✓ Flashy and needs instructionsThis app is beautifully made. The graphics are extremely attractive and impressive. Despite this, there is not much mathematics being gained from this app. There are many games for students to play, but several of them have absolutely no mathematics involved in the games. There are no instructions, and even as an adult I was confused trying to figure out what I was supposed to do for some of the games. To expect a small child to understand what to do without any instructions isn’t realistic..Version: 1.3

✓ 6 months no upgrade: no kids can use appsIt is unconscionable that it has been 6 months running that this developer has not upgraded its entire library of “Bugs and...” apps: 6 months since iOS 11 has been released. Cupcake Digital bought the original developers some time ago. I would complain to them via their web portal. ✓ Great app, but needs INSTRUCTIONSMy three year old daughter was ,so excited about this game, but she lost interest within 5 minutes due to not knowing how to play and it was hard to figure out what to do. The writers of this program spent all the time making incredible graphics and forgot about playability. After about an hour, you start to figure it out, but developers take note, you should correct this. Other than that it's a great game.Version: 1.3

✓ Not multiplayer?All the points on all the games feed one reward collection, if you have more than one child, there is no way each can play at their own level and collect rewards. Nor can you reset any game within the app to 0, once someone has played a level through, there is no going back, that level is forever done. Be aware if you need to play a bit to help them figure it out. The only way to reset anything might be to delete and reload the game, and I haven't actually tried it yet because that seem extreme..Version: 1.0

✓ MsI am really let down by this app as unlike the other app created "bugs and buttons" do not nave any of the following... 1) reward the child when they have completed a task (in bugs and buttons you had rewarding voice speaking " well done or good job" 2) very annoying when each game completed is says "reloading" and having to wait. In bugs and buttons it was seamless and went from with ease from one page to another. 3) not a lot of visual instruction I.e grabbing, moving, pitching thus to show he child how the game works / knowledge of what to do before each game starts like in "bugs and buttons". 4) with the matching game the shapes should illustrate names on the centre to teach what each shape actually is. I Feel enhancements could be made to provide better use screen to see each item better and increase the flow of matching objects. Overall I would say that " bugs and buttons "is a far better app and i am extremely disappointed with this follow on addition - it is hard to believe a company has created such a great app before hand and have now produced such a poor standard. My child has lost interest in this instantly and I saw the disappointment on her face when she was not rewarded for completing her tasks. ************ I would like to have my money back***************.Version: 1.0

✓ EhI'm not impressed. It's hard to figure out what to do a lot of the time. And even when you do, it's unclear that any math concepts are actually being taught. If the right number of bugs is always present to complete the task, then all my kid is learning is to keep going until all the bugs are gone. There are definitely better math apps out there. Quick Math Jr. is a good one that doesn't give away the answers..Version: 1.3

✓ Just games, not educationalThere is not really anything educational about this app. It is basically games that a 2yr old could do. I was expecting it to help my 4 yr old learn numbers past 10, by sight, in a fun way and this doesn't go past 9, and it basically just teaches them to swipe and match. It's just games. I guess this would be good if you just wanted to ignore your kid and make yourself feel good that they were "learning", but past about 2yrs old, they should already now how to do all of this..Version: 1.2

✓ Separate user profiles unusable!What’s the point of allowing you to create separate user profiles when you can’t even designate a user? Not a great app if you have more than one child using it at a different level. Otherwise it’s a fun and educational enough app with great graphics. Could be somewhat challenging for a little kid and even an adult to figure out what you’re supposed to do in certain games..Version: 2.2
