✓ Lost farmI don’t feel like we got much notice for this upgrade. I logged in and saw the instruction and decided to do it the next day but didn’t have time to play next day and so next day found I’m back at level 1... surely this can’t be it Level 105 and most for good? ✓ Irritated but in loveI would love the game and play it everyday if I could reset the game I had in 2016. I ran across the game on fb thought hey that looks cool forgetting that I owned it before and thinking it was new. Turns out it’s in my cloud and it’s the game I have been trying to reset for 2 years. I have tried deleting and re downloading I have tried deleting from cloud nothing is working. I love the game it’s my kinda game. I’d give it a five star rating if I could restart the game and start fresh. I am giving it such a low rating hoping that the developers would see it and look into if they are not already a reset button for people like me who aren’t able to figure it out on there own and need a easy straight forward no hassle way to reset if they make a mistake or like me had this game a couple years ago and just want to start fresh..Version: 4.7.000

✓ Too many items to understand how to useI have been playing this game on and off for two years. I recently came back to play it but I really don’t understand how to use all of the items or how to obtain some of the items. This game is so influxes with so many items that it is so hard to comprehend. The produce should be able to be fertilized automatically without worrying about obtaining the water and fertilizer. The kitchen is ridiculously hard to obtain so many items to make only one dish. I am so confused and frustrated and I am an adult. Don’t refer me to the objectives of how to explore and use each item because it would take forever to get it all in my head while trying to play the game and expand at the same time. Just too many items in this game..just so confusing. Too many things going on at the same time. Like enough is enough already. Slow down ..install one new feature at a time. ✓ Game itself is good in house purchases not goodI enjoyed playing the game although wasn’t keen on the added parts like fishing and some of the extras but I just didn’t engage with those. I deleted the game when I noticed every item I bought I was charged twice to my account. Once individually and once as group of items. Too expensive and being charged once was enough. ✓ No Farming involvedWell after emailing the App developers, messaging across Social Media, and contacting them in game I am left with no choice but to write this review. I would not even give it 1 * but clearly I had too. The game in general would be good if it actually worked without crashing constantly. Sick of reporting issues for them to be ignored. Just go read reviews across Social Media, all say the same. Game crashes, no App Support, no farming but stupid tasks like cooking, sending animals to do stupid tasks. Costs a fortune to get anywhere which is not worth it when you can't get on the game. ✓ To long in loadingI do enjoy this game played before but had to give up as couldn’t get far as friends needed for a lot off stuff to progress and they didn’t play much. Decided to try again from the start progress much better as active friends now. I agree with other comments too much stuff you need to use ranch cash for (don’t even hit me with the same reply you sent to the others there isn’t a lot off ways to get it free and even if it was still take ages to progress especially if it’s a timed event for these you shouldn’t ask for items that require ranch cash) 6-8 rc for one item usually not good 😥. Anyway my biggest problem is the loading off the game every time I go on it wants to download that takes about 5 mins to do and once on the game luck if I am on it for 2 mins as nothing to do as everything takes a long time to do so not worth the wait off it to download I can see me stopping playing this game again due to these problems. ✓ App CrashingI've been playing this game for a pretty long time now and have usually really enjoyed it. Now as it continuously updates to "fix bugs" it keeps crashing. Sometimes it'll crash as the app is opening or while I'm in the game trying to switch between farms or doing specific actions. Whenever it happens I usually just wait until the next day to try again and it's usually working again. This time it's still not working, I'm not going to be able to use the Circus Monkey boost I scheduled, I'm going to miss out on the four daily chests, I'm going to lose a day on the lighthouse game I started, and I'm probably going to lose my log in streak and I just don't know what to do. ✓ Was Good But now...I have been playing this for months and love it but all of a sudden after logging in almost EVERY day of September to get the end item (even had to pay for in game money to obtain these since I missed 2 days due to being sick) all it wants to do is say I haven't logged in in 29 days and then says it is out of sync and restarts the game... Game can't be fixed now even tried switching from iPad to iPhone after this and still end up telling me the same thing and constantly saying it is out of sync!!! ✓ Can we receive real helpI have been playing this game for a very long time. After all the recent updates and so on, I have been having problems with my farm. Things are coming up missing, green dollars have been missing, and more. Every time I reach out to support, Felicia responds. Even with proper screenshots they still make it seem as if your lying, or it’s your device. I am a daily player and have been since I started playing. No matter what you say, screenshots you upload, they don’t do anything to fix it. It’s always a loss of time and a loss of money. As much effort as people put in with this game, you would think you’ll receive proper help. The responses that are automated makes it seems as if they are willing to help you, but they are not. If you get into this game beware, they won’t help you with any losses. You will have to redo everything. It’s as if you have to screenshot your every move, or get screwed. The in app games/challenges (the ones where we get to design things or partake in mini challenges) are systematically designed so that you never win unless you spend every waking minute playing or a fortune of real cash to advance. I enjoy this game a lot but the money they charge and request for the amount of actual gameplay you get out of it, is quite frankly extortionate and the reason people are trying to ban in app purchases like this one. It’s a good game with good design but there is absolutely zero give back and if anyone asked me for a recommendation I’d say go for it, if you’re planning on spending a minimum of £100 a month to actually get anything out of it. It’s robbery at this point. The whole design point of the game, like getting to decorate your farm, only uses real cash (at a price of £1 to £14 per item) so you’re never actually able to achieve this unless sulu spend money. ✓ Fun game, frustrating at timesThe animals and decorations are very cute. It’s fun to get lost in a world when you just need a little time to relax and that’s the keyword. It should be relaxing. But the developers love to make things by random and it’s frustrating and when you open a ticket to write to support, they will respond, but mostly by saying oh thank you for your patience and understanding we can’t do anything we’ll pass it along to the developers. Oh, and yes, we’re going to close the ticket now. I was like why would you close the ticket if you haven’t actually resolve the problem?. A lot of people complain that they keep coming out with things that cost money and they are money grubbing. Many people can play without spending any of their money. Quest are starting to be only available to those who pay big GREEN (farm money) for the machine or animal needed - yes there are ways to earn the farm money but not in the amount you need to purchase these items. Second the house quest keeps giving g me the machtia pudding to get or make in short time - I just had my pet find one it did I planted something and again THE PUDDING - both items needed to make this pudding cost BIG no way to earn them as you level up. They say you can get them from this from that , yes you can get couple of backs but to buy one tree you need to have from 8 to 10 $. Every quest ask something special $. Only 30% of the game are free the rest of it will need $ . I am on my 59 level and I cant play the game just cause I don't have more than 80% of stuff that they are asking for quests . ✓ Crowded and so many paywallsThe biggest thing that bothers me about this game is that there are SO many buildings and not nearly enough room. There doesn’t need to be a building for every single thing. Expanding your area is too few and far between that it gets crowded and you constantly accidentally touch a building and produce something. Then there are missions that require you buy an item that’s behind paid currency. A lot of missions. I could deal with that if there was more room… there’s just way too much going on. These issues make the game less enjoyable. I think the game would be better with more space and less buildings. Edit to dev’s comment: have you even looked at some of your players’ farms? My mom just paid her hard earned money to buy 50 of something she needed on here and when she cut her game back on they had disappeared. When she logged back on later for more had disappeared other than the 50. My aunt called her and said that some of hers had disappeared as well. What is the point of buying something or working on a game for hours when everything you have worked for or about is going to disappear and you have no hope of getting it back. I contacted support and got and automated message saying I should supply info about my missing farm, number of pets and their names, and various other info that a player at level 175 would know to confirm the account, even the ID and name, also included the ID number that loaded in place of my farm…..just got another automated message asking for the same info….I guess they don’t want me playing anymore, or don’t, or want to help a loyal player at level 175!.Version: 7.1.200
✓ Not a fun game anymoreI have been playing family farm everyday for more than 4 years. Now it seems like all they want you to do is spend money to progress in the game. It is nearly impossible to expand your farm and they keep coming up with new machines you can’t get with coins, you have to use bucks which are hard to get unless you pay real money. The dragon thing is absolutely ridiculous because it keeps asking for things you don’t have the machine to make. I have in the past spent money on this game, but you don’t get much for your money and now that they are making it too hard to get anywhere unless you spend real money, I think I will be finally be saying good bye to Family Farm..Version: 6.7.100

✓ Game takes forever to uploadI enjoy playing this game a lot, but my biggest issue is that the game takes a long time to upload, this is the only game I have that issue with therefore is not my phone or internet is the game. Because it takes so long to upload Im not able to do a quick play if I have 10 minutes of free time to play because sometimes it takes 10 minutes to upload, it makes me feel like I’m playing a game from 1990. Also since they created the community the amount of tasks you need to do at the same time it’s kind of ridiculous and imposible, yes imposible because I would have to use more than $20 a week to finish all of the activities because everything in this game is SUPER expensive. I wouldn’t mind spending some money in the game, but like I said everything is too expensive. We need more power to be able to do community tasks plus the multiple activities you put at the same time. I can spend the 35 powers I get in 2 minutes and not even be half way with all of the tasks. The problem is after level 10 is takes a ridiculous amount of time to grow field crops, which limits the duration of time each game session can be played. As crops are the base for everything else, progress is slow. Another issue is some machines require repair once you purchase them, with the materials needed only available using real money or sponging off neighbours. The game should be playable without interaction with others if desired. It is ok the charge within game, however pricing for items seems steep. This being said, the game is worth playing. ✓ Farm theft/hacking has gotten out of controlI have played this game for 7years. Ever since an update released around Nov 2020, there has been a huge problem with many farms being lost to hackers. At first, they were just taking over inactive farms but in the past months have started taking active farms. It is happening on all platforms and appears to have nothing to do with being linked (or not) to Facebook or GameCenter. The corporate ownership and/or developers of Family Farm Seaside do not seem interested in fixing whatever is allowing these thefts to take place. They routinely blame the victims, dedicated players of their game, for the problem. They will, if pressured, return ownership of the hacked farms to their rightful owners but not in pre-hacked state so many hard-earned decorations and resources are missing. In the meantime, they continue to develop the game, adding new features, without trying to locate and repair whatever security flaws might exist to allow the proliferation of hackers. This, to me, shows a complete disregard for their customer base. I enjoy the game itself but am completely disillusioned by the developers who are allowing the serious security issue of vulnerability of their customer‘s farms to continue for over a year..Version: 7.1.200

✓ Crops take forever!The game is cute and looked fun. I was having some fun with it to begin with and was surprised how quick the goods take to produce. But I quickly realized why the goods are made quickly. The crops take FOREVER to grow. Hope you weren't needing that wheat because its gonna take six hours! Others take four hours, two hours. The lowest time for a crop that I saw was the clovers which take thirty minutes. I come from games like FarmVille and Township where wheat, corn (the basic crops) take 1-5 minutes to produce. So maybe I'm spoiled that way. But the basic crop shouldnt take 30 minutes to grow. Sure you get free fertilizer but only up until you reach level 10 then you're on your own and have to wait those long wait times for your crops. Far too many of the items (machines, trees etc) cost RC to buy - you have to buy RC with real money and it's not cheap. I understand that the game maker needs to make money, however there are many other free games that work in a similar fashion to this and make it easier to earn or cheaper to buy the 'special' money needed. However, it gets to a point and everything costs RC which seems to mean real cash because to progress you have to buy it (with real money) or wait months to achieve the next level and receive 1 RC. Multiple RC’s are required for just one part of any task. The tasks, while initially assessable to all players, slowly build up to require RC, until the point where every task requires RC and the game seems to stall. You can not use coins for RC, you can only earn RC extremely slowly over months of play or resort to spending actual money. Such a shame there is no other way to progress.
