✓ Great BUUUUT,Let’s just start with that I have no in-app purchases on, as a lot of people do. So, like literally everything I press, it says, ‘In-app purchases currently disabled on this device.’ But to make it WORSE, it flashes on and off every quarter of a second- and that’s no exaggeration! Also, when you haven’t purchased anything, you get like, NOTHING. I think 10 dollars just for 1 pack is WAY too much. Actually, a lot of Budge games I get, the things inside them are also overpriced. ✓ SecurityNot happy the app kept asking for access to photos - for something targeted at tiny ones, this is a huge risk and design flaw. After the 3rd request without an option to skip that request, I disabled it, as someone who's worked in IT security - try explaining that to a disappointed little one who is very upset after trying it before these insidious requests popped up - to the developers, get responsible with product development. Use your brains and stop simply chasing the money. Service and fit is key. I'd give it +5 for graphics but -5 for thinking through the product - really ****ed of I had to give it a 1 to submit this review - don't do it till they sort it out, parents! ✓ Customer service is awfulMy daughter loves this game and so I bought the whole pack of add ons for her for 11.99 which is pricey, but with the amount she plays with it is worth it. I updated the app a week ago and when it was done upgrading all the add on packs were gone. I followed the instructions to restore the packs with no luck. I emailed the address that is within the app and I have still not received an answer. Now somehow my credit card has been charged another 13.99 and all the packs are still locked and my second email has gone unanswered.
