. Signature not inserted correctly and hard to find last reply. Developers don’t obviously use product.Version: 6.9

No Support for Local InstallationsThey go and release this really nice app, but neglect to support people who have local installations of SDP. We're spending over $15,000 a year for their product, and we get relegated to second-class status because we're not using their cloud version..Version: 3.0.1

Big FailI don’t normally write bad reviews. Normally, I just rate and move on after deleting it. THIS program however, was an absolute waste of time. Unable to sort or filter properly. No ability to create or modify the filter views. I was hoping to like it since my company uses it..Version: 6.3

Ticket update issues.The app doesn’t update. The online portal changes do not show on the mobile app. If a ticket is updated or closed online, it shows unchanged on the app..Version: 6.6

Was BetterI liked the app better before the UI change. It's harder to manipulate tickets with this one than it was. Useful but some design issuesHaving an app to create tickets is very useful but there are very important things missing: -No sorting, search by date -New tickets are assigned randomly to a different technician than the one who is creating the ticket. -When creating a new ticket the is no way to feed the default required fields -Search options are very basic and limited Every time I create a ticket I have to edit it so I can feed the basic fields necessaries to be assigned to a technician, department and then the web link to fill out the default requires fields which create double work and a waste of time..Version: 4.1

It’s okay...I work a non-profit health center so we use the free cloud version. It definitely get the job done but the app is a different story. We stopped getting notifications via the app back in December. My team and I have reinstalled many times and verified that push-notifications are enabled in the web console. Secondly, while in the app looking for someone’s reply to a ticket, the app seems to rearrange the conversation thus making it a puzzle to decipher the thread. We are moving to the on-prem solution and hope for better luck there!.Version: 5.9.10

Great new lookI love the new look of the UI, but when I reply to a request, the screen doesn't automatically scroll down as a type. So every time a line of text fills up in the message, I have to manually scroll the screen down to see what I'm typing. Other than that little bug, I think the updated version is great..Version: 5.0

Would love to use the app but it keeps crashingWhen it works it is a great app for managing my help desk. However the app constantly crashes. Great app but..First off I will say this app is very useful and straightforward. The only issue is I have to reinstall it everyday. It like every time I don’t use it for awhile, like when I’m off work, the next morning when I try to use it the app crash and will not open until I delete it and reinstall it. If they get this problem fixed I would rate it 5 star but for now it’s gets 1 star..Version: 5.9.12

Fix the iPad appAfter your last update. The ipad app does not work in landscape mode. It is super hard to use. The website does not support mobile. So my only choice is to fight with it or wait until I can get to a computer..Version: 6.0.2
