Brilliant AppJust completed week 4 and looking forward to moving onto marathon app when complete.Version: 6.8.4

Great appThis is a great app to get you running, as a beginner or after a lazy winter. I had an issue because I had my settings incorrect, and the tech support people were helpful and quick to respond..Version: 5.1

Excellent!!Download the app and use it! Fantastic training program that literally took me from the couch to being able to run!.Version: 5.2

I heart this appThis is great app I find it so hard to train while looking at my watch all the time this solves that problem..Version: 1.4

First run after babyEasy to use and get your ahead around. Day 1 Week 1 was nice and gentle for me especially after doing zero exercise during pregnancy. Voice prompts are great too..Version: 6.8.7

Love itI started with the previous one and I thought I would not be able to do it. I am running 10 min with a one min rest for 40 min running in total last time I have that ability I was in high school. I enjoy the message at the beginning of the day and it is like a demonstration that your body can do way more than expected as long as you give it the time for it. I will recommend it to anyone who wants to have a bit of a structure during the time in the gym and to celebrate the progress. Hope this will make you try. I started because Vineland an NPR journalist recommended and thank you so much for that. Great book excellent recommendation.Version: 6.8.15

Works for meIt’s a good app. Minus all the adds on the bottom. But in reality, when you are running you are not looking at the screen!.Version: 6.0

Great appVery good app, very motivating..Version: 5.1

Feel better than I have in YEARSI hadn't done any running in years so I started out with the C25K version of this app which was brilliant but after completing that program I just wanted to keep running! I have moved on to this app & love it- I ran my 1st 10km race last w/end, couldn't have done it without this app :).Version: 1.4

Simple and effectiveGreat gradual training to start running. Voice commands for intervals are clear and concise - exactly what I was looking for!.Version: 6.4

So goodEasy to use and realistic times.Version: 2.2

Getting there...With this app, I've got an excellent chance of achieving my goal of running 10am with ease..Version: 6.0

A good free optionWhilst unpaid access to running apps is now getting more limited, this app doesn’t do such a bad job at all. The audio prompts are really helpful and although you can link it to only specific music services, you can still stream your own music in the background. I’ve just started week 6 and the progress is so gradual I’ve hardly noticed going from 90 seconds to 20 mins jogging so it’s really helped me get back on my feet. I’ve never finished a run feeling like I never want to run again! However, to easily be able to keep on top of your progress you do need to pay. It would be far easier if I could check my watch to understand where I am in the run, how long left etc. There is a helpful Lock Screen but still awkward with gloves in winter months. I haven’t tried the full version yet but so far it is exactly what I need and I will continue to use it..Version: 6.8.29

Show the paceWould be nice to see run pace. Other than that it is very motivational.Version: 6.8.10

Thank you.Thank you for addressing the volume issue. I felt that DING was going to either put me into cardiac arrest or impair my hearing. 😖 I think this app is great. Rather than doing 3x per week, I run 2 days, take a day off, run 2 days, take a day off.m, etc. A “week” isn’t quite a full week, but you get more exercise in to keep up the endurance and accomplish the same goal. I love having a guide to get me back on track..Version: 6.7

Fantastic!Great way to return to running, and train for a 10K running event..Version: 6.0

Excellent ap!I am really enjoying this ap. It is awesome and I definitely recommend it to all. It is a fantastic way to get back into fitness. :-).Version: 2.3

Love this app!Love this app! It gets my booty off the couch and moving!.Version: 5.3

Disappointed to see ads for Vapes upon completion of trainingI used the C25K program, and loved it. I am just starting with the 10K program, and I was anticipating that it would be great too. But I was very disappointed, at the end of my first session, to see an ad for vaping. This app is approved for ages four years old and up, so this type of ad is completely inappropriate. Additionally, I think it’s just import taste to advertise a Vape and people are using to try to improve their health. The fact that 10K is advertising the Vape, Is likely to apply to a smoker looking to get healthier, that a Vape is a healthier alternative to smoking. It is not healthy to Vape. Now I cannot let my children use this app. I look forward to 10 K removing the inappropriate Vape ads so that I can change my review to reflect my true feelings for the program..Version: 6.8.7

CarolynUsed this app many times to get back on Trac with fitness it is amazing how you never feel out your depth no matter how unfit you are it is totally do able. Life saving app..Version: 6.8.7

GreatExcellent so far!.Version: 6.2

Really WorksI’m 66 yo and in fairly decent shape but have never been a runner. I didn’t believe that this would work. Every new week I’d say I’m never going to be able to run for that long. But by week 14, I was running, really running. I had tried to do it on my own and was never successful. I also loved that I could listen to my music and it would pipe in and tell me when to walk and when to run. It also tells you when you’re halfway through. I would highly recommend!.Version: 6.8.11

Best free running appLove this app. Its interactive and challenging. Couldn't ask for more! I started off finding 30 sec running tiring. Now I can run for 30 minutes. Unbelievable!.Version: 1.8

Great motivatorThis has been really effective with helping we get out and get into shape. A few months back I could not imagine running 5km let alone 10km. Now I'm running 10Km routes and enjoying it (mostly)..Version: 4.9

Best Medicine EverI am diagnosed with Verifiable Mental/Emotional disability...... and running and cycling and swimming are the best medicine I have ever used. My quality of life has improved in the way I can't say with words. This app made it easy to run and listen to my audio. I want to know what it feels like at the finish line of a marathon next. On a fixed income so I can't afford the bundle. I would use it if I could though. I recommend this for people struggling daily with mental health issues. Once the endorphins kick in regularly you will thank yourself for doing this..Version: 6.8.4

Great for first time runners! This app is awesome for beginner runners. I love how all you have to do is press play, play your music and the app does the rest for you! Times it and tells you when to start running/ walking etc without having to look at your phone. It's made me want to really take running on as a hobby. 👍🏼💪🏼.Version: 6.2

Great motivationLoving this app, finding it really motivating to get out there and actually look forward to the next challenge each day. Finding myself signing up for triathlons now as I know I can run the distance..Version: 1.9

Crashed..After 4 weeks it crashed and I lost all data so unimpressed.Version: 6.8.22

Great AppIt’s a great lap for people who have never really enjoyed run but want to start.Version: 6.2

Can an app hold you accountable?Turns out I don’t hate running that much. 😜 I needed an accountability partner. A friend told be about the app and I’m enjoying to use it. The app is my accountability partner now. I did run a 10K last year. Rather unprepared and probably because it is a very popular run I just dived into it. My goal for this year is to beat last years time which should be easy to do, since my accountability partner is making me train for it..Version: 6.0

Effective and easy to followThis app has got me out the house and out of breath. Easy to use, and unobtrusive ads. Would benefit from some more time alerts during longer runs but it’s a very minor issue..Version: 5.7

Great running appThis app is great for beginners to improving your running in general and for increasing your running distances. Just trust the app and only do what it tells you to do. Week on week you will be amazed at how, in not time you will be running distances you never thought you would be able to do GOOD LUCK AND ENJOY YOUR RUNNING 😊.Version: 6.8.29

Great AppThis app is great, it helps you get your fitness little by little. It pushes you but not to the point of giving up but moving on to a greater challenge!.Version: 4.2

MsGreat app if used consistently..Version: 5.5

Awesome appI love this app. Easy to follow and easy to ease back into running. I also love that I can do the whole program through this app. Thanks 10K!.Version: 6.0

LoveI have used the c25k, 10K and 13.1 apps and love them all. This is my second time doing the 10K and I have noticed it runs smoother now. I love that the workouts are accessible, challenging but doable. I also love that the app tethers to my Apple Watch so I can just put my phone away and revive the prompts on my wrist and through my headphones. I recommend this to anyone who it just starting out running..Version: 6.1

Good little appAlthough I'm sure the timer sometimes skips forward a bit!? Earlier this week I was running for a 5 minute session and it told me to start walking after 2 mins. It usually happens on a walking session when it skips forward. I don't know how but I have confirmed it against my watch. Other than that good app that gives me the motivation to get going.Version: 5.5

Love itHave to say I love this app. My fitness level was pretty much in the dumps post-baby, and this app has gotten me back on the road to health. I love that the workouts are in very doable increments—just 30 minutes at first—with bite-sized periods of running mixed with walking. It’s not intimidating and because of that, it feels easy to get out there and do the workouts. Love! I also got the music, it’s fun to run to!.Version: 6.8.3

Unbelievable app that helps you to start working outLove this app, it helps beginners to start jogging without hesitation ....Version: 6.0

Great way to get back into runningThis app is great motivation to start running and has really improved my fitness. I like how it tells me when I am half way so I can just run in one direction and turn around at the half way mark..Version: 6.8.23

Great appEasy to use. Convenient. Simple. Let me run with my music, tells me when to run or walk. Progressive program..Version: 5.0

Family friendlyMy daughter and I loved doing this together . It was achievable for the both of us!.Version: 6.2

Best! The best app ever! I always hated running but since I found this app I got so exited I can't wait for my rest day to pass so that I could go out and do my my run! Training to do 5k run for a good cause. So amazing, still can't believe I started running and really enjoying it. 10 stars for this app!.Version: 1.4

Amazingly simple!Love it! So easy to use. It's like a personal trainer without the expense!.Version: 1.1

Great running appI’ve used this app every year for the past few years to get me going again after the winter. This year my 9 year old decided she wants to try with me and it’s provided a beautiful daddy daughter experience. And that’s the greatest thing about the app is that it lets you go at your pace so it’s great for all skill levels and ages. From a 41 year old man to a 9 year old girl just starting, it’s such a great way to expose yourself to running, safely and effectively!.Version: 6.9.4

Great running app!So motivating, the voice is encouraging to finish the run as they get longer and harder!.Version: 1.7

Great app to get you motivatedEasy to use lots of options and able to play my own music ... love it!.Version: 5.3

Great app; small blipI loved using this app to get me from 5 to 10K. The voice prompts are really useful and I love that you can listen to your own music. The only thing I found was that at the very end of the running intervals the voice prompt tells you that you have one minute left. Then about 3 seconds later another voice prompt says start cool down/walk. That needs correcting. Otherwise a superb app..Version: 6.8.7

Love this appUse this app every summer for training for speed. Love it and tell everyone about it.Version: 5.0

Perfect Training App!With voice prompts to tell you when to run, walk, when you're halfway, and when to cool down, and all with easy, quick transitions back to your own music, this is everything a running app needs to be. I love the design and look of this app as well; no unneeded bells and whistles. Perfect training app!.Version: 2.8

Onto 10KI used to run, marathon and ultra were my distance for a while. Then circumstances had me not run for a couple of years - this is a good way to get back into it again without injury.Version: 6.4

Helpful Trainer for the I experienced runnerGood, motivating trainer. The short to longer runs w/walk or jog breaks inspires me to run longer. I’ve increased my pace & endurance as a result of using this. If I haven’t exercised in a while (busy, work, laziness, etc.), the earlier weeks get me going. I would def recommend this - or the 5K version - to any beginner jogger/runner. About 1-1.5 years ago (2016?), I had some probs w/the App crashing. I dumped it then reloaded it in mid-2017. No Probs since..Version: 6.4

Apple Watch pleaseGreat app, but not using due to not being to use it Apple Watch! Please please develop for Apple Watch so I can leave my phone at home!.Version: 6.8.4

Love this app!I’ve used this app twice: once when I was starting to run and once after an injury got me out of the habit of running. Both times, C210K helped me with the necessary conditioning for high mileage running by easing me into a regimen that I would not have followed without the app. It’s helped me create discipline while making it fun to increase my distance each week. I recommend it to anyone looking to get back into shape!.Version: 6.8.20

Awesome!!!Approaching 40 and have always been overweight and unfit. I've run 48km in the last 9 runs!!! This app is amazing and great!! If you want to run this is the app for you. Thank you.Version: 1.9

Great for the novice that I am...I’m not really a runner and I do have ankle and knee issues. However, running is a great and easy exercise that I can do. 10K has been a great app for me to get started. It gives me commands of when to start, stop, warm-ups, cool downs, run, walk and even lets me know when I’m at the halfway point. Whether I am training all week or just a day or two a week it is easy for me to pick up where I left off. I have not run a 10K yet but I’m still working toward it! I highly recommend the app..Version: 6.7

Great App!!I am really enjoying this App. I have not just run for fitness other than being part of a team sport such as football so getting out there and just running has been different. The gradual increases are great and I am feeling super and I am only at week five! Looking forward to seeing what the rest of the program brings ;).Version: 1.7

Epic appGreat app, really helps to get you started. Wish you could listen to podcasts instead of just music playlists, but really good app.Version: 1.9

Great free app for trainingI went from zero running to 5km in just over three months ... now on track for 10km. The app keeps building progress and you don’t have to think about what to do next which I love, just do it!.Version: 6.4

Awesome app!!I'm the couch potato that this app is for. So good not to have to think about when I have to walk and when I should run. Gives me an incentive to run to try and keep running til the app tells me to stop. Great intro to preparing for a 10k run. Love also that I can listen to my music at the same time. Thank you for designing such an awesome app!! :D.Version: 1.8

Great app to get into itCould be better with the logging and tracking of the run, but great as a training tool.Version: 6.9.5

HelpfulGood way to get yourself going and track your progress if you're trying to get back in shape..Version: 5.1

Great tool to start runningHave completed week 2 and find this app very beneficial. I'm of moderate fitness but don't run at all (never have) and found this is a great way to get started. Love the ability to listen to your own tunes. Just make sure you turn your ring tone sound on and enable notifications so you know when to change..Version: 4.3

Turn C210k into C220kI have enjoyed this app very much, went from c25k to c210k and after doing the 10k for awhile i thought about going to the next thing, did not want to pay the subscription. Just go back to week 9 run the 10 minutes 4 times and then i just started it over for another 4 times, instant 20k same free price. Will keeping doing this until the end again and see if i can go three times..Version: 6.8.28

The BEST running app out thereI first used this company’s C2 apps about 5 years ago when I first got into running. I worked all the way through the C25K, but at that time, I went to jump up to C210K and it had me start all over! I attempted to train using my own cues but was very inconsistent. I picked the app up again about a week ago and I am so glad they fixed that aspect! Now, it is totally perfect and I have no complaints. So excited to run my first 10K this fall!.Version: 6.4

Old version was betterI love this app and am constantly encouraging people to get it. I've only just got back into things and so is my first time using the new app and the ads at the start did my head in! I also prefer the option to lock my phone and still hear he prompts as it helps save my battery :) but the little lock thing on the app will suffice! Still a really wonderful app!! :).Version: 4.2

My audible CoachI’ve been using this for a few years and it is better than ever with or without an Apple Watch. The watch app is now easy to see with a large logo that pops up to let me decide if I need to read what I already heard in my ears (sometimes I’m distracted and missed the verbal cue), but the haptic buzz helps. I’ve had to restart my training after two months off and 10K let me choose where to start. I backed up to several weeks earlier very easily. I use RockMyRun’s music, and 10K’s verbal instructions weren’t lost- worked great together though I had to choose “None” in the app for the music. I have used the app to play my own music and that works great, too. You can set the screen to dark or light backgrounds depending on what you need. The update makes the music and light controls easier to access and it has always given a short, and useful description of the time breakdown for warmups, walking, jogging, and cool down. I recommend this app for getting your body ready to jog a 10K. It focuses on time spent, not actual distance. By the end of the training you can do a full 10K. It gets you there. Afterwards, you’ll need to work on upping your pace..Version: 6.8

Great AppHaving not run for a long time, and feeling unfit, I’ve found this app great at not only getting me from couch to 10K, but it also gave me motivation, and short term achievable goals... I’d recommend this for anyone wanting to make running part of their lifestyle....Version: 5.9

Not bad at allIt's a pretty good app better than I expected just don't forget to turn up your volume so you can hear the prompts of winter start running and continue walking I like the program better on the road or on a trail rather than on the track because the track I look for visual points instead of just enjoying the run.Version: 5.3

Just rightI’m a former Ironman competitor trying to get back in shape after a long break. I find this app to be very well balanced with its gradual build in endurance. I feel like I accomplished an effective workout with goals that are just right for me..Version: 6.8.18

First work out down - I like it!Having had a 3 month holiday recently, I knew I had lost a lot of fitness and was dreading getting back into running. This app makes it really easy to build up slowly, and being able to access your own music in-app is awesome. I love it!.Version: 4.3

Love love itIf you hate running and don't think you can run, this app will change the way you do it!!!! I used to run and then stopped but this proves fun and great motivation to get back into it. Plus interval training like this is proven to get you fitter faster than a constant race. Get it. You won't be disappointed.Version: 4.2

A great appA friend and I decided to run a 10K. I haven’t ran for years and being older, the thought of getting ready, seemed overwhelming; knowing the dedication, the hard work it takes to work up running a little over 6 miles . My friend found this app to get her ready and told me. I tried it for the first time yesterday, so impressed, because it is giving the person the pace you need to start. Often when one starts, you overdo in the beginning, taking days to recover. This app indicates when to run, when to walk. I am excited knowing one more 10K will take place with the help of this app-pacing me..Version: 6.8.7

Excellent.Very impressed with this app. The increases for each run are small enough to be achievable when you're starting out from no running at all but also enough to keep it challenging and interesting. I wasn't sure I would be able to keep up with the progress but I did. Being able to measure how much you're improving is such a good motivator. Couldn't recommend this app more highly. Love it..Version: 1.8

10KEasy to use ..Version: 5.0

Anyone can do it with this appI am using this app to train for my first 10K. The program increases your running length gradually and by splitting your timed runs with walking helps to build endurance, stamina and a belief you can run. I have repeated a couple of weeks to make sure I was comfortable running the length of time. Once you get to 5k the feeling of achievement and self belief gained is enough to spur you on to continue. On my way to complete a 10K. Can’t believe I am nearly running 10K. Would advise using another app alongside for distance, speed, calories burned etc as this is dependent on your running speed. I am not fast so find as the program progresses I need to run a couple of minutes longer to ensure I cover the intended distance. There are many other free apps to complement this app. I subscribe to the music as I can find a playlist that suits my speed and as I continue to train my speed will increase so new playlists. Found the music useful as when I run further I get more songs encouraging me to reach my next goal. All in all I rated this app 5 stars Good incremental achievable increases and most of all you too will become a runner 🏃🏻‍♀️🏃‍♂️.Version: 6.3

100% RecommendFirst week running after 2 years off and about a 2 stone weight gain. Definitely pushed me this week and can already see an improvement in my running. Hopefully gets me to the 10K as well as the first week has gone..Version: 6.0

I initially was skepticalI hadn't run since middle school but have been wanting to start again. I had heard about this problem and despite being skeptical that it would work for me, I began the program. With determination to finish the program I once again became a runner. I highly recommend this program to anyone who wants to begin a running program..Version: 6.8.4

Awesome appHi Guys this app is awesome..Version: 6.8.16

Great free app to start running and keep going.Using this app was the perfect way to get back to running after my accident. Great workout, plus you can use your own music. I'll purchase the app though, because the ads are really annoying..Version: 5.0

Love it!I love the app, I was a total novice at running and very unfit. I was fat and unhappy. Now I’m motivated, a comfortable weight and living a happier life; I don’t lose my breath when I get to the top of the stairs! Only thing I’d like to see is maybe a video to show novices how to stretch their legs? I had terrible leg pain because I wasn’t stretching correctly! Otherwise I love it!.Version: 5.9

Great app, simple to useWith two years off running following knee surgery and pregnancy, I was looking for an easy to use, goal-led app to get back in shape. This is easy to use and has a good gradient to get you moving without making you feel beaten; instead, I actually look forward to my workout, buggy, dogs and all!.Version: 6.4

Great tips on startJust did my first run and the app asked if I was a C25K grad. If so, I could star in week 9. I found this very useful. Just completed week 9 and had a rough but enjoyable run..Version: 5.0

GreatEasy to use.Version: 5.3

Crashing since recent updateWon’t even open after update..Version: 6.8.22

Good app, could be great. This app has really helped me get back into running and holds me accountable. I pay for the upgraded version and always get frustrated when I try to go back to look at my routes and it doesn’t have the option. It also glitches and pulls in data from my previous run instead of updating with my latest results. Would love to see these things fixed..Version: 6.8.20

AwesomeGreat app.Version: 1.3

Good appThis app is helpful for beginning running. My neighbor and I use the C25K (couch to 5K) app and when she and I can’t run together, I use this app because they are identical until it gets to the 5K part. I keep restarting after periods of no running, but that is okay because I will reach my goal. Maybe this time will be that time. In any case I am getting stronger and healthier and closer to my goals. What is your goal?.Version: 6.4

Great appThis app keeps me accountable and therefore more likely to achieve my goals. Using for a second time after injury break..Version: 6.0

So far so goodJust had my third baby 12 weeks ago and so far this has been an awesome way to get back to pre baby fitness. I haven't completed the whole lot yet but I'm a few weeks in and loving it..Version: 2.2

I am a runnerJust finished week two and I have literally never felt better about myself- the gradual increases are perfect to challenge me- 1 step at a time!!! I can actually do this!!!.Version: 1.6

So far it’s achievableOnly in day 2, but the 30minute section broken up into bite size chunks is doable. Using it on a treadmill with BitGym and the time flies. Really enjoying it.Version: 5.9

GoodGood app, used it the whole way to the end but now when I lock my screen the countdown timer stops working.Version: 6.9.5

Love it... But!!!!I’m loving the c210k trainer. It is definitely helping to build me up as a runner. I’m only halfway in but I feel stronger everyday. My only gripe is there’s not an Apple Watch app. This would make my life soo much better, especially as Spring approaches and I’ll be doing more outdoor activities. It would be awesome to be able to leave my phone because I have this app downloaded to my watch. There is a similar app for the Apple Watch but it does not allow for the Apple Music capabilities and what’s a run without a great playlist? Please fix this!!!!.Version: 6.0

ExcellentIf you’ve used the C25K by Zen Lab, then you know what the program is about and how it works. The 10K is a basic extension of this. I do enjoy the change in voice and ding noise when it’s time to transition during the run. My only complaint is that it’s not MFP compatible like the C25k. Can you fix that?.Version: 3.7

ExcellentKeeps me motivated and let's me get better slowly without getting hurt!!.Version: 5.1

Watch app update?I am enjoying this app so far. Really feel my fitness increasing. But I’d love to drop my phone at home and just take my Apple Watch out. Could you please make an update to allow this? Thanks..Version: 6.4

Only app that could make me run!Great app highly recommended if you’ve never jogged before.Version: 6.4

Love it!Best trainer ever!.Version: 1.3

Love it!!I have done a C25K app similar to this one years ago. I stopped running after I finished it because I couldn’t didn’t know how to work into a 10K. (and lost motivation) I decided to try this as inspiration to work straight to a 10K. Loving the fact that when I complete it, I can click a link that will take me to their half marathon training app (if I decide to go there)..Version: 5.7

Easy to use!So far so good!.Version: 4.9

Great AppThis is a great app although it’s well worth paying a couple of quid to get rid of the annoying adverts. It would be even better if it were compatible with the Apple Watch so I could see the timings on the Watch rather than relying just on the audio...in a noisy environment it’s not always easy to distinguish the audio prompts..Version: 5.9

Free and easyFree, easy, do it when I feel like, start again at the beginning if I want. What’s not to like..Version: 6.8.25

Brilliant so farJust started the couch to 10k and love it so far. Manageable runs that make you feel like you've accomplished something better than the run before without taking too much of a toll on your body..Version: 5.3

Love this app!Easy to use and gentle on my reluctant body!.Version: 5.1

Amazing!!Makes it so easy to begin and thrive at running! I used to have running and now I love it and go most days!.Version: 5.6

Please read! This app is spectacular. Whether you’re already a runner who wants to improve your time, or you’re a new runner. When I began I was a mix of both, I could easily run 1 mile at a decent pace 8:45/mile pace. However, I wanted to increase my distance while keeping my time at the same pace if not better. Yesterday while running I ran a 7:15 mile. This app works, trust it. I can effortlessly run 2 miles at an 8 minute pace now. Definitely recommend to new runners, and seasoned runners struggling to shave off some time..Version: 6.8.23

Flawless victoryEvery spring I follow the directions in this application to the letter, and every summer I can run 10km easily. I feel great and I look great. Then every fall I stop completely, destroy all my progress, get fat, and wait until spring. BUT - every spring, without fail, this application gets me on point. It’s simple, easy and actually works. Do exactly what it says, even when you think you can do more. Your progress will be natural and smooth. Every time. 100% recommendation. It’s simply works..Version: 6.9.0

The bestWhat more is there to say? Consistent, motivating, easy, gradual way to reach the 10K goal in a non judgmental way. When I started I struggled to run 1 minute and here I am -just finished week 13 day 3!!!.Version: 6.2

DecentFree portion is decent - not a lot of talk just quick instructions... don't know about the purchased side- I'm cheap... took off a star just because I think using the app interferes with playing my own music- I have to hit play for every single song- not easy whilst jogging and I don't usually have to do that if I'm not using this app.... otherwise decent app! We'll see if I can get to a 10K in this few weeks........Version: 5.5

Very helpful appGreat app! Really enjoying my training with this app. Thank you!.Version: 2.1

Best app for runningBest app.Version: 6.8.20

Good appIt's good.Version: 5.0

Good structure for beginnersLove how 10K eases you into running in a way that doesn't cause injury and is actually enjoyable! Voice prompts good..Version: 5.3

Great appThis is a great app. I’m currently on week 7, so still a way to go from my 10K goal but slowly getting there. Considering I’ve never been able to run for more than 1 minute I’m very impressed so far..Version: 6.4

Nice appLove the app for running but it has its problems. Sometimes I don't get the alerts and so I feel I need to be always checking. UI is clunky making it difficult to navigate.Version: 5.3

Great appProbably worth the money to buy the version without the ads. The ads can be annoying at first. So far I'm running 3.7km... it's getting me there..Version: 5.0

Love this app; speed suggestionI just ran my first 10K with this app! I never thought this would be possible for me. Before starting the 5k program, I didn’t think I was capable of running for even 5 minutes. If I were to give one suggestion, it’d be an opportunity to gain speed once the program is completed. 60 mins is fast for a beginner so I used the MapMyRun app as well to make sure I was hitting my 6.2 miles. It ended up taking me an hour and fourteen minutes, but my goal is to be under the 60 minute mark!.Version: 6.9.7

10K Trainer app is awesome!I have used this app several times now to prep for a 10K race. I love the ease of popping in my headphones and having the voice tell me what to do. I don’t have to worry about any time consuming tasks of programming intervals into my phone or watch, it’s all done for you..Version: 5.8

Back to square one!Great app. Quite motivational. Will persevere and then move on to the 21K version. My only criticism is the voice prompts are a little quiet, especially if listening to music at the time. Otherwise great..Version: 6.2

Awesome stuff!Great app.Version: 1.4

Getting thereMy level of running before this was a big fat zero and slowly but surely I'm getting through this. I'm at week 4 at the moment and generally find day 1 of each week the hardest to get through. The only thing I'd like to see is a little tip on running for the beginning of each week and maybe a motivational quote..Version: 2.1

Great app!I went from being out of shape to running a 5K and I'm amazed and proud each day that I complete the next level. It is very doable and I love these apps!.Version: 5.1

Great app to get you in to running regularly! The daily motivational quotes are actually pretty helpful too!.Version: 5.0

Not free anymore? Why have I suddenly lost all my data and being forced to pay when I’ve always used this app for free and tolerated the ads? I cannot navigate past the ‘go pro’ and can’t access my data..Version: 7.2.1

Love itThis app as well as the C25K app have helped me loose weight and begin to actual enjoy running (I used to HATE cardio). You can listen to your music and run the app at the same time. It never pushes any in app purchases down your throat or interrupt your work out. I accidentally closed the app mid run and was able to pick up where I left off upon reopening. Love this freaking app..Version: 6.4

Good appI’ve just completed my first run. For those new to running it’s a great start as eases you in gently, is simple to use and not too much talking on it like some other apps. Def worth a try and keep at it, even if you don’t feel so fit at the start, as they say a bad run is better than no run!.Version: 6.4

AwesomeBest running training app ever. Does all the figuring out for you. Only this is missing is the tracking..Version: 2.2

Love this app!!I'm doing a run daily instead of 3x/wk and it's amazing!!.Version: 5.0

New runnerApp is basic but great. Ran my 10K after 14 weeks as expected, starting from scratch..Version: 5.0

Love this trainerI've used the 10K Trainer by Zenlabs from start to finish three times. It's great for beginners to intermediates who like a structured training program that will help them achieve the goal of running 10Km. I'm 55 and have recently recovered from back surgery after an injury that stopped me exercising for over a year. The 10K Trainer is helping me back to full fitness..Version: 5.3

Running is the worst, right?I hate running, and I imagine if you are using this app, you are not a big fan either. But we all want to be healthier, and it would be nice to not have to deal with a gym whenever you want to exercise. It is easy to get discouraged, but the schedules and programs in the app make it easy to build up to running the 10K. You can do this!.Version: 6.1

Run like you stole somethingI've never been a jogger let alone a runner but this app has been the perfect training companion… easing me into this insidious world of exercise… and I like it! I've noticed a few of the exercise app crash whilst in use but just keep the app active (as in not locking your phone) fixing this easily. Enjoy!.Version: 4.3

Helped me rediscover my love of runningI've used this app for a week and I'm loving it. It's really helped me rediscover my love running. I started at week 4 and plan to keep up running 3 times per week which the app promotes the structure of doing. The half way and 1 minute left prompter are great to keep you going!.Version: 5.5

This app changed my life.I have always felt like a runner in my head, but once my shoes hit the pavement it was proven otherwise. I would be winded after 1 minute of running and wouldn’t try again for a long time. I downloaded the C25K app August 2018 and really struggled the first two weeks. Fortunately the reminders and breaks in between running is what kept me pushing through the program. I was running 30 minutes non stop and enjoying the program in no time (2 months later). I took some time off because I had a hard time running in the winter time, but when spring came around I knew I was ready to jump back in. Naturally, I downloaded the 10K app. If you have completed the 5k program, it will start you off at week 9 which was great because I needed to ease back into running. Honestly, this is the best program. I feel like a runner, I have more stamina, I have lost 30lbs, and it’s all because of this app..Version: 6.8.8

New update disappointingOriginally I was having issues with the app crashing, however to developers reached out to me and confirmed they have fixed the issue. I didn’t run into any issues today, and it seems to be working properly. This app is great now and I high recommend it for anyone who is training for a run or simply wants to get into running. Thanks for your great communication Zen Labs..Version: 6.8.3

C25k graduateAfter starting and stopping the C25k app several times I finally graduated and moved up to this one. So easy to use and love how easy it is to just start where you are...or stay where you are...or even go backwards if you need to. If you can get your mind right and make the time to do it (keep your commitment to yourself) then it’s an easy program to follow..Version: 6.4

Great appLove this app, love the fact that you can play your own music lost running, love the motivational notifications, without which I might not have run so much x.Version: 5.3

Keeping me fit!Does what it says and is easy to use. I may eventually buy the pro version as well if I take up longer running..Version: 5.3

Helped me loose 85lbI started using the 5K version when I was 14, I weighed 275lb back then. In the course of 6 months I had lost 50 pounds (also with the help of watching my calories) . Then I fell off the horse because I moved. Got back on a year later after maintaining 228lb for a year. Then I got back on and lost another 38, finally getting to my current healthy (and aesthetically pleasing) weight of 190 pounds..Version: 6.0

Best app!Best app thanks you!.Version: 5.5

Gets me off the couch.Totally do-able..Version: 1.7

Awesome appLove how you don't have to look at you watch as I've done in the past. Very easy to stick too, it's like having a training buddy..Version: 1.5

Great appI love this app. I'm not a runner but wanted to get fit, so I tried this and it's so easy to stick to 3 times a week! The reason I think it's easy is because it gets harder very gradually and feels manageable. I love the voice prompts and the fact I can use my own music with it..Version: 4.9

Best beginner appGreat for anyone looking at getting into running. The app does crash when streaming music, I’ve also had issues with alerts when using Garmin connect to record my run. Apart from that the interface is clean and easy to use, plus it’s free 😜.Version: 5.3

👌🏻Fantastic for a free app! No problems so far! It’s great that everyone can have a free personal trainer, I used to run 10ks a few years back but have steadily got more and more sedentary over the years, this app is getting me back into running shape in time for the New Year’s races.Version: 5.8

Great appA great app to help me get up to 10k.Version: 4.2

Really like this appFind the functionality good and like fact that it doesn't have accompanying music!.Version: 5.3

Love it so far!As an overweight person trying to lose weight this is a really great way to motivate myself to exercise without focussing on weight loss... instead giving me another kind of goal that I can see a different kind of progress in every week.Version: 4.5

Awesome for a starterThis is such an easy to use app. Love the pop up inspirational quotes you get just before you start. The only thing I'd add to it is the distance you have achieved leading up to the 10kms. It helps to know how far your running before you reach the full distance and gives u the push to keep working at it. Also the voice doesn't come up sometimes and I'm not sure weather to run or walk. Other than that I love this app, already recommended it to friends and totally love being able to play my own music on it!!.Version: 2.1

Simple and easyReally good app. Recommended to me. Easy to use. Simple. Links to music and best bit is it tells you when you are at half way which is crucial to me..Version: 5.3

10 K Trainer2nd time around. Great training tool. Recommend..Version: 5.9

Easy enoughEasy to use for the best part once you get to know the new lay out. Tracks progress and is nice to have something to guide you through it. From a non runner it’s a good app 😊.Version: 6.8.7

Awesome TrainerPerfect app for complete fitness noobs (ie. me). I'm now fitter than I've ever been in my life, have signed up for some races, and am only halfway through the program!.Version: 1.7

Best running appI’ve never been able to run anymore than a couple of minutes at a time. I’m now running 25 minutes straight. I would definitely recommend this app if you’re looking for a structured plan to reach your goal..Version: 7.0.6

Download this great app!Fantastic app, I never thought I could run the way that I am. It's fantastic and encouraging. I can't wait to get back out after each session and it's good to have a goal and track your progress. If your thinking of training this is the app for you..Version: 6.3

Helping me return to meThis app is just great. I have been following the course now for 5 weeks and am well on the way to reaching 10K! As. Former middle distance enthusiast, I ran 10K’s and Half Marathons in my 20’s and 30’s. By the time kids, work pressure, home renovations and injuries came a knocking i prioritised these in my early 40’s Now 45 and in reasonable fitness I decided to try and get something back. This app has helped reignite my love of running. Slow and steady it will work for all. I have booked an event for the time I reach my goal. No doubt I will be slower than in my youth but as the app says ‘faster than the bloke on the couch’ Thanks DJ The Business.Version: 6.4

Running week 5Great workout but could have more time in between I As coming down to the end I struggled to run 5 mins straight.Version: 6.8.2

Great workout!Easy to follow and get to listen to my music:). Big thumbs up!!.Version: 5.1

If you want to run a 10K you need this app!!I just completed my first ever 10K and let me say it wouldn’t have been possible without this app! I ran so confidently based on the progressive training through this app. I am forever grateful for how this app didn’t throw me into a race I wasn’t prepared for. Based on the time I completed the race I’m now ready for a ten miler and soon half marathon..Version: 7.0

Excellent apps very accurateI use this app along with my Apple Watch and they both measure exactly the same with both time & distance. So joy aire what other people are using when they say it’s not accurate. This has helped me train for an actual 10K when at first I was out of breath at 3 minutes running !! I even have asthma and it has helped me overcome my breathing issues. Thank you Zenlabs.Version: 6.0

Great - Says non-runnerI’m not a runner. Hate running, always have. But, as an overweight, unfit, male in my early fifties I hate that more, so downloaded this app as part of an effort to try and sort myself out. At the moment on week 7. Started struggling to run for a minute and can now do 25. Really impressed by the progressive increase session by session and week by week, which is manageable and over the weeks really has enabled me to progress in a way that I genuinely didn’t think I’d be able to at the start. Is it any better than other apps if the kind, no idea. I’ve combined it with weight training and managing my diet to lose the pounds I wanted as well; but this has been a significant part in meeting my targets and sorting myself out after many years of neglecting myself. Give it a go..Version: 7.0.6

Good so farNew to app but it talks to you which is helpful and so far no problems.Version: 6.4

Barefoot running transitionI found this app while I was planning a slow transition from normal running footwear to barefoot running. I needed a structured plan to force me to ease my feet into barefoot running. This has been outstanding. Looking too far ahead, the sessions seemed a little frightening for my naked feet. But like starting to run from the couch, my unprotected feet gradually improved their "fitness" & the program has been ideal. My feet & I are about to start the 9th week- increased mileage to get to 10km. It's starting to feel achievable without the aches & pains of old. Great graduated app..Version: 2.2

10 k appLove this app.Version: 4.9

Highly recommendEasy to follow program, great at building up your running. From someone who Is not a runner and has short stumpy little legs this app has been great! Highly recommend..Version: 6.8.25

Very helpfulGreat app.Version: 5.0

Frankie3842I’m using this app after doing C25k just to consolidate, its good though I miss Michel Johnson’s support. Best of all it’s free the one thing that annoys me is that it doesn’t start up where it left off, I’m on wk2 r1 I didn’t check and it started on wk 15..Version: 6.4

Great, easy appAfter taking a longer than expected hiatus from half-marathon training, I found this app helped me safely resume regular, injury-free running. It would be nice to be able to customize days -- eg choose to repeat a given day until ready to move on-- and to be able to see the full plan at a glance, but for a free app one can't complain. It really works !.Version: 5.1

10 kAfter completing the 5k I decided to try the 10K and have found the gradual increase really good. Easy to follow instructions, great app on week 11 and feel positive about completing the challenge..Version: 6.4

A decent app, though could use to be more gradualI like the app in general, however... only thing I don’t like about the app is it increases the difficulty a little fast. That’s my only complaint. It could increase the difficulty more gradually, and then it would be perfect. If you can handle the incline of difficulty of the app okay, this app should meet your needs for getting into shape..Version: 6.8.32

Je recommandeÇa fais maintenant 2 mois et demi que je cours grâce à cette application !.Version: 6.8.18

BrilliantLoving this app. I’m nearly at the end now and a couple of weeks away from my 10K event. This app has got me from struggling to run a couple of minutes to being able to run the whole distance!.Version: 6.4

FantasticGreat app. Really kept me on track and easy to follow for a beginner..Version: 6.0

Great!Compatible with Spotify! Makes running better :).Version: 5.0

Great appThis app is great I'm only on week 5 and I'm seeing great results..Version: 1.5

Great app for running!!I am a beginner runner, and this app easily helped me train for my first 5K! I am glad to see it extends to 10K..Version: 5.1

Great appOffers great motivation to slowly train for a 10 km run!.Version: 5.3

Couch to 10KThis app has me so excited about running! It eases you in so always leaves you feeling great about what you've done..Version: 4.9

LOVEI honestly LOVE this app! It has helped me in the past while training for a 10 k. I like that you can redo days, and train at your own pace. I am currently using this app again training for a 10 k in the summer, and I know I will get back to where I was. Also, this app has been a key factor in my 45 pound weight loss. I can’t say enough good things about this app!.Version: 6.2

Great AppFantastic app the gradual increase of walking to running is a good challenge!! This app is great for getting fit and after 4 wks I already started seeing changes in my fitness and body!! :).Version: 1.7

MimiNice easy way to ease into running again.Version: 6.8.20

Really goodCouldn't run for my life but this app made it possible. Even if I don't complete 10k program it's awesome..Version: 4.2

I am NOT a runner!!My boss asked me if I’d be interested in doing a 10K with her! I told her I couldn’t do it. She said if she could I could. I’m 47 and overweight but this app truly makes me feel like I can do this! And if I can do this - I can do anything! This app allows you to gradually increase your strength and stamina. I’m only just done week 2 day 3 and I can’t wait to start the next set!!.Version: 6.0

Very useful; use it consistently.Good..Version: 5.0

Great ‘Get Started’ appI have used this app a couple of times to restart running after extended layoffs. Very easy to use and extremely helpful. Highly recommend!.Version: 6.1

Helped me move up in distanceI love this approach to training. This app helped me get from 5 to 10 and I felt great doing it..Version: 6.8.23

Awesome! So easy to use and means I don't have to think about what I'm doing. Perfect for a beginner..Version: 2.2

Voice command doesn’t always workDoes the App have to stay open for the voice command to work??.Version: 5.7
