MySugr - Diabetes Tracker Log for Positive User Reviews

Accu-CheckWorking good, simple to use. Have a different languages..Version: 3.92.0

FantasticEasy to use. Data easy to read. Gives a clear picture of what is happening and makes it easier to manage diet and medication..Version: 3.53.0

Excellent AppFirst app I’ve seen that is more concerned with the health and wellness of the user than they are about dinging you for money. Kudos! Easy to use. Syncs with other apps and several devices like Glucose Monitor, BP cuff, Weight scale, and Apple Watch. Automatically downloads information from other devices or the information can be added manually. It’s actually fun with the little “monster” and challenges to play. User can even earn the Pro version of the game through completing challenges. User can journal every facet of their day and health. It keeps track of your long term glucose readings and lets users see trends over long periods. I wish it would have a few more preset icons like “hungry” or user added icons for when the set ones don’t apply, but not really a huge issue. Needs a pop up or guide to the owners manual for the first time you boot it up. It took me a bit to figure it out and find that during the first few usages. When doing the challenges click the start button at the bottom of the page as the start button at the top doesn’t work. Also, start the challenge before taking any readings as any readings taken before starting a challenge aren’t registered..Version: 3.83.67

My Monster is My LifelineThe hBA1c feature is so motivating. I have finally got mine down to 5.9 (from 8.7) and can now focus on reducing meds. The necessity to keep up 21 readings over each 7 days keeps me pricking those fingers every day. I love seeing “in-range” green entries and hearing those happy monster sounds. Thank you for this life-saving app..Version: 3.83.57

Plz recommend to newly diagnosed T1DI really wish the endo team would have set me up with relion premier and this app at the beginning.. the application keeps you engaged with challenges, games, .. which would help a lot for the newly diagnosed and overwhelmed patient. I was rushed onto CGM at beginning.. was not comfortable with that .. at all. Got burned out super fast to the point of ignoring needs. Once the insurance once again screwed with me on the CGM coverage… a friend recommended the relion premier bc of the application that will capture the data (vs writing it all down) .. that’s all the endo really wants. .. consistent data… you can print or send a PDF with all that same data a costly CGM will show!!! I love the app, bc yes it keeps me engaged and wanting to complete the challenges. I love hearing the monster giggle and coo when interacting with the app. It cracks me up. 20 dollars at Walmart .. if you’re not comfy with on the body sensor .. If you don’t have insurance or underinsured… cheap , affordable. Easy to use..Version: 3.83.64

GlycémieJe suis en prédiabète et il n’y rien pour ce type ?? Il y a Type 1, Type 2 etc.... mais pas de prédiabète et les valeurs normal etc ... ?.Version: 3.59.4

Simple and intuitiveI have been recently diagnosed with gestational diabetes, and so am new to testing and tracking my blood sugars. My blood sugar monitor connects via Bluetooth to upload my data. The app is simple and intuitive, allowing me to tag the readings in relation to meals and activity. As I am new to managing diabetes, this has been invaluable in helping me to track and modify my diet and exercise. Highly recommended!.Version: 3.86.0

MySugrExcellent app having fun and great record keeper.Version: 3.92.0

Love it!I’m a type 1 diabetic using both blood glucose checks and a sensor to monitor and control my condition so this app is the perfect way to record all the readings in one place. This app makes it very easy to record and maintain control, so many helpful points like the bolus calculator (though it’s a shame it doesn’t remember your injections for later to tell you how much insulin is still in your system), the tags - anything from breakfast to feeling stressed you can easily tag it alongside a glucose reading, it gives you an average HbA1c, graphs your day and for younger or just more playful individuals there are challenges to tame your app monster - it’s a brilliant app, I highly recommend!.Version: 3.64.0

Great appIt would be even better if I have more options to sinc my data Carbs and cals app CareSens Dual testers etc….Version: 3.83.38

Fantastic fun app.It was exhausting, for years recording your levels in a book. Looking for a pen, getting blood all over the book and the ultimate misplacing your book. The app allows you to easily record your levels. Your phone is always near you or not too far away. Allowing a comprehensive view of how you are doing during the day or night. Gives you quirky feedback. Because your phone is with you all the time, you have it on hand for your Doctor to look at easy to read records and even print it to a hard copy. You can even turn your records into a file to send to your Medicos. They can see over any period they wish! It’s fun to use! “I don’t seem to cringe now”. It’s so easy, simplifying when I have to take my BGL. Well worth going pro..Version: 3.58.4

Use mySugr to inform life style choicesMySugr is an excellent app for keeping track of your blood sugar, diet and exercise. It is aimed at type 1 diabetics although, as a type 2 diabetic diagnosed in 2014 but still running the London marathon in 2022, I have found the app very helpful in improving my understanding of the effects of different types of food and different forms of exercise. Running for 40 odd minutes seems to bring my blood sugar levels down the quickest and a meal of fish and chips raise my sugar levels the most….Version: 3.86.0

Helping correct my Type 2I started using the MySugr app in mid July of 2022. The following month in August, I went keto. Being able to track them any blood sugars, and insulin injections, concluded with an A1c of 6.7. Three months before my doctor agreed that if I had a good A1c he would take me off insulin. Well I have now achieved that goal. And I have used your app to accomplish that goal. I intend to go further by becoming prediabetic, and hopefully reversing my diabetes altogether. I love all the different aspects of data entry I can use on MySugr. I appreciate the ability to enter ketones, my weight, food choices, meds, etc. I am presently using the free version but soon will go pro. Why? Because I think I’m now ready to utilize the reporting. Thank you for this app. It’s helping me to reverse my type two diabetes..Version: 3.83.38

Best tool for diabetesEasy to use and lets you add plenty of information to your meter readings. Can’t imagine what it would be like if I didn’t have it, I’ve have only had diabetes type 1 for almost 3 years and I’ve been using this little great app right from the start. Recommend everybody with diabetes to use it..Version: 3.46.1

AwesomeHelps a lot.Version: 3.64.6

Bolus calculatorPerfect but we need the bolus calculator in Canada!!!.Version: 3.50.0

Excellent App, could use a little more flexibilityThis app has proven invaluable to me in tracking the important metrics as I attempt to lose weight and combat high blood sugar. That said, there are a few of the metrics that could do with being a little more flexible: - no place to record calories, only carbs. I’m having to do this manually in text (Newcastle diet is strict on calorie monitoring so would be very useful) - Ketone monitoring doesn’t offer the option for “Parts Per Million”. As I use a breath monitor rather than a blood or urine test, this means I need to use manual text to store my results..Version: 3.64.0

Best app I have ever tried.I have been struggling with my sugars and weight and would start a food/sugar diary when asked by the nurse but always gave up after a few days but Sugr is great because you can track carbs, blood sugar, activity and more. Even without subscribing it is brilliant and it is motivating too and shows your progress and averages your blood readings so everything my nurse asks I will be able to show here straight away. This should be commissioned by the NHS as it is far more engaging than any of their programs..Version: 3.83.63

👍🏻Been using for a couple months now, it’s been great. I particularly love the colours assigned to levels, so you know when things aren’t right. Once I found the button to control monster noise, I was much happier, but I would think the younger humans love it. The connection with the accu-chek device can be a little troublesome at times, waiting for the app to pick up the latest result. Overall it’s been helpful and my GP gives it a 👍🏻..Version: 3.83.51

Informative as well as fun! This app is fun as well as informative. Definitely helps me to manage my diabetes and follow the trends that allow both my doctor and me to treat my diabetes well. Example: I had a severe hypoglycemic event which initially looked like a stroke. I had been giving myself regular insulin in increasing doses for 3 days related to erroneously very high glucose readings from my old glucometer and strips. Definitely a mechanical issue rather than biological. Anyway, 3 boluses of D10 in the ambulance reversed the symptoms. The hospitalist from my admission to stabilize me instructed me to stop my Metformin 500mg twice a day as I didn’t need it anymore. I went from a HgA1c of 5.6 to 8.2!!!! With the information from this app (plus a new glucometer and strips) I was able to show the trends and patterns as I was gradually put back to the original dose of Metformin and the return to a healthy “Normal” HgA1c. Having diabetes is hard. This app makes it easier to manage and even a little bit fun..Version: 3.83.57

The most helpful app for managing diabetes. This app allowed me to show the specialist and dietitian my diary quickly and easily by exporting with one button. They could see patterns and were able to make a quick decision to start insulin. I love the little challenges too 😍 I would love to see an easy way to track water intake with a click of a button. I drink a lot of water but I would like to show my med team exactly how much. My memory is poor so it would be nice to have a quick click in the top of the app to add each litre or even half litre of water consumed..Version: 3.83.52

Great app, best logger I've found.Integrates with ihealth too.Version: 3.83.66

Amazing diabetes logging app (shame about the subscription)Only been using for a few days but so far this app is brilliant, with a huge amount of options for logging (including your mood or even whether you’re hungover) when testing glucose levels/taking insulin. the BOLUS CALCULATOR is easily the best thing about the app. it allows you to enter your carb to insulin ratios and correction doses and all you have to do is enter the amount of carbs and your glucose level and it’ll work out your dosage depending on your levels and the time of day (if you have different ratios for times of the day). the only downside is the price (I am a student and it’s a shame to have to pay £20 a year to use the best features) but it is worth the price so far..Version: 3.53.0

My Sugr rocks!I can’t rave enough about this app! I live by it. It Helps me manage my blood sugar in so many ways. I use the bolus calculator to determine my dose. I change my ratios depending on the weekly data. I can see my trends as it’s paired seamlessly with my accuchek meter and emotionally it also helps me by keeping me accountable and realistic. Seeing my trends over months gives me the bigger picture. There are also real people behind the app living with diabetes too. If you want to really feel confident with your blood sugar management get this app!!.Version: 3.71.0

My sug’rI like just about everything about the app, except the sound your app makes when it does anything it considers noteworthy. It’s almost as annoying as the card reader at the grocery store. Aside from that, it works, and it keeps track of my readings without me having to do much. Tanx! Three days later… I’m still learning about the app, how I can use it, and what it can do for me and my health. I have started tracking my daily drug regimen. I like that the app remembers my regular meds from day to day. I have not yet found instructions or a help screen, both of which will be useful when I find them. I got a bit confused with the list of my drugs and the numbers on the right hand side of the screen. I mistakenly thought the numbers indicated the doses in milligrams. Actually, they represent the number of pills that I take. Ooooh. Now I get it. For me, I think having the app remember the number of pills would be helpful; it would save a little time, AND it would lessen the chance of making a mistake in reporting the drugs I take. Thanks for developing the app and for sharing it with us. Please continue to develop the app and keep sharing them with us. Dan Frain.Version: 3.83.60

Fantastic appReally easy to use and great way to check your progress..Version: 3.59.0

My blood sugar.A great way to keep record of my blood sugar..Version: 3.75.0

GDWas feeling a bit overwhelmed after the gestational diabetes diagnosis. Was thinking surely there’s an app for this and here it is! This app is user friendly and easy to record all things in one place- my glucose levels, what I ate in a day, integrated with apple health app to see my steps/ exercises etc. Also great to be able to see the trend. This is all in the free version! I will probably get the paid version to download reports for my obstetrician. Thank you to the developers 🙏🏾.Version: 3.83.43

My sugarI just love the app. You can add all the food you eat, even add a picture that you took of your food. You can add how you are feeling. It’s easy and a fun way to keep track of your sugars. The A1C on the app is the same as the hospital test..Version: 3.88.0

Great app, easy to use and helps me stay in check.Excellent app that’s helping me tmanage my glucose levels well! 👍.Version: 3.63.0

Really made a differenceThe focus that this app has given me has enabled me to reduce blood sugar levels consistently. I now wondered why it took me so long to get onto this!.Version: 3.58.3

VERY USER FRIENDLYEasy to understand and use. also a great motivation to test more often. wish there was a way to share the data with my doctor..Version: 3.92.0

Decent appA couple of glitches but the team fixed them pretty quickly. App is easy to use and having it Bluetooth enabled is awesome as you can share the info with your medical team easily and you can keep on top of your diabetes. Having your own little monster that cries for you each time you tap him is cute!!!.Version: 3.83.47

My non medically diagnosed low blood sugar problems.I love this app. It’s so enthusiastic about me getting myself checked. I got this device. Region platinum because I wanted to check if all the worries my family imposed on me about checking my sugar levels was necessary. They all thought I would have high levels. When instead I actually usually have low blood sugar levels and I realized that when I do my vision is blurry and my headaches are very present and painful. I should have not listened to my loved ones about stop eating so much sugar foods. Instead I should have checked in with my primary care physician. An expert. I especially love the tabs to select of when you took your blood sugar tests. It’s exciting and educational as well ! Hope to see more options like blood sugar taken in the AM, PM, after a snack, during lunch, and during or after dinner, right before going to bed. Just to have more variations. More options would be helpful..Version: 3.93.0

AYHGreat app!! I enjoy using this app! But there is one issue I have. When printing a copy of my results, I can hardly see the numbers. I am 69 years young. I am typing with about a size 8 font on my iPhone and can see it very well. But this is a black font on off-white background. The green & white along with size makes it difficult to read the numbers on the printout of my results. I can easily see the numbers that are somewhat larger in the Headings. section where the averages are written. I would appreciate a change in this area possibly making the value cells with a black or dark blue with white numbers so it can be easily seen or just increasing the font size would greatly improve visibility. I don’t want to change apps since I am sure this can be a easy fix. Thank you for being open to comments and suggestions..Version: 3.83.32

Great for keeping accurate readingsI’ve been having trouble with my diabetes of late, it’s constantly changing. This app has it all, I can track my hba1c(estimates from readings) keep an easy eye on my daily average, input all carb intake and it even can calculate the amount of insulin required from carb intake ( as long as you know certain details about how insulin affects you) it’s making life a little easier. If you sign up for the year you can also print of pdfs with all results so you can show your nurse or doctor without having to fiddle with your meter. Highly recommend to any diabetic.Version: 3.80.1

Very helpful appFabulous app for keeping on track with diabetes. Fill in as much or as little as you feel like. Links with my glucose monitor and across devices, so even when I’m feeling super lazy, I will at least have a record of my glucose reading, and even in my country’s measurements. Not difficult to operate, i’m not very technologically savvy and i have no trouble with it. I’d 100% recommend..Version: 3.83.47

Best ap everAwesome, tracks everything down to needle changes and how you feel and when you take medications. I am recently diagnosed so need the extra help while I get used to this new way of life..Version: 3.64.5

I think it’s brilliantI was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes in 2016 and was advised not to get a blood monitoring device as it may make you obsessive. I have never really known how high my blood sugar levels were and thought that by cutting out cake, biscuits and anything containing sugar, that I was doing the right things. I then found that carbs were also something that should be monitored. My metformin has now been increased and I feel that it’s out of control. I have only had the Accu-chek for a few days but I have already found that it isn’t just what you eat but when you eat. By tweaking my eating habits my blood sugar levels have dropped considerably so I am now looking forward to my next review and hopefully will be able to reduce the metformin dosage. I should have got one of these years ago..Version: 3.83.58

My sugraLove this app! - it connects to my glucose monitor- able to put in medication, activity and what I ate - 😊 only con is wish the food inputs were a little more descriptive.Version: 3.91.1

Great app!Easy to use and provides the relevant information efficiently!.Version: 3.90.1

Nice AppFor young diabetics it's cute trying to tame your monster. You can tap on it and tickle it and it laughs. They have fun challenges to create a fun environment that encourages you to poke your finger and do your testing. I know they have Continuous Blood Glucose Systems now. But for those whose insurance doesn't cover it... I have fun with it at 55. It's easy to journal your glucose, food diary, exercise and oral medication, vitamins etc and insulin with carb correction. If for some reason you use more than one meter you can manually enter the information in if it's not able to be connected. With the inexpensive paid version, the great part is you can download, save and print out a nice report for you and your diabetic team. My endocrinologist and dietitian love my printouts. Try the free version first if you're not sure you'll like it. You can always upgrade..Version: 3.83.38

Fabulous app for all types of diabetesFirst: premium version offers unlimited strips for $49 per month!!!!! Ok now that I got that out of the way. This app is amazing. I tried several and this is by far my favorite. The app itself as a stand-alone is easy to use and lets you enter the usual blood sugars, insulin, carb counts, etc. plus notes on what you ate and then you can also tag the type of food and what you were doing (exercising, at work, etc). The app syncs directly with accu chek meters. It can also sync with Apple health (and by extension with garmin or with One Touch meters). By far the best feature is the premium subscription which gets you unlimited test strips and in app access to a certified diabetic educator. This has been incredibly helpful for me and is very reasonably priced. The monster animation and level of humor in the app is fun too. I hope that they continue to add challenges and/or make the challenges automatic (like Apple does if you have an Apple Watch). Also I’d love a way to input sleep for tracking purposes (like I input what time I go to bed, what time I fall asleep and what time I get up in the AM and the app calculates my total sleep hours)..Version: 3.67.0

I’m simply blown awayWhen I was diagnosed with pre-diabetes I went into data overdrive trying to get a hold of the problem and find a solution that works for me and my lifestyle. One of the key things I wanted was a solid, practical, and well designed tracker to help me paint a real world picture of my blood sugar daily. Of course the App Store doesn’t lack for applications and I downloaded nearly a dozen before settling on mySugr. Many asked for a lot of personal information with little guarantee of data protection. Others didn’t have enough options for data tracking. Some where simply ugly and unintuitive. I’ve never been so impressed with an app. I feel in control of my data, engaged to use it, and have already impressed my dietician with the data I’ve collected. I loved it so much I went to their site to see if they where hiring a web app developer lol. It’s obviously an app that is made by people who love what they do..Version: 3.62.0

By far the best glucose level tracking app!I used an old app for many years but eventually it became incompatible with latest iOS and I had to change. I tried 6 different apps and this one trounced the competition at the time. That was 3 years ago, and since then, the app has gotten better in many ways. This service and development teams are incredible. Super-responsive, they understand when you have issues and and I’m constantly impressed with how quickly they’re able to implement changes and get them out to their users. One complaint about a recent change: If you have a meter that syncs entries directly with the app, you no longer have the ability to adjust the time of the entry. I liked to do this for times when I end up waiting 15-45 mins after testing to take my pre-meal shot, since getting precise timing of insulin injections is more important than precise timing of BG readings while fasting. Sadly, this is no longer an option and instead the only option is to delete the synced entry and recreate it manually, which is MUCH more painful. I wish they would restore users’ the ability to manage their own data how they see fit..Version: 3.64.0

Best Diary for Managing your DiabetesSince having my pancreas removed in February 2019 I have been coming to terms with being dependent on insulin injections and a sensible diet. I am following the DAFNE guidelines and have learned that keeping a truthful and up to date diary is crucial to maintaining control and thereby being able to live as normal a life as possible. The mySugr app makes keeping an accurate record so simple, straightforward and fun that it would be silly not to. You don’t need to use all of its features to get the benefit but as I have got to know the app I find myself taking advantage of more. I have linked mine with Apple Health so it can read my CGM values, exercise workouts and other vital statistics and incorporate their data into its reports. I am delighted with mySugr (Pro) and give it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ without reservation..Version: 3.62.0

Must Have ToolRecently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes have been using this app from day one with daily monitoring before and after meals. I’ve been able to manage my condition and monitor how food was affecting me and work out a new diet. I halved my fasting glucose level in six days and was in a normal range after 2 weeks. If I’d just followed my doctors advice I don’t think I’d have had enough insight to realise the changes I needed to make and would likely have needed more medication..Version: 3.83.27

Thanks for making a more abundant and long life possible!Really enjoying this app!! For the first time in 20 years my diabetes is under control! My doctor LOVES the detailed reports! I love the ease of operation and entries. My eyesight is improving and I am losing weight! I do not feel hungry all the time and I have a tangible way of seeing my progress. If there was one thing I would ask for improvement would be a place where we could list other medications we take - as a heart patient Ibhave several meds I take that I would also want to log here. Timing is important. In the meantime I an abreviating the meds with letters so I can log them too. This has been a good work around. Perhaps also someWhere to log fluid intake also. Jus a thought. For me this has been a life saver. I love it!! Thanks!.Version: 3.58.2

ExcellentThis is an excellent piece of software and does a great job of keeping up to date records of sugar levels and helps you work out what food to avoid. It’s a pity it’s crippled until you purchase the pro version. Your company that makes this program should provide it for free to all diabetics so more people can live a better life..Version: 3.71.0

Best Diabetic app out thereNot only does this app easily record my numbers from my BGS machine, I can also record all my medications, carb count, and record how I was feeling. This app is perfect to show my doctor and has really helped me as a diabetic for 17 years, this is the first app I’ve properly used and has properly helped. Before finding this app I had a lot of trouble, with recording and having any want to do my diabetes. Now I am going 1 month strong with much better levels..Version: 3.83.21

So helpfulTrying to navigate having diabetes is tough, but the amount of data, trending you can do on this app is amazing. The fact that it syncs to my phone seamlessly is even better..Version: 3.88.0

All you need for DiabetesMySugr is by far one if not the best blood sugar levels and food. It gives you great insight into your daily planning of the treatment of your diabetes. All this is done in such a fun way, which is especially important for kids who have to learn how to manage their diabetes. Don’t forget to download this app and give it a try, you won’t be disappointed!.Version: 3.83.46

Ease of useThis app has allowed me to manage my diabetes, better, being more visual in my carb intake, and recognising how much these play in managing BSL. Prior to this app, I was struggling to get my levels down under six, however, with the use of this app and gaining a great education of my diabetes. Through this app I have been able to within a week. Get my levels down to 4.Version: 3.86.0

MySugr helped me put “D” in remissionYou can’t fix what you don’t understand. MySugr helped me keep track of, and finally understand, how to take control of my diabetes. I was diagnosed with type 2 in October (A1c 11.4). I pricked my finger before and after meals, before and after exercise, every morning, every night. I wanted to know how diabetes worked and what affected it. By meticulously tracking everything (including using MyFitnessPal to track nutrition), in 3 months, I was down to an A1c of 5.9. What I found by my tracking was that I could bring my glucose down 30-50 points by exercising 15 minutes. Over these 3 months, I also lost 30lbs (from 270 to 240). I now wake up in the morning with an average 115 glucose reading. According to MySugr, this should bring me to a non-diabetic 5.6. I keep testing continually. I’m 51 with small children… I want to be around for a long time. Thank you, MySugr!!.Version: 3.83.24

Constantine KotzambasisI have personally tried 4 different Diabetes meters and 5 different software. I find the AccuChek Guide meter as good as the Ascensia Contour Next and Contour Next One. I have also tried the Rightest meter. They all originally came with their own software. Lately I was introduced to the MySugr software that connects with my AccuChek Guide meter. After a week I can honestly recommend the MySugr App as the BEST!! Speed of connection with the meter is the same on all. However, when it comes to the endless display of options given by the MySugr App there is no comparison whatsoever. If you are a regular Diabetes record keeper you will feel you are in heaven. Over a long period of time you will be able to see trends, compare results and manage your Diabetes in the best way possible. Not to forget to mention the fast, helpful and efficient support I have received from both Jasmine and Anne who explained to me in detail how the App works 10 out of 10 for both the software and the support team Thank you again Constantine Kotzambasis.Version: 3.83.20

Really good! Could easily be great.I’ve been using this app (I pay for the Pro subscription) for over a month now to track my glucose, diet, supplements, and medication for gestational diabetes. I love that it integrates with my Apple Health so it automatically shows how much I’ve exercised, the steps I’ve taken, and even confirms my glucose readings as my Contour Next app also integrates with Apple Health. The automatically generated reports allow me to easily keep my midwife updated on my readings. My one and only complaint and the only reason I’m docking a star is this: why can’t I see my scheduled reminders and update them? Once you input a meal the app allows you to set a reminder. However, once it’s set it does not display that you’ve even set one anywhere within the app or allow you to edit it. I’d also love to be able to set a daily reoccurring timer within this app for my supplements and medication since I also track it here, but there’s none to be found. This would be a really simple add that would take this app up to perfect!.Version: 3.78.1

Recording of blood sugarsThis system is absolutely fantastic. It shows exactly where your sugars are at any time. It’s also comforting to know that the results are being viewed by a specialist team. However for absolutely no reason at all I got emails from you saying that I had not recorded any readings for 27 days and it gave me instructions on how to record again. I kept trying to sort the problem but I couldn’t remember the password so was given another one which I used. Still got emails saying that my results are not recorded. The results and graph are showing on my iPhone and I don’t know if the NHS team have sorted the problem. I’m worried that this is all in vain..Version: 3.83.32

Pretty darn good appBeen great to monitor my levels, get a report and add in the exercise. Has made it very obvious to me that if I do 500 steps after each meal then my blood sugar levels return to within the band they should. Very much recommend the mysugr app..Version: 3.56.1

Excellent.I received my Bluetooth adaptor for my Accu-Chek Mobile tester and, once , paired with my iPhone over 500 readings were downloaded. A veritable wealth of information. Once I had paid for the export facility the pdf charts were extremely informative. I used the reports at my appointment with my doctor who was deeply impressed with the data and the layout. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that when printing out the pdf the print is very feint for the time line. However, using Preview on a MAC, you are able to export the pdf and there is a choice to ‘decrease lightness’. Do this four times and the print is readable..Version: 3.59.3

Great appI was struggling with monitoring my blood sugars. This app is easy to use and great to see my progress. It has an estimated HBA1c and its awesome to track..Version: 3.80.1

Thanks teamA great app. Has helped me to stay on track even when I don’t feel like it..Version: 3.72.0

Mr Matariki TotoroVery useful, would like an option to add photos next to meal description - and possibly an option that links to the average carb count for a food item. Also would love to be able to note the lantus or 24hr insulin aswell.Version: 3.64.1

Precise, Fast, SuperbI have been tracking my BG for about 4 years now in IGluco. I have been tracking what I eat for about the same time in MyFitnessPal. This app pulls it all together. I still record my BG in iGluco because it comes to mySugr automatically. Without MyFitnessPal I would not know how many carbs I eating so I still must use it but the Carbs don’t come automatically. I sent that suggestion to support and they responded with a yes. Since the BG comes from iGluco years of data were imported day 1 and I was rewarded with an estimated A1C day 1 that was exactly the same as my two week old laboratory exam. The reports and the motivation that come from this app made it something I knew that I never want to live without and paid my money in the first week. When I took my reports to my doctor he said this is very important. Always bring the last two weeks with you when you come. Well done guys keep developing. Import more nutrition data, and add it to the reports. Those reports save and extend lives. I could cry..Version: 3.83.15

MySugrStarted using this when I was put on injectables. It’s really helped track my bloods, dosing and hypers. I really like the icons to track activities and moods though they don’t have enough, in my opinion. ( One for gardening?, DIY?, dog walking?….as the energy expended is different to some of the available icons.). Sometimes I get close enough on test numbers to get an average HbA1c, sometimes I , frustratingly, miss it by a couple of tests. Perhaps the testing could roll on to two week periods. I like this app. It hasn’t cured my Diabetes ( which has now been re-assessed and isnt type I or II ) but I now find managing it easier and I get information back from it for my blood, sweat and tears..Version: 3.83.19

Controlling blood sugar levels made colourfulThis is really well designed, easy to use and actively helps you manage your diary of diet, insulin doses and blood test results. The ability to see different time periods with a mere swipe is simple but very effective. I can’t wait until my next entry to see if today’s inputs earn me green status!.Version: 3.57.0

BrilliantSo simple to use and keep track of blood sugars. Would recommend this app for ease of use. So much easier than trying to keep a log book on you. My husband and I looked through and tried many of the other diabetes apps and this one is by far the best we have found..Version: 3.79.0

Very easyEasy to handle and record your measurements, intake, insulin and everything you do. Just 2 things: reports are not so user friendly and there‘s no overview. And you can‘t customize Food or beverage. And I woulld like to keep seeing how many points I‘ve accumulated the days before. It only shows the points from each day. But overall it’s a easy, fun, simple app. You can also synchronize with other apps and have the info from other apps if it suits you..Version: 3.91.1

I love, love this appSo easy to use I am using this also to keep a note of my blood pressure under notes. There is an icon for every situation. I have only been using it for a week and I’m sure there is plenty more to learn. I am Type 2 and and it is great to be able to comment on foods that made my reading high. I used to write it all in a book. This is sooo much easier..Version: 3.83.23

Great appNewly diagnosed type 1 and this app is awesome! Love being able to see my average and daily trend!.Version: 3.59.0

Lifesaver!I’ve been using this app since it first came out, and it has been a lifesaver. As a type 1 Diabetic for the past 22 years, starting out using notebooks to track everything, this app has made life so much easier. It’s with me all the time and I can check my trends and easily share reports with my doctors. I’d be lost without it. The hba1c estimate has also been extremely accurate for me, to the point where my blood test results are almost exactly the same (maybe .1 off here and there which is really negligible, especially when I HATE having blood tests done and put them off as long as possible). User-friendly, simple design, with all the info you could possibly need right at your fingertips..Version: 3.65.0

Love itI’m not into rating apps. I have to tell you it’s been fun having this one. The stupid funny noises it makes. Brings a stupid smile and laughter to my face. On a more serious note! The interaction you have Im with the app keep you going. You now how you numbers are doing. And it’ll show you your results. Keep in mind be true to yourself. If you drop the ball that day, we’ll thank fully we can reset and start over the next day. This app help keep motivated. Well for me, it has! I’m watching what I eat, and at what times. Also you can go back and check on the things that help bring your numbers down. I’m type 2 diabetic, it app again has help me in more ways the one. I’m very honest person, I’ll leave reviews on hotels, restaurants, or any other location that I’ve been to, but Not on applications. Thank you guys for developing something use, and fun at the same time. 👍.Version: 3.83.29

Best app so farAfter a long search this is the best app I’ve seen so far that has as many features in one. Perfect for me as I want to be able to log carb intake, insulin doses (meal and correction), take photo, leave a comment, and lots of useful tags to reference and search your log by so I can remember what happened on a particular day when looking back over the log in clinic. Photo function great incase you think you’ve not carb counted correctly and want to show someone else for 2nd opinion. Report building function also great. Nice interactive graph. There aren’t many changes I’d want except logging insulin type/brand, devices and keeping a log of injection sites to prevent overuse (a feature on a different app used previously). All in all a great app..Version: 3.53.1

Great appSuper easy app to use and so easy to keep track of your glucose levels.Version: 3.83.42

Bolus calculator works again!*EDIT* Seems to be working again now! Since last update the bolus calculator refuses to work! First it no longer recognised my “Pro” account status. I therefore had to remove my blood sugar Bluetooth connection and add it back on. Now that is fixed, each time I try to add a blood sugar and use the Bolus Calculator, it comes up with an error saying that my “user settings have been recently changed and need reviewing”. It won’t save my settings and says the time zone is different and goes round in a perpetual loop of asking me to check my settings! Before the update it worked perfectly! Why change it???!!!.Version: 3.83.14

ReportApp is ok but if you take the time to enter other data like daily blood pressure readings, then the report should offer you the possibility of printing those results as well..Version: 3.70.0

Helpful, friendly appEasy to use, pro gives helpful reports..Version: 3.83.36

Love itThis is a nice little blood glucose monitor with some cute features that somehow make taking glucose readings somewhat more bearable. It's a fun and innovative way to track blood glucose. You can export logs to CSV or PDF with the pro version. I just found out today that syncing with an Accucheck meter unlocks the pro features for free. That is an awesome perk and just skyrocketed this app to my top three, not just for diabetes apps but apps in general. My only minor complaint is why are there no “waking” or “morning” tags? The app seemingly has tags for everything under the sun except any related to waking and taking the first reading of the day. I don’t always eat right after waking and I’m not always fasting overnight, so the fasting and before meal tags aren’t always applicable. Otherwise, a phenomenal app..Version: 3.83.63

Awesome. Room for improvementI absolutely love this app and the monster but there are features in other apps that I would appreciate in this one. One is an option to add hypo treatment specifically, separate to carbs. I’d also like to be able to link up the libre but I think that’s a problem with the libre, not the app. There is one or two other items that could be tweaked or added but overall it’s my favourite. I am considering subscribing when we switch to the dexcom.Version: 3.83.25

Great app. I’ve been using it for almost 4 years now. A great way to help tame the monster.App to help you keep track of your numbers and trends. I use it all the time. It really helps me control the “monster”. I have been using it faithfully for over 4 years now..Version: 3.90.1

Gave me hopeI had been diagnosed with type 1 diabetes and it was a real surprise. A side effect of a cancer treatment so I found the whole experience really difficult. I discovered mySugr and it has made handling my diabetes so much easier. I cannot recommend this app enough. I tried a few other apps before finding mySugr and nothing is as comprehensive with data that’s easy to analyse. Their monitoring emails are inspiring. You know this is more than just a company making an app. It’s a group of people who understand diabetes and it challenges. Trying to make those challenges (or monsters) a little easier to manage..Version: 3.83.61

So impressedThis app is great. Highly motivating and instantly rewarding. I have had T1 for 32 years and a pump for 7 years. I have seen improvements in my control within two days. So quick and easy. I love seeing instant stats!! Just wish it would link to my ypso med pump as very easy to forget that the app Isn’t doing my actual bolus. Its easy to forget when life is busy and doing several things at once. Must remember to programme the recommended bolus into my pump! I also changed all my basal rates and forgot to do them on the pump too!! This is the only issue with needing multiple devices. Perhaps the app could have a reminder in somehow. Close the loop and make compatible with pumps!!!! Please!!!.Version: 3.83.61

Confidence building appAs a newly diagnosed type 2, trying to make sense of the changes you are trying to make and the numbers you are trying to achieve is mind boggling, and frankly scary snd emotional. Downloading this app has give me the best tool to have throughout this journey and that includes the support from nurses and doctors. Its simple and gives you all the information and trend at a glance. The hba1c guide is superb and very accurate which has been proved at routine blood tests. Having this app to hand gives you back a little bit of control. When I get a high reading and my stomach flips, I can look back at the trend and see that its happened before and righted itself and the panic eases. I wouldnt be without this app now..Version: 3.83.19

Excellent for T1’s. Go Premium for sure. Our boy is T1 and this is the best app we could find to input levels, calc insulin (both food and corrections). Way better than any other app recommended by the children's hospital. Thanks for your efforts in making it a simple and easy app to use to add all the information to keep his blood sugar nice and low..Version: 3.83.19

Best app for diabetics!Would highly recommend. Absolutely the best app for Type 1. Most diabetes apps are geared towards Type 2 so I find mySugr exceptionally good! Pros: detailed logging including different types of insulin, bolus, basal, and correction units; precise carb entries; other meds, A1c, keytones, exercise; lots of tags so you can understand what is/was going on when your blood glucose is off; fun animations; amazing and fast responses from support. Subscription based so you need to pay to get reports that you can show your endocrinologist, which seems unfair. The subscription should cover added fields of input not the one thing necessary for diabetes management, that is showing your logs to your doctor..Version: 3.91.1

Helped me drop my A1C from a 11.5 to 5.5 in six mos! When I first got diagnosed it was really scary, and overwhelming time. This app gave me something to concentrate on, it really helped me to log all of my eating and glucose records easily. Six months later now, things have gotten better for me and my need for logging every meal became less and less necessary and less testing too under Dr’s advice. I still enjoy doing a daily log in the morning, I enjoy the apps giggle when I log a 98 it’s a great way to start your day on a healthy step in controlling your sugar . I feel every newly diagnosed person should use this app, the free one was great, but the paid gives you the photo option which I use to take a picture of my meter Incase I key it in wrong. Essentially this is a very important tool for recording your monitoring of your blood glucose and diet intake to help you lower your A1C. I highly recommend it Thank you my Shugr.Version: 3.54.1

Best App I've Used So FarOf all the diabetes apps, this is the best I've found. The cutesy element can be ignored eventually, but the app itself is top notch and has made a measurable improvement in my control. Buy the pro version too - it's well, well worth it: you get to pay them for their work and make suggestions for future features..Version: 3.58.3

Very good simple appI’m retired and I’m on limited income so I m grateful the developers allowed people like me to use the basic free functions . I’m pre diabetic so I need to use this to track my meals, medication and blood sugar spikes . I am able to record my glucose reading , select the meals I’ve eaten, enter the medication I take and this app captures it all . I record these for each meal . I synchronized this app to pick up BP data too from My Health app and it works very well. I can now see my daily trends of BP and glucose , meals I are and medication which is exactly what I want to see to control my blood sugar and prevent diabetes. I am grateful for the development of this app and the kindness of the owners to allow these free functions for those of us with limited incomes. Thank you so much.Version: 3.83.29

Makes monitoring easierI was recently diagnosed as having diabetes, the app had helped me keep track of my blood sugar levels and connects direct to my monitor. Diabetes doesn’t have to be as daunting as it seems. When I was moved to a basal/bolus regimen, it took some getting used to and there were times when it took a lot of guesswork, thanks to the bolus calculation feature, I’ve been able to administer my insulin more efficiently and finally started getting back under control. I’d recommend this fun and intuitive app to anyone who has been diagnosed with any kind of diabetes. You won’t regret it..Version: 3.83.65

Really good app with an exceptional interfaceThe UI couldn’t be any more easier to use. I have been using this for a week now and it’s been great. The estimated H1ac value is an added bonus. It would be great to track water intake with reminders to help out on that front. Going to give it a few more weeks before I get the paid full version..Version: 3.68.1

Easy and Handy ToolOne of the best app for your Sugar management. It has everything to record and helps you monitor your glucose. Fantastic app..Version: 3.83.4

Doesn’t get better!Sugr has helped me immensely to keep my Diabetes T2 under control. Saving results to my phone makes it so easy to see how you’re travelling and the ability to take photos of your meals means no more guessing what you are that causes different readings. It showed the increase that twice foretold of my Staph infection before the Specialist knew! (5/5)..Version: 3.83.35

Excellent diabetes appBeen using the app for 3 months since going onto slow release daily insulin. It’s so easy to enter insulin, exercise and blood sugars, and the app makes it fun. You can easily change the time and date for every entry so if you forget to make an entry at the time you can simply just put in the correct time. My blood sugar is now very well controlled, and I can easily see the impact the insulin and my lifestyle is having on my blood sugars. Have tried many diabetes apps over the years but never found one that is so simple to use and also gives me everything that I could ever want to accurately track my progress. I just wish I could find a similar app to track my intermittent fasting!.Version: 3.65.0

MySugar app is saving my lifeHaving T2 diabetes can be hard - thinking your doing the right thing monitoring sugar intake and had no idea that carbs played a huge role in managing my levels. Having this app and tracking everything from fluids, meals , times, emotions, activities is helping me so very much with changing my lifestyle. Also the fact that this app can also create reports that I can send my GP, Endocrinologist and Diabetes educator is fantastic. I feel like I can control and manage my disease with this app and can’t thank the creators enough for a such an interactive app!!.Version: 3.59.3

MichaelHaving been an insulin dependent diabetic for 53+ years I am amazed at how new technology keeps evolving and how much the ways of controlling one’s diabetes has changed over the last 5 decades and this tiny accu-chek guide me machine along with the mySugr App are absolutely amazing. As I said I have been insulin dependent for 53 plus years and I was a teenager when I developed diabetes so I am not a young guy and definitely not that tech savvy but the simplicity of setting the App up with this machine took less than 5 minutes for me (without the help of the grand kids)..Version: 3.83.23

Mrs HuismanI have only recently been diagnosed and am still learning what triggers my diabetes. But being able to see it, as I can on the screen, I find very helpful. Little by little I am doing better at eating the correct foods and once I am off prednisolone I believe I shall have it under better control. This App is great for me. I love it.Version: 3.87.0

Accu CheckTrès bonne appareil de donno.Version: 3.91.1

Very good! This is very good and helps me keep on track with my blood glucose, highly recommend.Version: 3.45.1

Keeps me motivated to get 3 readings a day.I’ve never been fond of testing. So I never tested regularly. Then I had my A1C checked and found it had crept up to 12.9! I had to go buy a meter and start testing. When I saw my meter (Reli On Platinum) worked with an app that would give an estimated A1C I was very pleased. After a week of testing 3 times a day it gave me my first reading and it was right on the money. However, when I had my A1C retested in a lab a couple months later the reading I got was 8.5 and the mySugr app was telling me my A1C was 6.5 or thereabouts. That is the main reason for my 4 star rating. I like the app, it still keeps me motivated to check my blood glucose. It gives me an idea of what my A1C is. I do not understand how to use the rest of the app. Like adding foods and medications. I wish that part was more clear how to use or there were better instructions..Version: 3.83.64

Great appMySugar is super helpful. Fun little sound effects too..Version: 3.89.0

Mr BeckettSuperb app for controlling diabetes. Easy to use Has bolus calculator that takes into account insulin previously taken. Has edit feature and you can add notes and emojis for quick notifications to show what you were doing at times. Only draw back is there’s a monthly or yearly subscription for unlocking bolus calculator and some other features. However as this app is produced by Accu-Chek if you have one of the nominated blood test metres (ie accu-chek instant meter (Bluetooth)). By testing with one of these metres once a month, then the features of the app unlock for free..Version: 3.83.50

Helpful, get out what you put inI have no complaints, especially considering it is free and works as it is supposed to. Like with all things in life, you get out of this app as much data and tracking as you put in. I am a type 1 who was diagnosed late in life(37) and am struggling in a bad way trying to get my glucose levels under control and lower my A1C, and when using the app properly(remember to turn Bluetooth back on) it has been a great tool to track not only my blood sugar, but my diet as well. What I also have enjoyed about the app is how it helps to explain differences in types of food and exercise and lifestyle in general. All that said, I am more than happy with the app and would recommend to anyone who could use some help tracking glucose levels, insulin intake, and diet. Also, the sounds it makes are pretty funny..Version: 3.86.0

Good appGood app that is helpful gor me to keep track of food and my sugar levels. Over a period of time, makes it easier to see patterns of behaviour..Version: 3.83.62

So easy and informativeOnce you make the connection to your phone with the Accucheck, then do not have to do anything further. You can then see all your readings and make informative decisions on where you can do better with your diet and foods you eat. It is very easy to use, great product..Version: 3.83.54

Accu-Check GuideGood product, very accurate, nice style too.Version: 3.91.1

Record keepingHelps keep tract any changes or patterns and enables me to make corrections and changes to life style and eating habits.Version: 3.90.1

TerrificEasy to use, mySugr has made keeping a log of my blood sugar readings a breeze, which is important because first thing in the morning I am not at my most alert or coordinated! Being easily able to record and review my data has helped me manage my diabetes 2 better. It’s good when I see my doctor too, and have a neat record instead of a scrumpled piece of paper. Thank you, App Developers..Version: 3.83.33

Overall performanceI am very glade and happy to use this app to control my diabetes It has help me a lot with understanding my unmanage blood sugars for the last few weeks. I am feel much better today and hopefully I will keep my head around to the right track of success. Thank you very much for your help. The little monster has become my best mate . 😄👻.Version: 3.39.0

FantasticI have always had mediocre control of my diabetes and hated logging my sugars in a book. Having this app makes that so much better and has already helped me do better with my control by motivating me to keep better logs. Highly recommend to my fellow diabetics. - T1D.Version: 3.64.3

Great app but missing fasting limitsThis app is really great but it congratulates me in the morning even when my fasting limits are high. This is because you enter your upper and lower blood glucose limits, but you can’t enter a fasting limit (which is much lower than post meal limits). It would be so great if the app creators could add a fasting limit option that then goes along with the fasting button when you enter your fasting levels in the morning 😊.Version: 3.83.58

Absolutely love itLove it! The app is incredibly easy to use. Everything I need to know and track is right there..Version: 3.59.2

Keep up the good workLove, love, love this app. So good to be able to send the report to my doc..Version: 3.64.1

My most used app. Love it.I use this for tracking glucose, blood pressure, carb intake, and a1c. I use another app to log my food and calculate carbs and I manually enter the carb values in mySugr. I also use another app for tracking activity and for tracking my weight, and mySugr imports this data with no problem via Apple Health. I started with just the regular version and then the pro version. But I needed the unlimited strips so I got the bundle. I’m very happy to have the bundle because the diabetes educator has been wonderful. Best things: I can see the data easily in the logbook. Like the way the glucose, carb, and blood pressure values are listed in separate columns. Like the ability to describe the meals and tag food categories for each meal. Also like the separate note field and general tags like “before meal”, “eating out”, etc. Love the monster and the cute sounds. Love the reports. Wish the app had the following: Easy way to jump back to the top in the log book. Larger numbers for the time values in the logbook. When making the entry I can see the time easily, but once data has been logged, the time value is in small font. If you can’t make the font larger, maybe add ability to zoom on the time when press and hold on the time? Thanks for this app and the bundle service..Version: 3.59.0

Super! This app is really amazing, especially when I’m feeling lazy and just want to jot down my blood tests, super helpful and it’s been a great help since I was 13.Version: 3.91.1

It’s easy to use but oh so beneficialEasy to use and very easy to chart your progress, highly recommended, excellent app all round.Version: 3.83.53

Great features and easy to use!I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes and overwhelmed with all the tracking necessary for the condition. This app makes it all so easy to track and report to my doctor. With my accucheck monitor I even got an upgrade to pro which was lovely. I love all the features, my four year old thinks the diabetes monster in the app is funny, and it has all around made my life easier. Clearly designed by someone who knows what it’s like. Love the app! The only thing I haven’t figured out yet that I wish would happen is if I could customize what fields show up instead of using the drop downs every time. All I need is there, it would just save some scrolling time. Still excellent, well done app..Version: 3.83.55

Great bolus managerI use every morning with my Accu-Check Mobile as a calibration check against my Dexcom1 sensor value. Also as back up when Dexcom needs its 2 hour warm up at 10 day interval or checking during first 24hour “settling” in period. MySugr then gives added confidence in my ability to manage my monster. The bolus calculator is also very useful but with caveat that standard safety limit of 50 units is 10% too low for my LADA/T2 needs. This as I regularly need 53 to 55 units of Humalog200 for my usual 80g cho breakfast. Otherwise thank you for a great helper!.Version: 3.88.0

This is helping! This app is totally helping keeping me engaged in my diabetes care. I’ve been diabetic for 20-something years now and I was finding that I could sometimes go two days without testing my sugar. On the other end I would sometimes test it 7 times in one day. This is helping me test and keep track of my BG, physical activity, moods, hormonal changes, and visualize the effects those have on my A1C and daily BG results. I purchased the upgrade and think it is worth it. Couldn’t recommend more..Version: 3.53.1

LOVE!This has made managing my Type1 diabetes so much easier! I feel like I’m testing more and taking note of my TDD and glucose readings more often so I can see the changes. Would definitely recommend to any diabetic..Version: 3.61.2

Better diabetes management with this appHaving down loaded this app a while ago for both my daughter and I (both type 1) , I was sceptical as to the benefit and functionality of the product. 3 months on all I can say is thank you. My daughter uses this in conjunction with a Libra monitor and utilises all the functionality within this app to the fullest. Really given her confidence about her condition. The ability to share the data between our devices is a great additional benefit also. She also enjoys her monster 😂 and also re named mine on my own phone 😂. Highly recommend and the annual cost is not a massive impact to the pocket for what it delivers..Version: 3.83.25

Great appThe Accu-Check monitor isn very easy to set up when you initially get it. In fact the time, date and year were already set and accurate so just needed to confirm it. You just link the app to your phone or tablet with Bluetooth and the Accu-Checkmautomatically transfers your glucose measurement to the app. Useful to be able to see readings over a period of time and using edit function to be able to mark if the reading was before a meal or after etc. You can get a report from the app and pint it as well which is good way of keeping a record of your glucose levels..Version: 3.90.1

MySugr & Accu Chek mobileI’m into my first week of using the MySugr app with my new Acc-Chek Mobile blood glucose meter. I had the Accu Chek Aviva for the past 2 yrs and then got MySugr app about 2 weeks ago and found it was annoying inputting the data from the Aviva manually into the app. As I was testing so frequently I ordered the Mobile device as the app and Mobile work as a pair perfectly. It took some time to work out how they worked together. Overall I’m pretty pleased with both the app and Accu Chek Mobile but considering it’s the all singing all dancing devices there is room for improvement. 1) the Bluetooth connecting between the devices could be quicker. 2) obviously your Bluetooth on your smartphone has to be on all the time. 3) I’m still not sure what the benefits of having you vs the monster are. You’ll see if you ever get the app. Otherwise it’s a good product. The Mobile could do with some so improvement as it’s a fiddly to put a sample on the testing area and it doesn’t have a vibration facility to alert you for your next test. Other than the two devices work in partnership very well. I’m type 1 diabetic for nearly 3 years- so it’s ideal for type 1’s..Version: 3.83.53

Great app,Couldn’t be without this app.Version: 3.92.0

Great app, but pricey for extra minimal featuresHelped me gain a greater understanding for what my sugar levels are doing throughout the day and it's great to have them graphed out, especially to see where and why recurring problems might occur. Shame about the pay wall on interesting but pretty unnecessary features all aside from the PDF exportation, rather snidely locked that behind the subscription fee as that's the most necessary in terms of sending the data to your practice nurse or healthcare professional. Otherwise a good app!.Version: 3.48.0

All I need but…I love this app! I used it a while back when it was first created and love it then and now! I really appreciate the challenge that really encourages me to test and makes it fun. I love how they collaborated with JDRF to make a challenge to help donate money. The little monster is super cute! It really encourages me to keep him happy. Having a chart where you can have a summary for all the meals, BGs, and patterns all In one place to show your doctor is super easy and helpful! The only thing I was love to see in the the future is having a catalog or database of all the carbs food/ nutrients info need to help figure out how much carbs your eating and help calculate the right amount. So you can search up the amount of carbs needed for your sandwich and don’t have to go searching on the web or calorie king..Version: 3.83.67

A great appA great way to track my progress I just wish it would link up with my ‘stabber’..Version: 3.83.47

Great so far!I’ve only been using this app for about a week. It’s been working well, however I’m confused about the difference between the free version and the pro version. What are the differences between the two? What are the added benefits of the pro version? I Love how well it syncs with my AccuChek Guide monitor. I don’t need a coach but that’s the only upgrade option offered to me in the app ... so I’m not upgrading because I’m afraid I’ll loose all my other data! Also, I like the challenges, but they can be confusing to figure out. Like the Greenhorn one ... I keep thinking I’m doing it correctly ... but then it’s telling me I’m failing! Over all a solid app ... but user direction could be improved. I also love the reports feature and how easy it is to use the app — it’s nice that the free option is so robust too (as I mentioned above, I’d upgrade but I’m afraid of loosing my data)..Version: 3.64.6

Absolutely amazingThis is the best app I have ever used. Clear, easy and quick. I love every aspect of it. Is there any chance that this app will be more compatible with new iPads?? I have iPad pro 12.9 and it work but it doesn't look great on “stretched” screen. Also, when I setup reminder to check my sugar on time it would be nice if all devices app is logged into will show this alarm. I often use my iPad ad home and then my phone when Im out. If i use iPad to set reminder my phone is not notifying me to check my sugar..Version: 3.59.2

Helpful even if you’re not diabeticI started using this app to determine when my blood sugar levels were dropping low as I’ve been known to have dangerously low blood sugar levels without any identifiable cause when I was a bit younger. I now have normal blood sugar ranges. I track them to see if they are dropping low or if they have begun to become high. This app keeps a great record of your blood sugar and it allows you to print out the information as well (if you have a Bluetooth capable meter or regularly and honestly chart your blood sugar levels) it gives you so many options when it comes to documenting what was going on when you took your blood sugar so it gives a broader picture of what might be impacting your blood sugar levels throughout the day. I give it 5 stars as I’ve had no issues with it, I love that they send out supplies when needed and I love the ease of navigation on the app. The coaches are great as well!.Version: 3.87.0

Great appI find this app very helpful at keeping a check of my sugars as well as how much insulin I’m on and if I need to up it again (I’m type 2 and still trying to work out how much insulin I need to take). I can also record when I changed my pen so can make sure I don’t use it after a month. Only negative is it has started to lose connection with my machine (I have the Bluetooth adapter so can send levels over) and I have to keep disconnecting it and then reconnecting which can be a little annoying.Version: 3.75.0

My first weekHaving been diagnosed with diabetes 2 and and starting to understand what is involved with daily testing, I was delighted to find the mySugr app. It is easy to log your daily activities and track your progress. So far, I’m impressed how it links in with Apple Health etc to make it the go to app. One small addition that I would personally like is , rather than have to selected individually all your pills every day, that you have a smart that would enter them for you. One could enter the pills under, say, morning, lunch, dinner, bed and the software would then automatically include the appropriate list of pills at the right time of the day. Just a thought! Cheers David.Version: 3.83.34

Great App for a newly diagnosed Type 2 DiabeticI am going through the process of using my glucometer 3 to 4 times a day. This App is so beneficial as it records the data from my glucometer to this App. I also have a graph to show my doctor at the end of 3 months. If my I phone is not near the glucometer the App will enter the previous recording as well as the new recording. Very easy to use and to synchronize the App and Glucometer. No fuss great tool!!!.Version: 3.83.14

Good appSeems to run without issues.Version: 3.91.1

Newly Diagnosed with Type 2I wanted an app that would automatically log my reading instead of me having to keep track. This one hooks straight to my monitor via Bluetooth. I figured with any app, my food diary would need to be a separate app but then I found this one. I can log everything right here; I can enter all of my medications, add meals even if I’m not taking my levels at that time. I can add every thing as it’s done and also notes if I’d like for better tracking. I love the premade tags. I do wish we could add our own though. Other than that, perfect app! Not to mention the cute little monster that giggles when you have good readings. It also shows your averages over time. You can even do a pdf version to print and take to take to you doctor. It’s a must have!!.Version: 3.83.59

Easy trackingI love this app to track my sugar levels and meals. One of my fave apps!.Version: 3.87.0

GoodWorks as it should I assume. Pretty straight forward. Still learning about ALL of this..Version: 3.90.1

Great app, missing one convenience for gestational diabetesThis app is great overall. I’m using for gestational diabetes, and at my first meeting with a diabetes counselor, they were really impressed with the data report mySugr generated. I love that it syncs data automatically and wirelessly from my glucose tester. I just wish I could set a different target range for my fasting blood sugar than the post-meal blood sugar. The color-coding of readings makes it really easy to scan for values outside the target range, but fasting numbers (at least for gestational diabetes) have a lower target cap than post-meal numbers so it’s not as easy for me to spot when my fasting number is too high. I also sometimes wish there was a field for general notes, not just the meal notes (which I sometimes end up using to make other notes on the situation) but since that workaround exists, it bothers me less..Version: 3.50.0

Très bien faitBien fait et pratique.Version: 3.91.0

Better than paperWhen my doctor handed me a piece of paper, I searched for something better and found MySugr. It tracks almost everything I need. I was surprised that my diabetes educator had not heard of it. I like that it estimates the A1C and the monster is cute. I like the idea of the package but I don’t need unlimited test strips-just the coach. Not worth paying extra for. To make it perfect, integrate with MyFitnessPal so I don’t have to enter meals in 2 places AND integrate with Freestyle Libre. This is such a need that I suspect you could charge a reasonable amount for it. I rarely use my Accucheck meter which does integrate. I would also like the ability to enter my own medicine not on the pre-defined list. The last thing I would like is the ability to rearrange or hide some of the icons. I rarely use some and have to go over 2 screens for those I use often. Great concept just keep improving..Version: 3.59.0

Great app for learningI have learned so much about my diabetes since installing this app. Fabulous tool.Version: 3.65.0

Superb even though I’m not diabeticSo, if innit diabetic why am I testing? I had a gastric bypass two years ago and it has left me with a reaction to refined carbohydrates and sugars. It can cause me to have a massive sugar spike then crash, with the obviously sun-optimal symptoms. From using this andnvarying my diet, exercise and other factors I have managed to get it more or less under control. Super easy to use, helps you learn your body and it’s response to foods, some of which are utterly unexpected. If you want to learn how you react to foods, this is 100% for you..Version: 3.83.55

Very useful and informativeBeen using this app for a few years now. It is useful for tracking BGL’s and how it’s affected by what I eat and when I exercise. I particularly like how I can write notes alongside my readings. Sometimes I’ll write what I eat and what time I ate. Other times I might write down how much exercise I did and what type of exercise..Version: 3.83.57

Loving this app!Quick and easy tracking from the meter to my phone. I like that I can edit and add notes on my phone regarding meals so I can see what triggers my numbers..Version: 3.92.0

Motivational and informativeMy GP suggested I use an app to help me keep an eye on my blood glucose levels. I tried a couple of others then found MySugr. It’s super easy to use, synced with my monitor right away and talks to Apple health. Being able to export reports with my results is a great feature too. I also like the extra challenges you can take up to help keep you motivated. The little ‘diabetes monster’ animation is awesome and helps to make logging info entertaining instead of tiresome..Version: 3.83.24

Magnificent!This an excellent app!.Version: 3.91.1

OKThe app is easy to use, but the reporting function needs some work. Reports are difficult to prepare, with a lot of additional fields and data that I don’t need. There is no ability to select a time period for the CSV and XLS files, so all stored data is reported. All unreported fields for unused data are also reported, as there is no ability to select required data fields. If these issues are addressed in a future version of the app, it would be perfect..Version: 3.83.24

Paul TaylorThis app changed my whole look on my T2D , used correctly by filling in all the info possible after every test this app can transform the way you think about food .. You don’t need a special meter , just any normal meter will work as you can manually fill in your daily tests , I personally use the accu-chek Mobile with the Bluetooth unit , a little unstable at first but after a day or so of re-connecting it’s now stable and works flawlessly with my iPhone 8 and my iPad .. 10/10 well done mySugr the only thing I would say would help if the activity wasn’t only measured in hours/mins but a drop down of basic day to day activities too, such as “non physical work” “physical work” “gym” “running” “cycling” “chilling” and so on ...Version: 3.83.19

Great app!!I would just love additional editing capability..Version: 3.60.0

Perfect for starting to track BGThe app offers a very user friendly interface and is perfect for starting out it has many features that are tailored for long term use but it lacks in many areas too like a dark mode or a proper bar graph feature and when I try to use any other format for the report it fails and gives me a mismatched sheet of numbers with time gaps and missing data, the app also doesn’t sync with different devices vary well either I only got syncing at midnight Overall it’s a good experience but Unless they improve it it’s not for long term use.Version: 3.65.0

New LADA DiabeticI was very recently diagnosed with LADA diabetes. My road to diagnosis was a difficult one with every medical professional denying that I was a T1 diabetic and trying to treat me like a T2. Thanks to your app and a friend who is a certified diabetes educator, I am starting to get a handle on my life again. The app contains so many features that made navigating my new normal easy - from the user friendly format, to the hourly adjustable ratios, to the well thought-out data fields. In just a couple weeks I have managed to bring my average of 250 down to 165 and continue to trend down into healthy ranges. It has helped my kids understand my diagnosis and they love “feeding” my monster to see if I made him happy or angry, LOL. I cannot thank the creators of this app enough for the support it has given me as I navigate this life changing process. If I had one suggestion, it would be to partner with or integrate a carb counting program or link. I’ve been using a few different online options but having a built in function would be amazing..Version: 3.83.43

Super easy, very grateful! This app is crisply legible w/out the add-ons and is also free from advertisements! Had this app on my droid and have recently switched back to iOS and it performs exactly the same way between both systems. Type 1/ accu check- aviva; use basic edition of app. Love the update options but currently have great insurance and endrocrinoligical care. Bug issues and/or crashing/freezing have never been an issue between both systems. Incredibly grateful to have found this app as any other app I’ve used in the past will allow about ten logs before demanding a monetary upgrade. This app allows everything you need for free and saves unlimited logs since account setup. This tells me that whoever created this app finds that the health and well being of a diabetic means more than monetary success; otherwise they wouldn’t offer SO MUCH FOR FREE! Thank you thank you thank you!.Version: 3.54.0

Un incontournableExcellente application, très complète et simple d’utilisation. Le petit monstre rend l’expérience plus agréable 😁 Je recommande fortement cette application..Version: 3.91.1

So helpful!I've had multiple issues in the past with tracking blood sugars and have often been given a high hba1c reading. This app is so easy to use and is actually encouraging users to record. The fact that I can be given a quick average/hba1c reading just on the app is really great and such a motivator to keep recording. Also really appreciate being able to record meal times, exercise and moods. This works well alongside my food diaries that I have to keep for my Clinic. Only thing I would like to change is the layout of the log - have to scroll down to read previous readings and it's also backwards (most recent readings first) but then a weekly report is offered, although I am yet to use this. All in all a really great positive app! Has made my life so much easier after a long search for a good diabetes tracking app. Thank you!! 😊😊.Version: 3.39.4

GreatReally helps with estimating carbs and insulin ratio. And good way to keep your good diary too. Only there is no icon chocolate in the meal items. I only mention it because it is slightly a different scenery to sweets when it comes to hypos. Also is there long acting basal advice maybe would be an actors addition but not really necessary. I have no complaints with this app cool. Also really like the compatibility with other apps and devices. My A1c has been better lately and shout-out to the app I generally is a helpful tool to keep yourself grounded if you are trying to keep things stable..Version: 3.83.51

Great appLove the app. Took a while to learn how to is it but very handy for my doctor..Version: 3.71.0

Well worth usingHaving been recently diagnosed with diabetes, I was given a booklet to record my results, but it was small and I couldn’t record food in it. I wanted to record food eaten so I could relate it to any ups and downs in blood sugar. This does the trick well and will automatically pick up results from the sugar monitor after I have done a test. It also uses this results to do a few calculations to add to my knowledge of what is going on. The one thing I would like is to be able to be see the graph in landscape mode, this way you could get a longer time line of your blood sugar ups and downs..Version: 3.89.0

Good app, currently lacks functionalityGreat app. Lacks functionality to upload levels over Bluetooth with the caresens dual meter..Version: 3.45.1

AwesomeExcellent App and easy to use. Looking to upgrade it just because it is becoming such a helpful tool to help me control diabetes. Well done to the team who put this together and good luck to those with diabetes!.Version: 3.83.19

Great App to gain PerspectiveThis app is a great tool to gain some great perspective and understanding of life with diabetes. MY LIFE with Diabetes. Being able to see and really analyze what causes the ups and downs in my blood sugar, and really think about what is happening at that moment I’m logging a reading. Im by no means an expert on the subject of how to properly manage this disease. But now I have a much greater understanding of all the conditions, aswell as the actions that can contribute to me feeling great or terrible. I’ve been in denial for some time of what causes the good or bad days. This highly animated app gives a very reasonable and realistic approach to wanting to dig into the data. It’s only as good as what you log. And how honest you can be with yourself, and hold yourself accountable to logging the truth about your day, your activities, stresses, mood, anxiety, and poor food/drink decisions. Something as simple as seeing and comparing how different levels of activity affect your blood sugar is not only good in real time, but also to be able to go back and identify patterns, good, bad, and sometimes the ugly. This app has served me well, and I am grateful for it. Hopefully you will see the positives for yourself as well. Cheers to your good path to better health..Version: 3.83.52

Great appEasy UI, clear visualisation an reliable. Apple health integration works well. Meal logging is a bit clunky but overall great. Update - once you get a system for meal logging the rather strange symbols and layout becomes easier to use - some UI improvements to be made but functionality is great. Just wish the PDF reporting was more configurable on the data included. However best app I have found for this space. Update 9th Feb 2024 As above, but frustrating that the pills taken data doesn’t propagate through to Apple Health..Version: 3.89.0

This app is amazingIf you don’t wanna keep a booklet with your readings this app is a god sent. It’s free and it keeps track of everything really nicely, you can put your current sugar reading, what your guna take for insulin based on your carbs your eating and correction, and there’s so so much more I highly recommend. I’m a type 1 diabetic who’s insulin dependent. I do 4+ injections a day plus 5-6 sugar readings a day and this has actually helped me have better sugar levels because I’m more vigilant to use this app and keep on track.Version: 3.70.0

Incredible AppI’ve been looking for an app like this for a long time. I had one similar a few years ago but for some reason they discontinued it. The best thing I can say is not only how easy it is to use but that it gives you a A1C average. I won’t know how accurate (close) it is until I go to the dr in late July for my Diabeties (type 2)check up. I really like the way it shows your daily average & the whole screen layout so you can see everything at once. I wish there was a way to put in order the items that you chose when you record your readings like before meals, after meals etc. I would like to arrange them in the order of importance to me & all the other items that I don’t use or don’t use much I could move to the end. Also when I record what I eat if there were some way of bringing up something you had recorded before ( I eat out a lot because of traveling so I’m stuck basically eating the same things because I know how that food affects my blood sugar). Just a few ideas to throw around. I definitely highly recommend MySugar App!!!.Version: 3.83.5

Awesome app, priceyWe have enjoyed using this app to track our newly diagnosed t1 son. Over the three weeks we have been using it, we were able to earn the pro version by “taming the monster “ by logging 50 points worth of activity a day, for a week. This was not difficult as we logged every BG check, the insulin he received, what he ate and when, and how active to was. It has been a great help to us to have this format to do it. That hearing said, if we didn’t earn the pro version by our frequent use, there’s no way we would have bought the pro version ourselves. Everything with diabetes will nickle and dime you and this app is no exception. But we would have kept using the limited version indefinitely because it is totally adequate for our needs and we enjoyed that version as well. I’d recommend this app to anyone looking to keep good track of their or their child’s diabetes, especially before you are approved for and using your CGM or pump..Version: 3.74.1

Version: 3.90.1

My giggly sugarVery good app. Don’t need to do anything as the reading transfers straight to my mobile phone. I sometimes have to check my Bluetooth connection as you will notice that the reading does not transfer to the phone. Overall, very satisfied with the app. PS. You can also send reports to your diabetes clinic via email too..Version: 3.83.66

Oh, My! I Wish I Had Known About-face This Sooner!I was diagnosed with Type 2 several years ago. After my hospitalization forum ketoacidosis, I was put on insulin. Since then, I've tried several apps for tracking my progress, eventually settling on two apps to keep track of my medications and my eating habits. Recently I changed my health insurance provider, which didn't cover my old meter and supplies, and I was switched to the Accu-Chek Guide Meter. I downloaded this app, paired it with my iPhone, and haven't looked back. My test results are automagically sent to my iPhone as soon as they're read. Oh, and now I use this one app to do what I previously need two for. It records more details than my previous device, and does a better job of letting me know my progress..Version: 3.83.48

ExcellentThis app does everything I need it to. It connects up to my Accu-chek and Apple health and there is space to type notes which is very helpful when seeing a doctor. I can tag with fasting or meal options and overall it builds a documented story that you can even print out report from. Just excellent..Version: 3.85.0

Easy as 😁Easy as app to use it has become part of my daily routine, which it should have before. But with this app on my phone I just log my numbers each day and it’s done 😁 thanks guys 🙌👍.Version: 3.64.0

Marty BlanchardThe app is awesome and really helps me track my food and sugars and its a cool app to use and easy to understand.Best thing I have ever done totally works.Version: 3.90.1

Very usefulIt has helped me keep track of my sugars better by always being on my phone whenever and it’s quick very useful app.Version: 3.59.3

Free beer (Diet Coke) was promisedI like this app, it’s very user friendly and super simple, I do think that the option of adding a picture should be free.. although having emailed the company asking why something’s (option of adding hi/lo/stressed etc) had to be paid for in app I received a very cheerful reply simply explaining that they had people to pay (which I agree with but my feeling on the photos remain the same) Also I hope the staff get a free round of beer or Diet Coke as it says if I leave 5 stars you will get this 🤞 your welcome 😉👍🏻.Version: 3.54.0

Love itIt’s great.Version: 3.55.0

Great when integrated with perform mobile monitorWe were initially using this app on its own and found it helpful. More recently we have been using the performa mobile blood glucose monitor and what is great is the integration with this. The monitor has a WiFi adapter that automatically feeds blood glucose readings to the app. The app then allows you to overlay additional data so you can end up with a rich set of data. My daughter was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes in October 2018 so the integration between the monitor and the app have been really useful.Version: 3.63.0

Make tracking easyNew to being diabetic but this app tracks all my blood sugars if you have the Apple Watch it connected to their exercise app and keeps track of that you can log your food quite a heavy little program and if you want you can actually pay for the premium version which gives you unlimited test strips. Update! So I was just diagnosed 3 months ago as having diabetes. My A1C was in the 10.9 range at the time. I found this app just days after and began tracking my levels very frequently and regularly. With the information I was able to adjust according. I added a daily 45 minute workout. (Never did before) and within 3 months my A1C was 5.4. My doctor was amazed and wants to share this app with others. He recommended I continue to track frequently and maintain what I am doing. He also decreased my medication and may take me off meds altogether. Thanks MySugr for helping me get my health back on the right track!.Version: 3.79.0

So easy and fun to useThis is my first time really keeping track of my blood sugars and seeing how my medications and food intake can balance it. Absolutely love the app, makes me accountable and has helped me get better results. Quick response from the app team when i had a question. The pairing of the glucometer with this app makes importing of my blood sugar results instant..Version: 3.59.2

Amazing! 💓💗💞💖💕💝💘I have had this app for around a week and I seriously think it has changed my life! I have trouble logging my numbers into my book, but this app has helped me and motivated me to change for the better! This app gives detailed information, such as HbA1c and averages which helps me to lower my levels and improve as much as possible. It also has an avatar that gives motivational words, such as “it happens” when you have a blood sugar that is higher or lower than your target, which is small but uplifting . If you find it difficult to write in the log book that hospitals give you, I highly recommend this app! I’m even considering upgrading to premium :).Version: 3.69.0

Reasonably good appMy first time with a blood sugar monitor and it’s been quite an interesting experience so far.. Only gripe is I got to bed generally after midnight and it’s a little annoying and confusing when those before bed readings end up as the first reading for the next day.. would be nice if I could customise (within reason) the organisation and drag those readings back to the previous day.. or at least say where my day began or ended.. so those numbers aren’t adversely affecting the daily averages.. also considering how important the sleeping period is when dealing with blood sugars...Version: 3.83.37

Getting there! Some ideas: How about exercise’ and ‘walking’ icons, rather than just sport? Also, it appears to combine entries into one if they are less than 11 minutes apart. This doesn’t work well it you take a blood sugar reading before a meal and want the meal as a separate entry/time. How about the ability to show multiple icons against an entry in the ‘My trend’ log tab, rather than just the first in the list you select, eg, dinner and alcohol icons together. Travelling, vacation, driving, etc..Version: 3.80.0

This is the best diabetes app ever! GET THE BUNDLE!I was a diabetic with little control. I had given up. I ran into this app and it all changed. I started using the app and it was fun. I wanted to use it. I bought the bundle that came with the Accu-Chek Guide Meter and UNLIMITED STRIPS. I started poking my fingers all the time! Wanting that control. My A1C was 9.6. I learned that with more knowledge came more control and an interest in a diabetic diet and lifestyle changes that have helped me noticeably lose weight. I can’t wait to see what my next A1C is. I’m sure it’s going to be a lot better. Oh I forgot. With the bundle comes a Diabetic Educator right in the app. Well worth the 49 dollar investment each month. No appointments needed just message her in the app. If you combine the bundle, a new meter lance and lancets all you can poke strips and an educator you’re making money to save your own life. This was the best medical decision I’ve ever made. Tame your monster! Get MySugr today!.Version: 3.53.0

Fantastic tool!!T2D since August ‘22 and of course everything T2D is new to me! Diet, testing and MySugr used with AccuCheck system. The MySugr app is fantastic, easy to use and keeps me on track but most importantly I’m learning about my body and T2D. I now understand what triggers the spikes and why. I’m over 60…. and a bit of a nerd, but MySugr couldn’t be easier. Thank you! PS the support team are very customer focused, a big shout out to Jenn!.Version: 3.83.47

AmazingThis helped me so much and doesn’t even charge me for the purpose I need it for. It’s just such a considerate app for a type one diabetic like me. I’m so grateful for it. I’ve really struggled with my management but being able to see my data laid out and record my bolus/basal/carbs is just incredible. It shows me what’s working and what doesn’t work and it motivates me more than anything else has. I also use it to monitor my grandmother as well. I can’t thank the creators enough. You’ve saved my life and I’m genuinely not exaggerating. Thank you xx.Version: 3.65.0

Pretty good but could be betterOn the whole, MySugr is a really useful app that has actually helped me improve my HBA1C. It is fast and easy to use and helps me track patterns. However there are a couple of things I’d love to change. Firstly it is missing a trick with its calculator tool. Whilst this is super useful, it is frustrating that the calculator doesn’t work during hypo. Obviously I don’t want to take insulin during hypo, but being able to see the amount of active insulin onboard would be a huge help in judging how many carbs to take to address it. Secondly, I know this monster is a part of the app’s’ identity, but it it is still really annoying and I’d like the option to turn it off completely..Version: 3.83.3

Great productHighly recommend to everyone tying to monitor their D..Version: 3.79.1

Good appIt’s a great app, helps me record all my readings, but I would love if they had more options, like if you were to click on breakfast and you had options to put in what you actually had for breakfast, that way you could keep a record of what specific things spike your blood sugar levels..Version: 3.83.47

Love the mySugr app!I just found out I was diabetic one week ago. I searched for apps, tried 3 or 4, then found this one. It’s the best by far, and the more I learn about it, the more I like it! I’m absolutely positive that if I was not using this app I would be hopeless, and not tracking my blood sugar or carbs well at all. The mySugr app keeps me engaged and WANTING to track my info, thanks to all the little games for points and rewards. I’m not nearly as overwhelmed and discouraged as I was one week ago. And when my blood glucose reading it higher than I think it should be, I can go back and figure out why, what did I eat and when? What did I eat the last time I shot up? Being able to analyze and learn more about how my body reacts to food, medication and exercise that’s to this App is invaluable. Thank you you from the bottom of my heart to the creators! Renee 54yrs old in Michigan.Version: 3.83.66

CuteI love how there’s a cute little monster to represent my Diabetes! To the commenter who complained because “it’s aimed towards Children because of the monster”, please get over it, I think it makes logging more fun (by the way I am 44!)..Version: 3.87.0

Its goodHelps me keep on track..Version: 3.83.19

Simply fabulousI use an Accu-Chek Aviva Expert meter and it is really accurate in telling me how much insulin to inject. I’ve not found any app that can do the same - until I started using mySugr. Brilliant. I can even add, modify and delete data whenever I want - Yeah! Mistakes can happen and fixing them is needed. Now I can easily change those errors or add snippets of info I may have forgotten. I transferred my settings from my meter and now mySugr can tell me how much insulin to inject. Perfect. What’s better is that once I start using Freestyle patches, I won’t have to do finger pricking again for blood tests. The patch combined with mySugr will do it all for me. Simply fabulous..Version: 3.83.19

Great appExcellent app great way to keep track of my diabetes.Version: 3.83.26

MySugarReally happy with the ease of use, integration with other health monitoring applications and analytics MySugar provides to help with the management of my diabetes.Version: 3.83.23

A must have app for anyone with diabetes!!I was recently diagnosed with diabetes and it has turned my world upside down! Needing to poke my finger to check blood sugar and trying to remember what it was the last time I checked etc. This app is a lifesaver! It organizes all of entries so that you can clearly see the pattern of your blood sugar levels. It’s fun too, I love how the little character is a sugar monster and you have to try and tame him. I love the challenges you can do too. I’d love to see even more updates, maybe where you can collect cute medals or something for different things. If you have diabetes and are super forgetful like me, get this app! It’s worth it!!.Version: 3.82.0

Great AppGamification of progress is genius..Version: 3.88.0

Brilliant! The application is highly intuitive and a true blessing. My best mate in the world - Joey Warren - is a Pug crossed with I don’t know what. Joey was recently diagnosed type 1 diabetic. Apparently dogs only get type 1, while cats can be type 2 or 1. (Just an “FYI”.) To complicate matters, Joey also suffered pancreatitis. I had gallstone pancreatitis and on a scale of 1 to 10, for me it was 20. The fentanyl was useless. I wanted morphine, but they are always scared of using morphine. Enough about me. Back to Joey and this brilliant My Sugar application. After analysing a blood sample, the Vet advised his numbers were off the scale. We had to manage Joey’s intense tummy pain and stabilise his blood sugar. I became aware of the My Sugar application after buying an Accu Chek meter and have not looked back. Sincerely, Seamus..Version: 3.83.31

Brilliant tool for helping me to monitor blood sugar levelsIntroduced to this by my Practice Nurse as she thought it would help bring down my blood sugar levels which were out of control Been using it now for 17 weeks. Av mol/L for first 4 weeks was 10.8 mol/l. Change of diet and av level for last 5 weeks is down to 7.14 mm/L. The challenge is to keep all readings between 5 and 8.5. Which I have achieved during the last 35 days. Really thankful that Natasha put me on to this. Thoroughly recommend the app to anyone struggling with controlling diabetes type 2..Version: 3.83.50

Good appI have an Accu chek Guide glucose meter. So far it has worked and has been stable. When I downloaded this app a couple years ago. It didn’t work well and it crashed a lot. This app is helping me with understanding my glucose levels. So I can manage my condition. One thing I don’t like about the is app. Is the amount of of tests to get an estimated A1C level. It requires me to test 3 times a day for 7 consecutive days. I would like to see an average based on a certain amount test over 10-14 days in a month. I only twice a day. Another feature that would be nice. Is to have the ability to log or record days I have exercised. One thing I discover is that this app hasn’t synced with Apple health. I have tried to sync it with Apple health. I will keep trying. Update: I got Apple Health to sync. It even logged my exercise type from Apple health. I had to dig into my Apple profile settings and I found my sugar app and the settings was turned off. Turned everything to allow. It it working great!.Version: 3.89.0

Low sugarNot sure to reduce insulin very low reading.Version: 3.64.5

I Love This App! HIGHLY RecommendFormerly used no longer supported AccuCheck recommended App. MySugr is easy to set up and as simple or complex to use as I want it to be. After I link it to my measuring device I can just let it record my Blood/Glucose settings and produce default reports or I can customize it to reflect my healthcare professional’s guidance and my specific needs. There are some oddities when customizing [ but can be worked out by selecting “More/Profile & Settings/Blood Sugar Settings/— Set & link with Glucose measuring device AND set Glucose range settings (according to your age and Healthcare Professional targets) — AND (strangely) set Body Weight, & Height units under “Food”], but the included instructions and support will quickly answer any questions you might have.”.Version: 3.83.63

MySugr has changed my life! The MySugr app has changed my life I am a 13 year old diabetic( I have had mine for a little over 3 years) that is very stubborn when it comes to writing down my blood sugar numbers but when I got this app it suddenly became fun! It felt like it was a challenge to train the monster by the end of the day which can be difficult at times but it still helps me! Plus I’m like always on my phone so when my parents say log you sugars I can just switch apps! I love this app because within 7 days it can tell you your average A1C is which can help you before you have a doctors appointment! It is good for younger diabetics and older ones like me that don’t like to chart their numbers!😂 You can even name your monster mine is currently named Chomper! Hope you all get this app because it is amazing! And as always log your numbers diabetics!💉.Version: 3.83.14

Great fun and functional app !Thank you guys this is absolutely wonderful paired with my libre and nightrider it reads the glucose from health app and provides wonderful hba1c estimates that you can see improving real time; making a massive impact ! Being able to use the calculator in a non clunky way unlike meters which can be fiddly this is easy and makes it fun with beautiful easy to read graphics and colours. Remembers insulin intake that you log also calculates how much carbs to eat to keep your sugars in target if you still have insulin active and your blood is lower than your goal number and thus makes you completely avoid hypos if checked regularly. I hated logging things in before this there was not much of a point to it now theres actual tools that helped me get from 8.4 to 8.0% in 2 weeks ! I have a long way to go but really believe this paired with cgm will change everything for me . Thank you for helping me tame my diabetes monster ! . I highly recommend!.Version: 3.43.0

Very impressed and helpfulI have found this app hugely helpful. Having had T2 for a few years now, I have recently been moved onto insulin…a whole new level for me! This app is fantastic for tracking everything I need to share with my diabetic support team. The only small issue I came across, was my insulin (Humulin I Kwikpen) was not included on the insulin list. I have messaged support about this and hope they pick up and add to the list. Other than that, this app has everything I need in one place… Very user friendly with a clear dashboard to view everything on one screen. Brilliant…thanks guys!! 😊.Version: 3.85.0

Sweet app!Much more user friendly than other diabetes apps I've tried. Slick interface. Would like more analysis / graphing options..Version: 3.68.1

A Diabetic MustBeen using now for 6 weeks after my diabetic review suggested I go onto insulin, my HbA1c was 101!!!! So decided to make a change to my lifestyle no more takeaways, chocolate, fizzy drinks (even free) being a HGV driver insulin adds complications to work! This app really helps keep track of blood sugar levels it has a estimated HbA1c that is showing 61.7 now! Which if accurate is amazing! I’m now averaging 7 to 9 even had 5.2! My first readings were 27!!! Now when I go over 10 I’m annoyed! I’ve gone from feeling crap, fuzzy eyesight to feeling much better! So I now pay for the full version, And have changed to the Accu-chek meter that connects to my phone (you have to buy the Bluetooth dongle only £8.99 eBay tho) this also verifies your reading too! You can also export your figures and send them to your doctor/nurse! I’m being checked every two weeks at moment so this is really useful. Overall this app is fantastic, I keep records of everything BG, Blood Pressure, Weight, Food Diary, Medication, Notes (Very handy for identifying when I’m driving a HGV) (Side note to Developer’s having a icon to highlight this would be handy I use normal driving but Lorry icon would be good) To sum this up! It’s brilliant well worth subscribing to full version, but even basic is a game changer!!!.Version: 3.68.1

Great appWorks really well. Love the monster. Only issue when switching to. New device you lose your pro membership that you get free with the Accu-Chek Guide meter..Version: 3.59.2

Absolute Game ChangerThis app has been fundamental in getting me on track with my T2 diabetes. It keeps me honest and allows me to understand the relationship between my food, exercise/lifestyle and my blood sugar levels..Version: 3.65.0

Can’t be betterIt is whatever you want it to be; Simple, complete or extremely detailed. At first I just enjoyed not having to do handwriting notes and became curious of all the things it was possible to enter. So when suddenly my levels were unstable for days I would increase my levels and sometimes I couldn’t remember how many units I had taken the day before. I added an entry for my insulin type Slow Release and the quantity. Tressiba Pen are kept in the fridge and after the first use you may keep it at room temperature for up to 40 days and I did. The app allowed me to realize that after 28 days I had increased my intake of insulin from 12 to 14 and when I reached 16, then I would start a new Pen for 1.5 year, analyzing my entries allowed me to see the problem; so I started a new Pen and kept it in the fridge and it lasted 42 days and interestingly my morning readings stabilized between 4.5 and 5.1 no more 6 to 7. It also keep track of the time it read the entry and I noticed that between 7:30 AM and 8 I had better readings and on lazy days 8:45 to 9:30 bad readings and now I have set a reminder for 7:30..Version: 3.90.1

Great appSimple you use an effective way of keeping a track of bs..Version: 3.64.6

Important for my health and managementImportant for my health and management.Version: 3.83.59

Great App - tracking with humour.I didn’t use the app for a while after I downloaded it, it came into its own when I integrated it with an accucheck instant, this integration and that with apple health makes it a great app for bringing things together and the touch of humour makes me smile. Great work as it is, more detailed integration would always be welcome, perhaps with food logging apps such as nutra check and exercise systems such as fitbit. Although it already picks up carbs and weight from apple health a fuller picture on the great tracking screen would be pleasing..Version: 3.83.29
