✓ App crashes AFTER a purchaseI purchased a magazine and now I can't download it because the app instantly crashes as soon as I click "download". Seriously, how can you release something like this to the public?.Version: 4.9.9
✓ Horrible customer serviceI paid for a digital subscription and it has been nothing but a pain. I finally got one issue and now, it says I have zero issues remaining..Version: 4.9.9
✓ Not in CanadaI like the content, but I wanted the print version that was promised along with the digital version, & was indicated again on my receipt. Print never arrived, after several emails (which simply responded that it did NOT include a print version) & finally a phone call they tell me Canadians won't receive the print version. If that's true, couldn't their first email response have told me that? I'm leery of unfulfilled enticements that are followed by vague customer service..Version: 4.9.58
