✓ Really good app until the last updateSince the last update this app no longer sets default settings correctly and, more annoyingly, crashes EVERY single time I export a file. Leaving a three star rating until this is improved, at which point this will be a five star app again!.Version: 2.5
✓ It's almost Bento... But not quite.FormsConnect is a pretty good personal forms entry method. The form creation tool is a bit difficult to work with. Entering data is smooth and easy, once the form is created. Hopefully, updates will address these usability issues as well as give other ways to look at the data in addition to just exporting..Version: 1.5.7

✓ Does not support PDFThis app shows potential but as it does not support PDF format (particularly when so much electronic documentation is PDF based) therefore you cannot import your existing paperwork to go paperless. Unfortunately I only found this out AFTER purchasing the £10.99 app and on contact with the developer they show no interest in making the app PDF compatible..Version: 1.7.8.1
✓ FormDontConnectThe worst app I have ever had the misfortune of downloading. Developer blames Apple and Apple blames the developer. Either way we all lose. I can’t believe my company would even consider this a viable product. HOT GARBAGE. Don’t waste your time.Version: 2.5
✓ One of those appsThat seem to offer something different yet fail to impress. Poor, dated look hardly suitable to use as a customer interface at exhibitions - the main reason I downloaded it. Also has some bugs on my ipad 2. Developer seemed to have little interest in my views or developing it further..Version: 1.5.9

✓ Update NeededThe app is having issues on the iPad and iPhone. Numerous crashes. When signing you can no longer see the eraser button or one button which has always showed up in the past. When sending notes (even after locking signature) the signature will disappear..Version: 2.7.5
✓ By far the best!This has made my whole job a lot easier Compared to the tens of hundreds just spent on attempting to find a successful form creator, this system is a breeze! Very user friendly and most easy enough to understand.Version: 1.6.0.1
✓ Constantly crashes... What a disappointmentThis app may have worked in the past but now constantly crashes so it has little to no use..Version: 1.7.1
✓ Good for individual use on single deviceIt’s a great app for designing forms! But it’s has some issues for me. 1. App is not user friendly if using with multiple devices. For example if you like working on an iPad in the office & iPhone when out on the road the app will not sync. You basically have to email the data entered on device(1) to device(2). Once you start working on device(2) the data on device(1) will be old and you’ll have to email the newer data on device(2) back to device(1). So basically you will have to keep sending things back and forth to yourself very often. This is easy until you forget to send something once, then you will have a large list of data to scroll through to find out which one you didn’t send. 2. If you add a record and use a dropbox drive you can’t really update that file. The app will just keep creating a new file for the same record in your dropbox drive every time you export it. 3. File lookup. If you keep records using numeric file names you will find that the app dose not keep things in numerical order. After about 100 files it’s getting very hard to look up file and to keep the data up-to-date on two devices. 4. If you plan using this as your only invoice tool... forget it! You can create excellent invoices but the app does not have a feature to mark an invoice as PAID or overdue. Also you have to get out the good old calculator to total up all your invoices manually..Version: v1.8

✓ Update has issuesI've always loved this app. However, the latest update broke it. When I start the app, I click on a form to work with it. Everything is fine. When I go back to open another form, the program locks up. I can't select another form, and I can't create a new form. I have to shut down the app and restart it. Please fix. This is one of my favorite programs..Version: 1.7.1

✓ OkDoes what it claims to do and has worked well for us for many years now. Shame the developers feel a 48% subscription increase is just. Will now be looking for another option, as feel developers are clearly heading in the route of many and just becoming overly greedy. ✓ Content erasing from formsI use this to make service forms for my company and the signatures from customers erase after a while.... Also there isn't a good backup option for the forms. There should be better implementation with iCloud or Dropbox to backup each service form individually... Not worth the money it sells for in my opinion.Version: 1.7.3
✓ Doesn't do what it says on the tin....The form is a great app but some of the functionality when transferring forms between iPads doesn't work as suggested. Instead of updating existing templates it duplicates them. It'd be nice to know when the app will do what it's says it should.... Unless I'm doing something wrong?
