✓ Okay.There is nothing wrong with this app. It is just...... I feel missing something. But they're plenty of games and you can learn a lot(unless you know the words you are being taught!)..Version: 1.0

✓ Ok so farI like the gaming aspect. I've only done the free version so a very limited number of words to learn and master. The app is a bit unstable as it boots you out of the game before you can finish a round. But so serious impact; maybe it affects your score but you are still learning vocabulary. Ads pop up during game play and afterwards - very annoying. ✓ Extremely unstable. Unhelpful support staff.I reached level 11 and then the app crashed. Afterwards, it crashed on opening within seconds every time. I contacted support, and the rather snotty staff member told me to delete it and reinstall it. They claimed my progress would be retained so long as I had logged in as I had done. (It only has Facebook login, by the way.) This was not the case. I logged back in, but the levels I had completed were still marked as new and uncompleted. I was only able to resume where I had left off because I remembered where I had left off and after I performed the "restore purchases" function in the settings, it allowed me to open any lesson I pleased. It still crashes after roughly half the exercises I complete now, and does not retain the progress from any exercise it crashes after. Extremely dissatisfied. Aside from the support staff and the instability, the app is a good app. The accent is good, the audio is very clear and enunciated, and the photos are appropriate. The problems are of such severity that I cannot give it more than one star..Version: 1.0
