✓ SAFE F-SecureHave just paid for another 2 years worth of F-Secure products for various items. Can’t use the product on my I-Pad anymore though because it wants OS13+ and I can only have OS 12. I received an Email from a friend who says they received an Email from me with a virus. They didn’t open it as their software picked up on it. ✓ No DuckDuckGo or user privacy based option??What’s your reason for not offering DuckDuckGo as an option for default search engine? Especially as a security company like F-Secure, it makes no sense at all to me for you to make Google the default engine. When it’s clearly known as one of the prime violators of user privacy, yet don’t offer a top search engine dedicated to user privacy & security like DDG. You could at least have offered StartPage. ✓ UsageApp is okay. After a few uses the ads from websites started popping up again and attempts made by malicious sites tried to redirect browsing. Even after deleting history seemed like browsing patterns memorized and attempts by sites continued. App does a good job alerting you but you have to kill it and restart it too often. ✓ Not entirely usefulI have found that at least one website which I visit several times a day will not open in F-Secure. This problem defeats the whole purpose of using this browser in the first place. What is the point of using a browser which prevents you from visiting the websites of your choice? I suppose that is the ultimate in security...if you can't visit any websites, you'll be exposed to no threats. I would recommend using a real browser and utilizing third party apps which actually work. Don't waste your time with this one..Version: 15.2.212203

✓ Neutral score, can't sayNot quite as liberating as planned. This could be a great app, but ISPs might not let you get into it without first detouring and signing up to their own apps. In some places, roadblocks and diversions are set up by men with guns; online in the UK, BT is the bully, even if you're only a guest of one of their customers. It's no fault of this app, but it would be fair to hope these overbearing controls can be avoided. If I haven't chosen the page I'm going to, the app should challenge the mobsters. Other types of app don't require a BT account, so there's obviously no reason a browser should. Perhaps we could set a password to permit redirections only when we're ready for them, or an option to block all BT content until they behave better?.Version: 15.1.211305

✓ Terms updateI received an update to terms and conditions which appears to have completely screwed usage up. Each time I use the app I now have to keep allowing the terms update to enable VPN to work. It doesn’t save trusted sites etc anymore. ✓ Barely visible UIThe new blue/white interface is difficult to see and could be a barrier for users with lower than normal vision. Font used in main menu. Has also changed to a smaller appearance again difficult to read. Greater ux analysis is needed as this is not an improvement on the previous version. ✓ Unhappy CustomerI first used this Ap when offered a 6 month subscription, this subsequently led to me purchasing 12 months, followed by a further 2- year subscription. Since my 2 year subscription was paid, I have noticed I was not covered and my iPad did not allow me to search, unless I signed into my chosen search source, google every time I wanted to search the web. Having reported this a number of times, the customer service contact repeats the same instructions, which I have tried, and confirmed they are not working. On the plus side it does not seem to slow down my IPhone or iPad but it does not appear to be doing anything and it does not seem possible to scan the device.
