✓ Zero customer serviceRecently I changed devices. I needed some brief assistance on how to upload to Dropbox, as I was not getting a complete download on new device. ✓ Good but could be betterBought this app a few years ago and it has served me well until the last few months. One of the best features of this app no longer works properly and tech support does not respond to repeated mails and info to fix. The online data base which helps you sort thru thousands of wines so you can quickly add wines to your cellar no longer functions. I believe the links are broken to some third party and that might be where the issue lies. But the developers have so far shown little interest in resolving this problem..Version: 4.0.8
✓ Not a nice way of selling the app.The app is comprehensive enough, though not perfect. No app can be, but to sell the app for $0.99 without telling us that that is only for 10 wines in my Celler, is bordering misrepresentation! After wasting close to an hour feeding in information, a pop up tells me that I need to keep buying more space beyond 10 wine entries is such a con! ✓ Good app shame about the hidden costDownloaded this app for my husband, he thought it was great until he added 10 bottles of wine plus lots of photos and data only to be told he had to buy more 'bottles' for saving our wine collection. We didn't realise the app wasn't free to use, be warned! But aside from this the app is easy to use and gives a good visual overview of your cellar on your iPad..Version: 1.22
✓ Not badApp works as advertised and is very handy for organising a cellar. As I drunk my wine over time I think more useful note sections would be great. I had much trouble importing my full cellar list with a previous version so I am happy that the csv import works better. Still not too impressed with the search function. ✓ Improve the functionalityI have approx 500 bottles, some in storage and some at home. I quite like this app but I find one or two problems with it which I think could easily be remedied. 1. Not sure what source is used to search online for bottles but have found Wine Searcher much better. I have often had to search WS when the online search failed and you want more detail than is available on the bottle. 2. I populated the database on my iPad but when I tried to sync to my iPhone, I had to down load the app again and had to purchase more data space for my iPhone. 3. I have read elswhere that the app syncs well with other devices? No so. You have to uppload to DropBox then down load to you phone. The two devices are only in sync when this task is performed. I use Wunderlist for shopping etc and that app is able to sync instantaneously! In 2016 it is too clunky! 4. Lastly, it strikes me that the food matching suggestions are aimed at an American audience as so many of the suggestions include meatloaf, even for the higher end wines. As a Brit, I don't know anyone who eats meatloaf. I'd like to see some more classical suggestions or don't bother...Version: 3.2.0

✓ No longer supportedIt would appear that the author of what is a neat little app left the stage some years ago and the app is unsupported. I needed to reinstall the app on my phone and it no longer recognises the spaces I have already purchased, ie the “restore” function does not work and I refuse to buy them again. ✓ No serviceApp worked great for a couple years. Then few months ago when I went to upload newest file to my iPhones, it defaulted to a may 2020 version. The Dropbox preview shows 11/21 but won’t download that version. I reached out to tech support but no response x 2. Also the internet search option no longer works. ✓ App crashing with no supportDoes anyone know how to reach support? The app doesn’t work on IOS 14.2. I click the tile and the app attempts to launch but immediately crashes. Support is nonexistent. Is it possible they just abandoned the app? I used to love it as an easy way to keep track of wine I liked. ✓ Lookup of Wines Does Not WorkThis app used to look up wines via the internet when you typed in a name and filled in that info for you. Now the lookup no longer works and you have to enter everything manually. Not nearly as useful as it used to be when I first bought the app..Version: 4.0.8

✓ Lost dataI was very pleased with the app for a while and found the wine search function very good. Data entry was easy. However after entering about 150 plus wines it lost all of my data. ✓ Used to be greatToo bad they let dust build on this old wine cellar, because being able to access their wine cellar database was what made this a killer app. Now some simple programming error (or they stopped paying their subscription fee to who ever was maintaining the database) causes an error when looking up wine. ✓ Bad appSeems like a good app, but deeply flawed. Buying more 'spaces' is not straight forward. Inputting data is time consuming and copy and paste is not allowed. Organisation of data fields is not possible either. Lots of time lost when app crashed and data lost on restart. Most functionality is not available in v2. Bit of a rip-off!.Version: 2.0.12

✓ Back on trackAfter serious issues with the last update, things appear okay again. ✓ Deleted itAfter it being one of my most used apps for years, it stopped working with IOS4.2. A reinstall will get the app working again but you will lose your data if you don’t have it on another device. With no update for two years, no auto iCloud backup, this app is deprecated and I have deleted it permanently. I recommend avoiding it..Version: 4.0.8
✓ Appears not to be supported anymoreWhen I bought a few years ago there were not many wine cellar apps. This was better than the other one I tried. But even from the beginning it often did not find the wine I was entering from the online search feature. If it did it find it it usually was not a current vintage. Entering 2015 rarely found a 2015 (or even a 2013 or 2014) but more likely a 2009 vintage version. Like someone else reviewed, the online search no longer works. The process is very manual and can take 30 minutes to add 12 different bottles. There are probably better apps out there so I would look at those first especially since this app has not had an update in over 2 years. With over 100 bottles in my collection and 50 different types, it will probably be too difficult to change at this point..Version: 4.0.8
