✓ Good but needs workThere are misspelled words and feeding notes that don’t get saved. Also there is prey/food that is not listed but no way for the user to add it. And when the actual prey/food can’t be saved in the notes it leaves a basic function very incomplete. Please note that the Web interface is used add animals which then show up in the app. I’m going to try to use the app, but still need to use a spreadsheet to keep more granular feeding notes that I don’t want to lose. So it’s kind of a wash for me. I hope that future improvements will make it fully useful It is a good start..Gailla01Version: 7.0.2

✓ Too BadApp started out great. All the features I needed for my breading of Day Geckos. Unfortunately, I saved everything in the app and in the app alone. Didn’t have any information saved anywhere else. Logged in today and discovered that ALL of my information had been lost. Total shame. I have clutches in my incubator that I don’t know who the parents are. This is a MAJOR setback and disappointment because all of the information I needed for breeding, sales and lines, IS GONE. ✓ Waste of $25I wish I had listened to the reviews. Spent hours inputting all my breeders into the system on the PC to realize this would take 10x the time as a paper and pen the way I have been doing it. Is there any way to return this? ✓ Good AppNeeds a little work. It is more geared for snakes, rather than Lizards, feeding types seem restricted to snakes, no mealworms, locus etc. Great concept though, I look forward to updates, the app can only get better and is a good first shot. However it does need some tweaking, it would be nice to be able to add animals from the app. Printing options would also be nice because the labels are very small. All in all its a good app. General feedback. Blank spots in the reptile info should not be included on the printouts. ✓ Lacks Way Too MuchFirst impression; the scanning feature is great. And that's the only thing. Date are not typical mo-day-year format. You have to scan for every action not every animal. So if you change water, clean, snake pooped, and shed that's 4 scans for 1 animal. Not time saving at all. Also I wrote feedback twice and haven't seen any response or changes in a 2 month period. ✓ Okay but definitely needs improvementFor what it does this app works pretty well. It sounds like the developers have worked hard to increase stability in the last year. The problem is this is a fairly pricey app and it feels more like a beta version. There’s no documentation for the app so you’re left to guess what things do. One of the categories “hungry” makes no sense since your entire collection is always listed there. Not sure what the “premium” subscription does, I signed up for it over a week ago and it has yet to be applied to my account. ✓ Few features work save your $$I bought this app a couple of years ago and returned it due to the abysmal customer service. I finally broke down and bought it again on a friends advice only to discover very few of the features work. Apparently the android version I’m infinitely better. All I can say is it’s better than nothing. Apparently you can get away with making a crap niche app and selling it for an exorbitant price. ✓ The app use to be good but has went backwardsWe have had this app for almost two years. It was the best app and we loved it. It had the quick feed, quick clean etc. like it shows for the iPad app but it no longer has any of that and the needs feed and hungry list are basically the same thing with no other options for anything else now without really having to look for the options. Plus it’s misleading because it shows the old interface is still used for iPad but after downloading it I found out that it also is the same as the iPhone app now. ✓ One big problem for me!If you decide to use reptile scan with keeping track of let's say cleaning a tub there is going to be WAY TO MANY scans.
