✓ Poor resolutionSave images at full resolution! Lowering the resolution of an image should be a choice not automatic (VSCO for example offers a choice of res when saving) I love this app and want it to be my go-to for text and watermarking but the image quality is poor. Most noticeable are the bright whites, after saving in Typic they look pinkish and are not even usable on Instagram. Give me Full Resolution so I can love this app!.Version: 5.8

I researched this app and its features thoroughly and decided that the $4 was justified based on the quality of content and how often I was planning on using it. ✓ Delete & reinstall if text tools don’t loadHadn’t used the app in awhile so Apple unloaded it leaving an icon with a download button. Clicked it and app downloaded but all the images I loaded couldn’t show the second step of adding text and filters. Had to delete the app off my phone and redownload from Scratch to restore the ability to add text. The greyed out arrow on the front page means swipe left in the white area to change out from camera, library, flip to the quick menu choices you want..Version: 9.6

✓ Lost my fave effects after updateGood app, but the update has removed my favourite effects, and replaced them with bland versions of what was already there (yet more colour blends). I don't see why the number of effects couldn't just be added to, to give more choice, rather than less. If you like the scratchy, edgy effects don't upgrade or you'll lose them. ✓ OkayishThe different fonts available are quite good, but I found that every time I went to save my edit the app crashed and didn't save it, meaning I ended up trying to edit one photo for much longer than I would have liked, so after the frustration of editing one photo 8 times over I've given it 2 stars, however without these issues it would probably be 4..Version: 2.0

✓ Great app but missing essential featuresThis app is great, but not amazing. Missing a few really essential things which I would give five stars for: -colour sliders, and a colour picker - very important for versatility of text and elements. Right now I am only using white, as chances are too slim that one of the other colours match a pic perfectly. There aren't even any pastel colours! -a button that moves text/elements to the centre of the pic horizontally but not vertically, so that it has an even amount of space on its left/right even if it's at the top or bottom of the page. This is a pain to attempt manually. An error I found: end of text can be cut off when you press the 'align left' or 'align right' button. So it aligns it right, for example, but the rightmost edge of the text goes out of the pic, then if I try to move it back, the bit that went out of the pic has vanished, like the text has been chopped from the right..Version: 3.2

We can see the lettering fonts in the pictures they advertise, however when you purchase the app for $6 they want you to pay another $6 to unlock those fonts. ✓ Paid fonts are terribleThe latest update is super annoying. If I haven’t paid for a font it should not come up with all of the ones I can use. In the app all of the fonts are together and there’s no way to tell what comes with the app and what is a paid for font. Now it’s a complete crap shoot trying to go through the fonts and find one that I can actually use. I wouldn’t mind buying some fonts, but I wish they were separate from the free ones. ✓ Now you want to make us pay for Typic 2?!So disappointed that after years of support, having bought all the packages and being there from the beginning, you're not only NOT giving us the option to add glitter and gold text but want to make us pay for a subscription on "Typic 2". Truth is the app wouldn't be what it is today without us who have given feedback and requested new functionality. What most decent companies do in this case is give lifetime subscriptions to their loyal customers and change the app to a subscription one for new customers. ✓ It’s cool, but…The ease of use and amount of styles and fonts is great! That’s why I paid to unlock everything. It confirms I unlocked. Then when I try to pick previously locked fonts, it takes me to the ‘unlock for $’ again. Then it tells me I already paid and if I want to get it again for free. I choose that option, of course. Only to try and choose a locked font I already paid for. Then I go through the process again. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it. Same issue persists.
