✓ Photos don't SyncI just got the printer in the mail and I was excited to use it but the app won't sync properly with my photos. I can only choose from 4 photos on the LG app while I have a good 1,000 photos on my phone. I'm really disappointed and I hope there's a fix for this..Version: 2.8.1

✓ Device won’t connect to appIf you still have time to return the device, DO IT!!!!! Although my phone is on the latest software update and I have a recent released phone (iphone13), the app has a hard time connecting with Bluetooth to allow the printing to occur: when I go on Bluetooth, it says that the printer is connected to my phone but when I go on the app it says otherwise and wont recognize the Bluetooth connection is activated. I’ve gone 10 long minutes trying to turn Bluetooth on and off and redownloading the app to see if it fixes the issue but I still manage to go on the same loophole. I’m so fed up with this printer. So far it’s only printed photos with horizontal streaks going across 🥸.Version: 3.2.1

You should be able to design your own photo frame be able to move to text box a full 360 degrees and independently move the x and y axis of your photo to fit the photo to the lay out instead of them both moving together at the same time just some suggestions to help you improve on this dreadful app.Version: 2.5.1
