✓ Please make for MacBookThis is a great app, I love using it, however It is annoying to alway be on my phone when I have an awesome computer- how is it that iPads can use the app and MacBooks cannot… this would be awesome if you could make it compatible with the computer..Taija KVersion: 3.6.1

✓ UnprofessionalCustomer service by Blake D is not professional and comes off as aggressive if you disagree with the approach they have to your account. They unnecessarily flag you for account sharing for logging into a different device that is owned by yourself. I bought the app before it was subscription based. Money hungry since I’m not profitable I guess, a way to cancel my account right hlt? Surely I’m not the only person in the world who has multiple emails. As far as the functioning of the app, the questions and rationales are not what they used to be. Not difficult enough to reflect the RN nclex which is full of case study like scenarios. I found that Kaplan’s subscription based nclex study source is way better to study. It has full rationales and doesn’t list the same rationale for every answer. Kaplan also has a week by week guide that allows you to follow a guided pace with assistance starting with the how to’s on answering questions. ✓ Questions are flawedAfter taking nclex review classes, it is apparent that many questions are flawed on this app. There is a serious lack of nursing prioritization questions as well. Questions tend to steer toward more didactic information and promotes only memorization as opposed to critical thinking. The rationales behind questions and answers as well are also disappointing as it seems to be only textbook definitions of what the question involved, while very seldom actually giving legitimate rationale as to why an answer choice is wrong. The questions here also almost completely contradict what Hurst and Kaplan teach you when it comes to taking test questions and choosing answers. These questions are too open ended and do not lead the test taker to choose appropriate answers as they make the answer choices so vague that almost anything can be rationalized to be a right answer..Bayou RNVersion: 6.8.4625

✓ There’s so many better optionsIf you need something free for the 10 questions a day it’s fine I think but I did the 3 day trial and it’s awful. The questions are worded poorly and most of the explanations are worse. I feel like the answers it gives aren’t even right. (On one it had assessment for sepsis before making sure the confused patient is safe in the bed). And if you comment and Nurse Barb deigns you deserve a reply she’s kind of defensive and bad at explaining any further. Also I did their pre test and it said I had a 90% chance of passing and then on their home page it says I basically have no shot. Even though I get like 60% of questions right which I think is around goal. They just say that so you’ll pay to study more. ✓ Really?I normally only write 5 star reviews but I was inclined to write about this shenanigans. I purchased this app when it first came out and I wasn’t even notified that I would lose my purchased items (which unlocked every feature) and now I can’t access anything without purchasing a subscription? C’mon developers? The only reason why you guys have grown popular is because users like me would highly recommend this app to any one who saw us studying through this app. Now? I’m more inclined to try another app and wouldn’t recommend this app or online access to any one. I know you’re response will be something like “we’re sorry you feel that way please email so and so to this department so we can properly address this issue”. ✓ Annoyed...Everything is still great, but one of the recent updates did a weird thing where it reset my percentage of correctly answered questions. It is only showing the amount of questions I’ve answered and the percentage I’ve gotten correct since that update. The subject breakdown still shows the bars with the correct amount of green, yellow, and red, but if I haven’t answered any questions from that subject since the update, it is either saying 100% or 0%. I’m a little worried this isn’t going to get fixed and I’m not going to know the total number of questions I’ve answered correctly. And since I paid for the full unlocked app, the $24 unlock, I really hope it does since it’s such a great and useful app otherwise..Blank boxesVersion: 5.19.0

✓ Could use some workI loved this app because it helped me tremendously when I was preparing for my NCLEX-PN four years ago. The mock NCLEX-RN is a definite plus. Looks and feels just like the real deal. However, it seems that some recent changes made are making the app slower and more prone to glitches. Questions are often repeated so it’s hard to tell if the numbers advertised are accurate or not. It often kicks me out while I’m in the middle of quizzes. ✓ What happened?!I’m no longer able to access questions & topics that were just on the app a week ago. I’ve only got 3 topics areas & several videos to review. I’ve tried everything I could think of to reset it, but it’s still the same. I even redownloaded the other mastery app to see if it was the same on that one. Same thing, expect there are not even half the questions that were once available. I’m not paying money for something that is giving me 1/4 of what I originally agreed to pay for. This is so upsetting because I used to love this app. **Trying to find a way to get a hold of the company for a refund after resubscribing, finding NOTHING useful, & deleting the app after 1 hour but there is NOTHING on the website to do so..ChelB18Version: 8.52.8261

✓ InconsistentI’m currently studying for the NCLEX-RN. I’ve used Saunders, ATI, and UWorld. I hate to be harsh, but I personally find this one to be the least trustworthy. There are often spelling and grammatical errors, the questions and answers can be extremely vague/broad in interpretation and there are inconsistencies in the rationales. For example, this rationale states, “Clients with a disease of more than 20 years have a greater risk of developing hypertensive disorders of pregnancy. Management of the disease, not length of disease, is the greater key to prevention of additional complications.” So is it length of time or management....? Whatever the intended explanation, it’s not well-put. I do think it’s good to use one or two different review sources for studying to get well rounded content and questions, but I often find myself more confused after using this. ✓ OkGreat app when it comes to test. However, for the price I expected much more study information. This app should and needs to be in my opinion an all in one app for nurses. For the price I would have expected more information to study such as pathophysiology for nurses. This is a good app but because of the price i believe this could offer more.
