✓ ViewingGreat app but it missing multi screen watching at same time. Most of other brand you can watch 8 cameras or four cameras same time on iPhone screen. ✓ Frustrated for too long. Been patient.No longer works as well as it once sorta did. Not that it ever did work that well to begin with. There have been no app improvements over the last 12 months. The way it integrates with iPad is poor, even an iPad Pro via Wireless N wifi. App always opens in portrait mode, regardless of orientation. Crashes constantly since iOS10 release. Cannot display HD mode without crashing. The fact it displays cameras with gaps between the camera displays is downright frustrating. The fact you can't just click on the camera you want, that you are forced to scroll through camera's one by one until you find the one you need is just poor app design. It impedes your ability to quickly react to an event. Don't even try accessing the storage via the app. Wasting your time. My Funlux is incompatible with MacOS, so am forced to use apps. ✓ Last update was badSince the last update I am not able to view any of the pictures that are taken during the night. Also if I open the app on my iPad it will not allow me to see the pictures normally but instead they are very distorted. That was before this last update at the end of October 2016. Now it won't open any of the pictures it has taken. If I want to watch a live you no problem. Interesting app, Camars are really pretty decent and we're very inexpensive. ✓ Its ok when it worksIt constantly times out on the log in screen, but when it does work its ok, Lack of proper MAC support is notary good, The App is the only way to access the camera if you don’t have a windows PC and even then you still really need a windows PC to properly set up the camera, the motion sensor can be turned on and off from the app but you can’t set where the camera should detect motion or how sensitive it should be, you can’t set up the email alerts from the app either. the Support forum and zmodo web site are not very good either..Version: 1.3.53

It needs to let you enter the DNS info from dyndns or similar but there is nowhere to do so. How can they put this app out without checking it works. ✓ Really buggyI have never reviewed an app before but felt this app was so bad that it required pointing out to potential buyers of the ip camera. 1. Resolution sticks on SD and cannot be changed without quitting 2. Sound regularly cuts out and the app can't handle HD picture and sound together 3. Frequent Crashes and log outs with error 'Your internet connection is too slow.' (which it is not...) 4. The updates are actually making the app worse (yes it actually used to work fine, what are you guys playing at?) ✓ AVOID ZMODO AT ALL COSTI had bought their NVR 4 channel system in 2014. Downloaded this app. it was great all these years. I was able to see my cameras live in HD on my iPhone from anywhere as well as get motion alerts with a still picture. Then in 2016 there were a few updates of the program, now I can only see the cameras in low definition from my home wifi nowhere else like before. All the motion captured stills are not viewable. It's now just a junk system. You ask for help and they treat you like crap. DO NOT BY THIS BRAND. WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!!! Do yourself a favor and buy another brand. The camera seems to work live okay with a little bit of a lag time. When it comes to tying to check alarms you can't view anything from my iPhone or tablet. I can get on line in my computer but what's the point of that since I have my phone and tablet with me all the time. I started reading reviews and it seems like it's across the board. I did download another app Zmodo that has been much better. The lag time on camera is almost non existent and I can get everything on my phone, however I can't download that app to my iPad, so again still frustrated. ✓ Fix this please!!!!Software requires an urgent update!! The pictures that are taken due to motion detection show up as empty blank tiles on the preview page and even clicking on a preview tile makes no difference. Since I can't see the pictures taken by motion detection, this device is pretty useless. Be wary when buying that software doesn't work and there has not been an update in over a year. I don't think this device is supported anymore by the manufacturer else they would have fixed this problem along time ago as I see many others have also had the same problem. ✓ Worthless cameraI can no longer view anything "Live" if my iPhone is not connected to the exact same wifi network as the camera. What is the use of having this camera to view what's going on at home when I'm not home, when it will never connect when I'm on my LTE network?!? ✓ Needs major improvements.There are options like only having LD while on mobile internet which really get on your nerves. I have full 4G data connection in my town which is even faster than my home broadband yet I'm unable to change the quality to HD. You cannot save to camera roll, whatever you take (picture/video) is kept in the apps gallery and there is no way to save it to your own camera roll. The app is quite buggy. There are problems where you have to quit the app to make it work. Sound is buggy. Changing into landscape is buggy. Even the compute version is terrible and doesn't connect properly. Your company is being let down by your app. Nobody is going to buy your cameras if you have an extremely buggy unpolished app that doesn't work half the time.
