✓ JwI’ve lost all my recipes, a life time of saving. when apple changed from iCloud to iCloud drive it seems that Snap did not do the same and the recipes are on my iPad, but not readable or accessible. I am hopeful that I will get from help from SNAP to rectify but I notice they have not updated their software since 2014.Version: 4.0.2

✓ This is essential but soooo slow!!!This app is awesome… I have managed to store loads of recipes a d thrown out the magazines and cuttings. Only issue (which is huge) is that it takes ages to find a recipe!! Can the developers please have a look at improving performance. ✓ No way to retrieve forgotten passwordLove this app but whatever you do - don’t forget your password!!! There is no way to retrieve forgotten passwords and zero customer service. They have a support email, but they don’t respond to it. Now I need to manually copy hundreds of recipes out before I upgrade to a new phone. ✓ Great app but where have all my saved recipes gone?I love this app and have recommended it to many people. However I've just gone to search for a recipe and notice that I've lost about 50+ recipes. ✓ Lost ENTIRE library of recipesHave been using this app since it was first released and had spent a lot of time accumulating and preparing our recipe library over the years. Have just gone to refer to it and found that the entire collection has gone. Is this because of the developer's failure to keep up with Apple upgrades to iCloud Drive? What are they doing about it and what are we supposed to do now? Have spent hours trying to restore the collection and nothing has worked. ✓ App problemWhen I try to open up a recipe on my IPad, the app just is spooling and just goes in circles so I can’t search for a recipe. But on my IPhone, the app works and goes to the recipe. ✓ No customer serviceThis app was perfect for me until a month ago when all my recipes were lost! The recipes are still on my iPhone app but won't sync to my iPad now that the cloud sync has been turned on. Despite several emails to customer service, I have received no responses. ✓ No support at allThis would get 5 stars except that I again lost all my hundreds of recipes I’ve collected over years and use all the time. The first time this happened SnapRecipes gave lots of support and everyone got their recipes back but this time, after numerous emails and messages begging help I have not heard anything so can’t recommend this app as the risk you’ll lose them all permanently is too high 😭.Version: 10.0.2
✓ Improvements requiredI love being able to insert recipe pics and instructions straight in from the photo library however they need to be better catalogued. Once there are a few in there they start to look untidy and difficult to sort through. Maybe some coloured indexed cards would be good..Version: 4.0.2
✓ Was fantastic until last few daysHas always been a brilliant way to store screen shots, but now it won't open on my iPhone and sometimes makes me re-enter the phone passcode before not opening (again). Have tried deleting the app and reinstalling from iCloud, but no change. When it starts working again, would be good to be able to select more than one screenshot at a time as sometimes I might go back in time a fair way to add photos, which is a bit tedious if there are 3 or 4 and I have to find the correct spot in my photo roll (as per adding photos in Gumtree ads for e.g.)..Version: 6.0

✓ No response from adminNormally I would give this app a 5. I love it & how it works. Recently I’ve run into a few issues that I emailed admin about (3 times) and I can get anyone to respond so if admin isn’t responding, I wouldn’t use it. 9-4-19 still no response from admin to my issues. Very disappointed. 9-14-19 still no response from admin. Don’t use this app until they correct a few things. 11-23 still no response & now it won’t let me add recipes. It says “no photos” in my pictures. This so sad because I did a lot of work loading all of my recipes..Version: 10.0.2
✓ So far so goodOnly the second app of hundreds I have that I took time to review. This app is pretty much a one trick pony-which in this case is a good thing. Not much of a learning curve to speak of. Only app I found into which I can easily scan recipe printouts. Scan quality is quite sufficient. You can add their tags and/or your own custom ones and search easily by them later. Interface is uncomplicated and about everything did what I intuitively expected. Now I will have my favorite recipes when I go to the grocery store. Most apps I buy get deleted within 24 hours. I think this one is a keeper. Thanks to the developers. Update: Unfortunately I have to change this rating as the recipes that I spent a long time putting in seem to have vanished all at once..Version: 3.0.4
✓ Get rid of the advertisements !I love love loved this App . But I am now receiving advertisements on the bottom of the screen every time I view my recipes!!! I would be willing to spend extra money to purchase this App , if I could get rid of these annoying advertisements. My 5 star rating now gets a 2. ✓ Great appThis provides a great way to quickly add recipes from my recipes books. Now they're all on my phone and easily accessed! Would get 5 stars if a back-up was available to save and re-load the recipes in the event that they get lost from the phone. Also, would be nice to visually divide the recipes into categories that I set up (e.g., breakfast, appetizers) in the "view" recipes screen. Overall, great, easy to use app..Version: 4.0.2

✓ Good app but not reliableAt first I loved the app, it is great but it turns out it is not reliable. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't and sometimes it takes forever to load your recipes or it crashes.
