✓ HorribleI downloaded this app last year and it worked great for a while. Now, since the last update, nothing will download, and I mean nothing. I've contacted customer support and their only suggestion was to restart my phone or redownload the app. I told them I did that already and it still doesn't work. Ridiculous because I paid for the app 2 months later and several emails from me, they haven't responded since they made that suggestion. ✓ Unacceptably UnreliableI have three major issues with this app. 1) If you switch to another app while downloading, the file or files being downloaded are often paused. When you switch back to this app, you must manually resume the downloading process. So you basically can't do anything else while downloading. 2) Sometimes, when a file reaches the end of the downloading process, instead of a usable file, all you get is an error message saying the file is incomplete and try again later. This is especially frustrating with very large files, as you have just wasted half an hour or more for nothing. 3) Periodically, this app goes blank. When you try to open it, all you get is a black screen. After a few hours, it starts to work normally again..Version: 1.8.5

Their Technical Support is a laugh - I have been trying to get help from them to correct this issue for a month now, but they would rather ignore their customers by not responding to them, rather than admit their program does not work. ✓ Not 2018 iPad Pro CompatibleI have used this app for some years, and it works petty well — and, usually, as intended — on iPhone and non-Face ID iPad devices, but the layout has still not been optimized for the 2018 iPad Pro to where the UI denies access to the bottom row of tabs, or other sections of the app. Also, the Share Sheet/Action extension has NEVER worked; as soon as you tap the “Open In Private Browser” extension, you either get a black screen, or the app immediately crashes. Lastly, I seriously wish users had the ability to change the search engine choice within the app (say, to whichever a user has defaulted on their device — DuckDuckGo, for instance). The fact that there is section to “change” the search engine in the app but it is permanently affixed to Google is a bit “user hostile.” Please update to fix these issues..Version: 2.10

Every other minute this app takes you away from what ever you're browsing and forces the user to quit the advertising & re type the web address to go back to what was being watched before. ✓ Pretty goodIt works as advertised, but it freezes up too often. A quick reboot of the app fixes everything but it shouldn't have to be that way. I'm running iOS 6 on an iPhone 5: it should work perfectly. Any incoming calls or notifications interrupts anything you're doing in the app (eg, when watching a video and a notification pops up, it gets sent back to your folder, so you have find your video again, press play and scrub back to where you were. It should remember where you were and continue playing. Most other polished apps do that.) Not a huge deal, but an annoyance nonetheless. I still use the app and will continue using it, hoping the developer squashes these little bugs..Version: 1.6

✓ Almost a decent appI am very glad they made an update because they definitely needed one. I kinda like the layout and I love the new feature that lets you sort files by date added or size. The process of downloading a file is much better. However this update doesn't seem like it's finished. The new update took away the ability to add folders and threw all my files into one huge mess. More importantly, half of my files won't even open, larger ones cause the app to crash. If i could load my files, I would give this app 5 stars Ps- if you're reading this and you can't load some of your files, id suggest exporting them to your camera roll and then importing them back to the app (high res videos will be compressed). If you're a normal person and you have a limited amount of storage space and time, id suggest you do what I do and pray to god they fix it so I keep my files.Version: 2.0

You only get 1 star because you charge us $4.99 for it and still subject us to ads. I had purchased Tanso, which worked just fine until the last "upgrade" included code that forced an automatic redirect on start-up to the AppStore, encouraging me to spend more money on this downloader.
