✓ Use WikicampsWe have used Wikicamps in both Australia and NZ. It is necessary for any camper or motorhome traveller. In NZ photos are rare and comments good. The problem is that sometimes ther is no comment for a year or more and one does not know if the place is still operating.Version: 3.0.30

Only wish each location/point of interest was kept more immediately up to date as comments on some sites already a year old. ✓ Holiday making appThis is a great app and really helped us to have a wonderful trip. We used it for 14 days campervan-ing round the South Island. ✓ Good but...Sometimes there is not everything on map. For example campground over night but if you compare with CamperMate (app for free) the ground is there! ✓ Very helpful, easy-to-use app.I use the Australian version of this app all the time in my home country. It’s fantastic. The NZ version is also great but is not as well used by campers and reviewers as in Australia and so many sites have no ratings and reviews and, even where there are reviews, they are several years old. ✓ What’s happened???New update has almost wiped this app out of how useful it used to be. My favourites have disappeared, all reviews and facilities previously shown have all disappeared.. every time I open the app it’s as if im opening it for the first time and gives me things to comfirm etc. Hopefully this is just temporary and will be fixed soon.
