✓ ErrorsA lot of errors and bugs… Do not function very well….Version: 3.7.11
✓ Not enough features for usI'm sure it's a great app for one business. But my husband and I need to sort receipts and manage separate expenses for reimbursement between 3 businesses: his shared profits music LLC, his personal art clients business, and my personal ministry. I'm looking for an app to scan receipts and categorize by who spent whose money for who so we can see which business owes money to the other, it's a cash flow thing in our two person household.Version: 3.5.5
✓ Lacks important expense featureI’m a small business that needs basic expense (receipt) tracking. This app is nice in that it will allow me to have more than one profile so I can have my personal and business expenses in one app. However, this app does not offer a very important expense tracking feature which is sales tax. It does not have the option to break down the receipts. It also doesn’t allow the addition of any custom lines. Not a bad app but def lacks some important features..Version: 3.4.3
✓ Needs default VAT rateI like that you can recover VAT only on the fuel element of the mileage rate as set by HMRC (UK) but I am sick of selecting the 20% rate every single trip! Please allow us to select the standard rate of 20% as the default. This is a common issue throughout Zoho. Guess what? The vast majority of all VAT transactions in the UK are 20%!.Version: 2.0.7
✓ Better apps availableWhilst on first looks Zoho looks like it will fit the bill, the reality is that other apps are leagues ahead of it. Expensify has a better range of currencies, is more intuitive and handles reports more easily..Version: 3.7.3
✓ Needs ImprovementDeleted items should stay that way. When an item is added manually rather than waiting indefinitely to see if will auto populate, it can show up a week or so later. Even though already expensed, it keeps popping back up, even after deleting several times. Annoying!.Version: 3.4
✓ Can no longer take pictures!This is a good app for recording expenses, but a recent update removed the ability to take pictures of receipts myself, the app now auto takes them. I’ve tried many times but am unable to get a decent, legible picture of my receipt with this new auto picture feature. Please remove this!!!.Version: 2.2
✓ Poor UIPretty good app but with idiotic UI feature: - Sticky date: every entry defaults to the last date used, no matter that you have quit the app or haven’t used the app for a week. All of my various March expense are dated 09 February. ¡D’oh! - doesn’t automatically select the ONLY open Expense Report. You must pick it from a list of one. - New Expense button is the smallest button on the screen..Version: 2.7.2
✓ Failed at the setup stageDownloaded Zoho Expense from UK App Store. During setup the page has the option to change country and currency however they are greyed out and you can’t change them. So the disabled functionality has rendered this useless to me. Why would you build functionality and then disable it ?.Version: 3.6.13
✓ Some bugs still existCouple of issues with the iOS app on iPhone 7 Plus and Apple Watch (latest iOS) 1) selecting a date always seems to either increment the selected day by 1 or decrement it. Almost never select the right day which is annoying 2) Apple Watch series 4 just says “please wait” and that’s it. Doesn’t work at all for me Other than that it’s ok but those bugs should be addressed.Version: 1.10.9

✓ Crashed & glitchyWorked fine before but new update has made it very unstable Looking for only receipts in the camera roll is a good idea in theory but the app draws far too many resources and reloads the pictures before I can even select one Also didn’t even recognize half of the receipts I had in my camera roll! ✓ Not well integrated with ZohoI wanted to use this app because I do my company's accounting in Zoho. But expenses in this app are stored in a completely different database than the Zoho website. I still have to enter the expenses both places. They also want a separate subscription payment to use this app, and the link to subscribe just opens my email app. Basically unusable. I guess I'll just keep a photo album with my receipts, since that's far easier than using this app..Version: 3.3.4
✓ Fine until i needed to do my taxesI’m using this to store and track HSA expenses for the future but also to store & categorize receipts for filing income tax. Well I get down to reviewing reports and receipts and after 3 actions, the app and website locks me out during i’ve performed too many actions per minute. This is an individual no reason for it and supplier was no help “just wait an hour and the temporary block will be lifted”. until this, i liked this sw more than all the others I had tested..Version: 3.7.11

✓ Useless if not onlineThis is a great app full of features to log expense reports. However, it won’t work at all without an internet connection. I fly 3 to 4 times per week and do all my expense and travel reports while traveling, and find the lack of availability to work offline useless. The other apps I work with save their progress while offline, and then sync when I’m back online or with cell reception. Hopefully developers will fix this soon to allow offline work..Version: 3.7.1
✓ Beware they don’t careI’m a new business and was trying out their app while still getting my business started and without notice they deleted what I entered for expenses. What?!?! They sent 1 email after saying we deleted your account because it was inactive and it even said they sent notifications that this would happen but I checked, zero notification!
