✓ Poor online accessI subscribe to the print version of the app but can’t access the online version while traveling. That makes it rather worthless..Version: 6.12.5
✓ Delivery issueAm a weekly subscriber - 7 days a week and lastly at least 1 day a week I have not been getting my paper delivered. Called customer service was told you have shortage of paper to print daily pAper!! I have not heard of paper shortage in USA! Also the recorded messages are unable to process my request when I call to tell them the delivery issue- very frustrating! I don’t think am going to renew my subscription when it expires- the news press!.Version: 5.25.1

✓ It thinks I’m not a subscriberI enjoy readingThe News Press and USA today. My frustration is with the app. I can’t tell you the number of times that I have been signed in to my paid subscription and it gives me a screen that asks me to subscribe. I actually canceled my subscription a couple of months ago and eventually renewed it because I really wanted access to the stories. Now again, the app is asking me to subscribe! And not letting me read the article!!!!!!.Version: 6.5.9
✓ It’s an adjustmentI switched to digital due to the amount of paper waste I was contributing to. In addition, some weekdays the print copy was scant. While I’m not navigating it as well as I had hoped, I’m working at it. I do feel better about not adding to the garbage pile.Version: 6.5.9

✓ Used to be good…I’ve been using this app for years, and it used to be good and reliable. Recently, it has been logging me out, and refusing to allow me to log back in. I know this is a problem specific to the app, because I can still go to the website on a pc without a problem..Version: 6.5.8

✓ Doesn’t recognize subscriptionEven though I follow instructions provided. Signing out and then back in through FB seems at first to work—the app displays my name in a greeting. But when I click through to an article I hit the paywall. Restore Purchase button hangs the app. Never had a problem with any of this until the latest major IOS release. ✓ Expensive not freeThe app gives you alerts to stories. When you click to read it wants you to subscribe for $7.99 a month! You get a few free stories (3-5) to read then it blocks it and asks you to subscribe. Don’t bother downloading. You could get a real paper delivered to your door for that much..Version: 5.18.1

✓ Customer Service and Tech Support bait and switchWe are consistently disconnected from News Press customer support and technical support mid sentence. Usernames and passwords do not work regularly. We were baited and switched when offered a bundled subscription for the News Press and Indy Star for $1 for first 6 months and $9.99 per month thereafter. We were disconnected and then called back and customer support said they don’t bundle and only had access to the News Press..Version: 6.5.8
✓ Size of pageI used to open to the front page and it was full screen. Doesn’t do that anymore. The size was perfect for vision impaired people like me..Version: 7.3.1
✓ I don’t know about the app but…The News Press is garbage. Not just because they’re completely left leaning. No, they also overcharge your account and give terrible customer service. Also missed plenty of deliveries.Version: 6.8.1
