✓ Deleted My ContactsI downloaded this app thinking that I would be able to sync my contacts onto Google Contacts. I was able to sync my contacts onto the app but it wouldn’t sync them to Google Contacts on the Google website. Since that didn’t work I didn’t want my contacts on the app anymore so I decided to delete all the contacts from the app. However whenever I went to my phone to look for some contacts I couldn’t find them. I went back to the app and saw that whenever I would delete the contact on the app it would delete it the contact on my phone. I would think that the app wouldn’t automatically set it to be that way considering I would maybe want to keep the contacts on my phone but not the app. All in all I was very disappointed thankfully I put some of those contacts onto the Google Contacts from Google. I will not use this app again..Version: 7.6.0

✓ Improvements neededThe app works well. My biggest complaint is if you call up a name then go away to compare it with something and come right back you have to search all over again. Also, why have to click two or three times every time. Take me to my address book directly. A drop down menu could take me to the other barely used features. Finally when I search a name the results are often bunched up so close, I cant distinguish one from another. I did send an email suggesting these fixes months ago but no change..Version: 8.5.4
✓ Please Sync Formats of ContactsPlease respect the formats of both Google Contacts and Apple iOS-based Contacts. I do not appreciate having to go into my Apple iOS Contacts and have to clean up the mess that Google Contacts Sync makes from imposing Google’s changes to last name and Company, for example. I debate each time I use Google Sync whether it would just be easier for me to change the info I wanted updated, changed or added in both places manually. I flip a coin and am usually happier with manually updating. But, then Google updates the app and I try again. Probably getting to the end of that approach and will just manually make changes in both places and Alize that Google and Apple are unwilling to put down their swords in favor of pleasing their customers. ✓ Leads you into payingNo sign of payment until you go through all the process then at the last min attempts to charge you $5 to sync over your contacts. Not only is it a big over charge for such a simple process it's also misleading in that it doesn't mention the charge until you have spent time setting everything up. -1 star in my view..Version: 6.8.3
✓ DisappointingI believed this app would allow me to enter contacts on my iPhone and iPad and be able to see all contacts on both. I entered 2 contacts on the iPad and then synced taking notice of whether the 2 contacts would be synced. No mention of the new contacts when the app went to sync. I continued anyway. ✓ Corrupts iPhone contact dataThere’s an issue with this app. when I start a one way sync from iCloud to google on my iPhone, all of my iPhone contacts labels are deleted. For example, a contact with three numbers with one cell, one work, and one home with each number labeled as such will have those labels wiped and all showing as “phone” after the contact sync to google. This is also true for addresses and for email. I think this is a bug and I won’t use this app again unless it can be corrected. It’s been really annoying to have to keep resetting these and correcting every time the contact sync happens. I hope you can help. I’ve reported this weeks ago with a bug report and haven’t had reply..Version: 9.3.8

✓ Doesn’t workI have attempted to delete multiple contacts. I have deleted them from the app, from I phone, from google contacts. I have synced and they are deleted from all 3 . The next day with auto synch all of them have been recreated. It is maddening. I emailed their customer support and got no reply. I watched all the videos and FAQS. None of them address how to permanently delete a contact from all contact sites. Maybe they might respond to this but it have little hope. Don’t buy this app More info. Now I am losing contacts I did not delete. They contacted me through Apple and I again used the app to inquire and get help per their instructions and even gave my phone number no help. ✓ Worse than badI've had this product for about two years. I would have given it 4 or 5 stars two years ago. However, since loading it on my new iPhone it has been worse than bad. This product has actually cost me to lose opportunities because it randomly deletes contacts. People or business numbers you've had in your contact list for years will all of the sudden disappear from your contacts. Text history that goes back to the dawn of time will suddenly appear as simply a number without a name or contact info associated. Lest you think your troubles end their, going back to iPhone or Google contacts will result in numerous orphaned contacts. It's a nightmare. ✓ Fantastic AppThis app is great and backs up (syncs) all - not just changed or new contacts - from my ipad to icloud. Something my ipad cannot do despite assistance from Apple Help. And you can test it out for free before upgrading. Super. But is always giving problems in iPad in syncing Google to iCloud: addresses are sometimes doubled up, maps are often wrong post sync, … so have to go through all contact addresses and verify/ update !.Version: 9.2.5
