✗ UPSETI am more than upset because someone hacked my account and the app is not helping me recover my photos. I’m doing everything they tell me to do, but still nothing. I can’t get in. I can’t get my photos. There are family photos there, photos of people that I care about. I’m upset because apple recommended this to me, I think I lost the photos and I’m so very angry.
