✓ Too Much FrictionNot impressed with the constant necessity to log back on. Now it won’t let me log in because it says it needs an email. When I enter the email, it tells me it’s already in use. Of course it’s in use, it’s the one on the account the system kicked me out of. The level of friction to use your product continues to grow along with your monthly fee. Moving on in the near future is becoming more of a necessity then an option..Version: 6.15.0

One feature that is absolutely missed in the app is the use of contact logs. I reeeealllly wish I could create contact logs and schedule contact follow-ups within the app like you can on the desktop version. ✓ UNETHICALEven Mind Body Management does not know how to respond to these insane price increases. We were sold a program which included specific reports which we require to run our business. This year we were told if we would like to keep access to these reports we will have to pay a price increase of 56%. The new "Essential" package now available would not work for any Clinic as they have taken away key elements that would prevent therapists from doing their job properly. Also patients would no longer be able to claim services on their benefit plans because the receipts would no longer have the information required for the insurance company. I have never been more disappointed with a company and would not recommend anyone to use this program unless they like to do business with unethical companies..Version: 5.1.3

✓ An excellent company with a very good AppFirst of all, I love the update with most recent layout. It offers an excellent visual when working with a number of staff along with the option to go back to the previous 'list' view that existed before the enhancement. As a whole, the app is extremely accessible, clear and user friendly. I haven't given 5* because there a few things little things that not quite perfect yet but from previous experiences I can believe that these will be quickly rectified. ✓ POS OPTIONSPlease can we have the flexibility of the web retail whereby we can add a variety of Payment Options. For example, we’re unable to use Connect to process most of our Retail transactions because it doesn’t allow us to choose EFTPOS as a payment option when we are taking payment via the EFTPOS console at our reception. We’d like to go 100% mobile device operation at our Club, but can not due to the limitations with the Retail component. ✓ Mind body app reviewThis software does a great job of coordinating personal training schedules across an entire team. Notifications with email are sleek and work for you to remind your clients to show up on time. Big plus! My biggest issue with the software is that it will unexpectedly crash and take minutes to reboot, as I'm talking with clients about arranging our next session. ✓ Only one issueThis app works well, I can plan my day/week/month and see all of my clients easily. The one issue - why can’t I zoom in to better see the writing? Most apps, sites allow me to “stretch” the screen so I can better read without having to fetch my glasses. If I do this with Mindbody the writing actually gets smaller instead of bigger. ✓ Over all pretty good software.As a spa owner, there are some short falls in this software. But, it was originally gym software. It is very in depth and can do many things, there are only a few things I think that should be there, like bundles for separate items so that they can be sold as a package but not necessarily be booked all in one appointment. It is possible that the basic level doesn’t do this and higher levels do?? Also, product theft seems hard to account for. And payments on account are not easy to process, ie, there is no add payment button. Likely I could use more training, but I’m pretty happy with what this software can do..Version: 5.3.0
