✓ Very useful but crashes oftenVery useful little app, but crashes every time you edit the second template in a row..Version: 3.8.2
✓ Deletion of contacts on app deleted my contacts in my normal phone bookI wanted to use this app as a separate contact book for my company-and I imported all the phone numbers from the apple phone book. When I deleted the contacts from this App’s address book- it cleared out my information from my main contact book too. Because of this I lost ALL of my last 15 years of contacts!!! I am hoping to god that I can somehow restore my contacts but until then- I have no idea how I am going to be able to contact people. VERY MAD!!!!!!!.Version: 3.7.5
✓ Let's me down time after timeSick of the unexplained issues and when I need to use it in emergencies (to send urgent sporting notice) something happens and I have to manually sent 20 txt messages..Version: 2.6.1
✓ 🤬CRASHES EVERY 13 SECONDS!🤬I have been desperately trying to segregate the over-synced contacts of my 5 email accounts synced with my best friends 9 email accounts, 8 phone numbers and 5 physical addresses... to ABSOLUTELY NO AVAIL! (I’m his POA while he’s ‘away @ College...’) I have been exercising extreme tenacity for 2 straight weeks, yet my attempts have proven futile. I am EXTREMELY frustrated with this crap app! I had intended on making a purchase of a subscription had the app performed as described! ✓ A2z contactsThis app has really messed up my iphone‼️‼️ when i installed & opened it had saved my contacts. ok so i cked out several & found they had been a bit -like ID on a # was changed on quite a few contacts. i opened app again to contact someone & found contacts saved again-BUT DUPLICATED‼️ for heck of it- closed/opened -i am up to 2987 contacts. let’s just say that’s almost 6Xs my contacts. + they are really “scattered” w/in my list. i emailed, got a response fm a donald, tried to explain, email back saying not gonna happen. nxt you got it-not heard fm “donald” r anyone again. there’s no way to fix it nut to go thru every contact. BUT each contact is not saved the same way. now i’ve lost some impt data i can’t get back. i can’t even find a word that can express frustrations. has anyone had anything remotely close to this bizarre jerk⁉️ i deleted app so i didn’t get 6000 contacts‼️also just discovered it’s duplicated my pictures‼️‼️ my carrier can’t seem to help altho i’ve not talked w/ tech & that’s as soon as i finish this. good luck if you happen to try this‼️ my name’s cathy. sry mo more b/c of those who think they can jerk me around. but I AM A REAL PERSON‼️.Version: 4.1.0
✓ Limited grouping managementI found group management very limited 😏 Improvement on grouping tools could be a significant difference comparing to other similar apps 😉👍 I really like the app but unfortunately, because of this limitations, I use A2Z as secondary contact application. around 10% of times while accessing my contact information. ✓ Don’t rely on for group emailsI was counting on this app to help me send out emails to my google groups. Unfortunately it won’t do this well at all. My contacts synced well and my groups appear on the app. But after using it about 4 times I have found that the emails are not received by recipients for hours after the email was sent. Support has told me that it is likely something on my end, but I have no other issues with my ISP, Wi-Fi, or any other emails. As I write this I sent a group email an hour and a half ago ( of which I am on the recipient list) and still no email has come through. In keeping with what I have experienced, I’m sure that within the next hour or so the message will appear. Annoying when you want to send a group email to your kids sports team with some time sensitive info. Do not use this app for group emails. Very disappointing..Version: 3.2.4

✓ App is crapFree version won’t allow you to send to more than 5 contacts without paying more. The whole idea is to send group texts. If I only wanted to send to 5 I could add then manually in 10 seconds. Waste of time..Version: 3.8.2

✓ Needs updating and bugs removedTried to send a group email to 88 people not one of them was sent, did the same with 4 people same again. Come on Devs do something positive and fix this program. This is a very good program but there are still bits the programming team need to include and get rid of a bug regarding first and last name position. Once fixed this will get 10/10 easily. The problem occurs when you finish a letter like this example below, See you soon Yours xxxxxxxxx, Then decide to add the first name for the whole group to the “see you soon part” it jumps down below this line, this is on my iPad and two dozen of my fellow workers iPad. Your answer to me was a typical devs condescending reply, have you had customer service training by chance?.Version: 3.9.4

✓ Overly Complex.There’s too many versions of this particular contact app. One does this, one does that, and each one has a price tag on it. I don’t even know which one I’m reviewing. All the icons are too similar to differentiate between them. I bought and used one for Contacts only after I purchased one to sync contacts between Google and iCloud. Apps need full access to your phone and info in order to work. Backup data is app specific also. I had an issue with my contacts going from 100+ to over 1200+. Randomly duplicated some contacts but not others. Basically, I didn’t have a good experience. I will say that customer service was quick to reply and assist with my issue despite my less than pleasant demeanor. The whole thing could just be beyond my understanding. I’m less knowledgeable about these things than others. Rating based on personal experience only. You may be smarter and have better luck..Version: 4.2.7

✓ No “done” button when adding a contactI’ve had this issue for almost a year now. When I go to add a contact, or edit a current one, there is no “done” or “save” button after adding a birthday. I can put the name in, and the “done” bottom is there, but as soon as I click to add a bday, it disappears. How am I supposed to add birthdays to contacts if there is no way to save them?? Please fix this issue so that I am able to add bdays. Other than that issue, this is a really good app. I like that it has a “x amount of days until #birthday”..Version: 3.7.5

✓ Contact doesn’t saveI added 2 contacts to the list and both diappeared when i looked for their address. I am better off with my excel sheet contact list. At least that doesn’t disappear AFTER i add it. Weird.Version: 4.0.9
✓ Seems to work ok. But can be better.I would like to have the option of changing the view. Eg. remove the stupid round colored dot next to names. Makes it look cheap and very distracting. I can understand if you want a pic there but should be a choice. Also change font, size, bold etc. Not to much to ask for really considering most professional apps have these options..Version: 3.9.4
