✓ Very dissatisfiedI received an email telling me that the full version of this software and other apps from this developer were 50% off until Dec 1. But the price at the App Store has not changed. Worse, when I try to contact them I have to fill in a form which crashes every time I submit it. Not at all impressed. ✓ Inaccessible for Voiceover usersAs much as I love my hardware keyboard from IK Multimedia I have to rate this app 1 star. I am a blind iPad user which requires me to use the Voiceover screenreader to read the application. Almost all of the controls in this app do not have accessible labels. With Voiceover running touching the buttons on the main screen of this app just speaks "button" instead of the name of the control..Version: 1.1.1

✓ No Longer Audiobus Compatible!!!What's wrong with IKmultimedia? iGrand used to be the top Piano app, but since IOS 8 it won't work on Audiobus! And it's been that way for months! As of December 2014, about the only apps that used to be Audiobus compatible but still don't work are all from IK: iGrand, iLectric, and Vocalive! I can't recommend anybody buy this app since it has such bad support to keep it up to date. I'm going to delete iGrand, iLectric, Sampletank, and Vocalive and replace them with Korg Module. It might actually get me better sounds, taking less space, than those outdated apps from IK..Version: 1.1.1

✓ Error message to turn on mic in privacy setting.I have owned this app for several years having purchased all in-app options & have had very few problems until now. I recently installed it on my 6th gen iPad and it gives me an error message upon opening that it does not have access to the audio input. It does not provide the usual message ‘allow access to microphone’ so there is no way I can fix the error. iGrand is not listed in Privacy->Microphone setting. This also occurs with the iLectric app. I can only assume that this is related to the newer iOS and the fact that this app hasn’t been updated in a very long time. Resetting all settings does not fix the problem. I have other older synth apps that installed fine. Please fix!.Version: 1.2.4

✓ Where's the touch sensitivity?Pretty disappointing, really. The sample quality is good - what you would expect from the creators of SampleTank. But for an app that touts itself as the premier piano instrument for iOS, and then not to incorporate even a basic touch sensitivity implementation, is pretty sad. Look to GarageBand, my friends. Now granted, that's an Apple product, but unless they're using some hidden API that only they have access to, the technology is right there, Eric, at your fingertips if you would but bother to implement it. Of course, if what you're trying to do is to sell you iPad MIDI keyboard and hardware peripherals, then I suppose I can see why you wouldn't want to push the envelop with the built in iPad hardware....Version: 1.0

✓ Amature HourThis app is unacceptable. The sound quality is excellent when it is not popping, distorting, or generally causing problems. This was the first piano app I bought and upgraded to Pro. I can no longer play any Ikmultimedia apps running in the background in unison, as program change causes notes to hang and popping noises. ✓ Best so far...This is the most true sounding piano in the App Store, and I've heard some pretty awful ones! But having said that, it's still some way from good. I played Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata (using a weighted keyboard through MIDI), the low to mid tones are not bad but the high notes are quite plinky, rather spoils it. ✓ No Audiobus 2.0 SupportI've paid for nearly every IK Multimedia app (Amplitube, SampleTank, iLectric Piano, iGrand Piano and VocalLive), including most of the in-app purchases for each. I've been a loyal customer and have been impressed by the potential these apps offer. That said, I'll never buy another app from this developer. On January 2, 2015, there STILL is no update for Audiobus 2.0 support for iGrand Piano or iLectric Piano, and the compatibility update for VocalLive was just released on 12/31/2014, 3-1/2 months after the released of iOS8. When you ask the developer when these critical updates will be released, the company reps give only non-committal responses, and chastise you for having updated to the latest iOS. The one time I was given an actual date by which the update for iGrand Piano would be released, that date came and went but the update never did. Without Audiobus 2.0 support, these apps are just toys, without much practical value. In addition to the lack of customer support, IK Multimedia continues its practice of gouging its loyal customers by making us buy the exact same apps for our iPads and iPods Touch devices, rather than allowing one purchase to work on both devices. Few other quality app developers do that. All in all, I'm very unimpressed by the value for the considerable money I've spend on apps by this developer..Version: 1.1.1
