✓ Rip OffI don't know what fine print I missed, but one year ago I just wanted to have a look at this "free" app but did not use it ever since. Then suddenly $47 where deducted from my account without my knowing consent and no refund or satisfactory customer service explanation was offered. I would not recommend this app app, it is a rip off and misleading in regards to the pricing. Very poor performance..Version: 5.115
✓ New version doesnt workJust bought premium version and tried to setup an account.. entered my email address twice only one password entry allowed and get a server error because my email and password don't match.... how can that be ... I just set up the account.. these guys need to go back to the drawing board.. and now I dont get anything but the login page which doesnt recognize my info.. i get the same email and password don't match message.. Here are my issues: the rep-counting is irregular; I can't listen to music in-app (even if it's not as loud as the coaching voice); the ads are not updated- THERE IS NO SALE ON OTHER SOFTWARE ADVERTISED. ✓ Save the download!I'm sure it's a fine app, so long as you're willing to pay $7.99 a month or a yearly subscription. Because unless you do, you've got no access to anything & it's a waste of time. Suggestion to the developer ~ maybe make some of the exercises free, so people can see what you're trying to sell without wasting money. Am sure there's many more, better apps than this one! ✓ Support Team Doesn't RespondI really wanted to like this app. Cost wise, if it did what it says it does, it should save you money over a PT. However in the "fit test" you have to do before you get started, it doesn't define how many reps are in a set. I emailed twice- gave them 2 months and no response. It's very possible that the workouts are good. But if you're going to pay, in such a crowded market with so many great free options, then the clarity of tracking your progress has to be there. For a paid, ongoing subscription, there needs to be support. Or it needs to be clear that support is not a part of the arrangement (there is a support option in settings)..Version: 5.113
✓ Premium Apps keep crashing.No matter which one of your apps I use, the premium app crashes. At least 4 times, I have tried subscribing, and it crashed. I’ve never had the chance of using the app, and if I could give this app 0 stars, I would. But I would prefer my money back..Version: 5.115
