✓ It’s goodThis is one of the best airline apps I have used - easy to navigate and has all the info on their that you need. I don’t know what some people are on about in their reviews because I can change seats, upgrade and even get travel insurance with the app. As for the person who couldn’t find the United Kingdom in the drop down menu - it is under UK, unusual I admit, but not rocket science! ✓ Mrs LNI have had travelled to South Africa and back (Heathrow) twice in the past year and have had excellent service on all flights. However, I am battling to register for awards. My travel agent said I need to go online and register. I have tried so many many times and cannot get it right. During my many times, I was given the following number which I presume is my Membership No But now when I try to log in, it keeps telling me something is wrong. PLEASE can someone help as I am now desperate. I am 72 years of age and completely computer technology challenged so honestly need someone to help me. ✓ Doha to JfkI traveled from Doha to Jfk on march 9 th 2023 . Flight was so big huge. traveled in economy class. They serve food so late & food was not good & not enough . After they serve as a snacks cold pizza the pizza test was horrible. Flight attendant were not helpful at-all . My granddaughters traveled with me 5 & 3 years old. They were hungry throughout the flight. Rest seats were okay enough legroom. Please improve the food quality & & please serve timely manner.Version: 12.13

✓ An incredible experience all roundWhere do I start? The flight was great, the service was incredible and the food was excellent. Honestly some of the best service I have had from an airline. This app made things soo much more easier on top. Rather than having to rush around the airport, the app allowed me to check in and be able to see which gate my transfer flight was at, all from the comfort of my home or whilst shopping in the duty free. The Qmiles scheme also works incredibly well. I was able to add my member card to Apple Wallet and was able to make some great purchases from Hamad international airport without having to spend a penny- and it covered around 120 riyals which works at about £30 Overall highly impressed with how everything worked together and was a very enjoyable and smooth experience..Version: 12.2

✓ IncredibleBooked a return flight from Cyprus to Tokyo. I must say it was excellent from start to finish. The staff, food , seating , the best I have experienced yet. The cost was very competitive and the flight times just perfect. My only recommendation will be about login. It keeps logging you off often and more than other apps. I know it’s for security reasons but the frequency is too much. ✓ Fantastic app , bug with seat selectionThe app is faultless and best in the industry. Only four stars because of bug. Never encountered an issue, except for today - changing reserved seat selection on some legs. After moving through multiple flights booked for around the world , at end of process I’m asked to confirm that I have not reserved seats. ✓ Fantastic consistent service all round.I have flown with Qatar a few times now, and they just improve each time. They have always ran on time, are incredibly organised, very friendly and genuinely attentive. I would definitely continue to fly with them into the future. The flight was half booked once and they separated us all out, so everyone had at least one seat separating them. This was very useful for a good rest and much appreciated by all. Maria, the stewardess has been looking after me and make sure I was fine as I had been over exhausted and taking care of even to my next destination to Rome with QR131, Maria ensuring the next stewardess to checked if I’m okay and ensure I have a good rest and taking care of. ✓ It’s QatarAbsolutely love Qatar as an airline and this app is really easy to use and well made. Qatar kept flying at the start of this years pandemic and I was stuck abroad and they updated me about my flight through this app. It was a lifeline while other airlines abandoned their customers abroad. Great work Qatar. Only one request is that as I don’t always fly Qatar depending on the destination it would be nice to have my Oneworld status reflected in this app and show the benefits that would give me.
