✓ MehIt’s pretty bad. It a waste of money if I’m gonna be honest. but it does have potential. If someone tweaked it some more it could be amazing. You can’t play fast at all but you can change the tempo when you edit it. You have to play RREEAALLYY slow for it to barely catch the notes you’re playing. and you can’t play left and right hand on piano. It’s pretty difficult. Again you can edit all the mistakes it makes but it’s pretty complicated. I really don’t think you should get this app. you’re not missing out on anything I swear. any 5star review on this app just makes it sound better than it actually is. Spend that $2.99 on a nice beer or something..Version: 2.5.5

Problem is you paid 4$ for a free account that let’s you only do 10 recodings, then after if you want to keep recording you need a subscription. ✓ I'm sorry, but this is properly terribleI got this app because I wanted to learn how to play a particular tune on the piano and I didn't know the notes. It's a fairly simple lilting two-handed piano melody, 40 seconds long, no complicated bits and virtually no chords even. I have a recording of it and I have tried 8 times now to play it into my phone, hoping to get the score back. Instead all that happens is it thinks and processes for ages and then fails. The one time it did produce a score it bore absolutely no resemblance to the original song, instead it gave me back a crashing discordant collection of notes. I wasn't expecting perfect results but I had hoped it would be close enough to get me started learning how to play my tune. Very disappointed. ✓ InaccurateInaccurate doesn’t even begin to describe how awful this app is. i freestyle compose sometimes and wanted an app that can quickly transcribe it. this app will not only give you the incorrect key 99% of the time, but it is often also a different octave on the piano, not even close by a semitone !! to add to that, the timings will often be incorrect eg. writes a note as one minim instead of two quavers, so, again, not even close….Version: 2.5.5

✓ Really bad app:(I thought this would be great but unfortunately, it was actually horrible. It only writes down the notes correctly if you’re playing with one hand, and when you play hands together it gets confused and writes it down horribly and gets the melody all wrong. It just needs an update...This app is an app with great potential, I mean, for all those times I have new songs to create, I can just easily hum my way into a new piece of sheet music! So this means you cannot use this without internet access—you can't even access your songs without it. Very inconvenient if you happen to need it where there's no intent access.
