✓ Am I being Unfair??I am already a subscriber to paper version and have just received my April issue. On the address / cover sheet I'm told this mag is now available for me to read digitally - Yay! I duly downloaded the app and sign in to my 'existing account'... However I am now given the option to Purchase or take out a digital subscription!?! - Again? Really? None of my other magazine subscriptions do this to me. Very Disappointed! Incidentally, the latest digital magazine is 'March' - Yet my paper magazine issue is 'April'. Not at all impressed. I am, however happy with my glossy editions, and would give a four or five star for these. The three star deduction reflects my disappointment with the digital recharge. :(.Version: 2.5.8
✓ Terrible appEvery time I leave this app, it seems to delete all my magazines and books that I have downloaded, really frustrating and disappointing..Version: 4.0.5

✓ Rip offThe latest update is poor. As a digital subscriber for 18mths I dully updated my app and I now have no access on my iPad. It asks me to log in but then doesn't recognise my email. The customer service tells me that the app should recognise me - so why doesn't it?!?.Version: 4.0.5

✓ Do not update!!Incredibly angry at this update. I have been a subscriber since issue one - that's years of issues. Now, after this horrendous update no more than the last 12 months of issues is available. This is content that I have paid for, and many issues that I had not yet finished reading, which has been taken away. ✓ ClunkyNot very intuitive. Clunky and has bugs. Also even though I supposedly have full access I cannot view the back catalogue for free. My husband has the same subscription for Mens Health and can…… what more do I need to say. The app is one of the worst I have come across which makes no sense as all it needs to do is download and store magazines…. The rest you have to access via the website anyway. Also no navigation menu for the magazine, you literally have to scroll/swipe to pages you want to view…. Please sort this out..Version: 6.10
✓ ReviewTOTAL waste of money, I wouldn't recommend this to anyone!! This magazine is not exactly cheap and now I am unable to download the newest edition/find old copies. I really wish I'd ordered this as the paper magazine then at least I'd know I was gonna get what I've paid for!!! ✓ Late releasing magazinesThe issue I have with the app is that the magazines are often released late or fail to download within the app. It's rather frustrating as I follow the WH instagram pages and get excited about the release of each month's magazine and then have to wait longer than those who aren't subscribed. Makes no sense to me as WH should be looking after their loyal readers. I am considering cancelling my subscription on the back of this. When the magazines are released I don't have an issue with the app..Version: 6.1
✓ Disappoing don't upgradeQuite a few things wrong with the app. The latest issue is out now on newsstands but is not yet available on the iPad. It keeps logging me out and saying i need to pay or subscribe even though I'm a paying subscriber already when I try and resume reading an article very disappointing not to mention all the old issues they just deleted..Version: 6.1
✓ When offered a free magazine, that's what I expected...I got an email from the publishers, offering a free copy of their magazines. Followed the link, downloaded the app, only to be presented with the option to BUY a copy of the magazine - that's not what I call "free". ✓ Don't bother trying to subscribeSeriously. A month on and I still haven't got the current issue. Their email support is non-existent, you get generic replies that are clearly just cut and pasted, and the same suggestions over and over from different people. ✓ Not as good as US versionI have purchased the UK and the US version every month for a while now. The UK version is just not as good and well researched. There are a lot on cooking recipes, beauty products and fashion which is frankly lazy editing. The current issue (March) is possibly the worst ever. ✓ Don't update the app!The previous app was great an I enjoyed reading the magazines. I've updated the app on my ipad and now it won't recognise my email address to log in. I've logged in on the previous version on my phone so I know I have the details correct. I clicked forgotten password and called the help number but apparently they don't deal with the digital part until August! ✓ Keeps asking for money even though I have a subscriptionIt locks me out of everything and asks me to pay or subscribe even though I'm logged in. ✓ Needs improvementI would like to rate this higher as when it works it is great, HOWEVER, if I leave it idle for more than a few minutes it forgets me. As another reviewer says it would also be useful to see what my subscription is, but I wonder if by doing that people cancel their subscription ahead of the standard monthly charge coming in. Considering the amount of glossy ads in this mag I'm surprised WH can't afford to make a better app..Version: 6.1
