✓ Doesn’t work and zero supportThis used to work fine. Now after the purchase of multiple credits it only works intermittently. This is the type of service that needs to be reliable. No point on using it if you don’t know if it’s recording or not. Now when I press the ‘merge calls’ button note often than not the call recorder number hangs up. I’ve had may painful conversations with them on email and (when they bother replying) they either give a half answer or no answer at all. Bottom line is I’ve paid them lots of money for no service. ✓ Works but...So the app worked fine with recording a call... but then it changed my number on every outgoing call to the fake number! I use my line for business and missed a couple of calls because the fake number they assigned to record was actually a working number. Lastly, you also have to pay extra for the recoding transcript $4 + tax per 2 minutes of recording was what I paid. This is simply not true and people do not understand the law. in most states the law is called a one party rule. it simply means that only one party needs knowledge that the recording is taking place. ✓ Working fineThis app has worked fine for me. No issues getting it to work. It’s EXACTLY like adding another call to your current conversation, so it requires a smidge of knowledge of how your phone and the world works. My issue is that a one hour call was too large to share? Something about running out of tokens or credits? Don’t know what that means and no mention of it in here or in the app itself. No clarification on it whatsoever. So I guess I’ll have to buy something else, even though this is the best product I have tried so far. I went to use the app for a third call recording and got a message that I don't have enough credits and I would need to purchase more credits in order to use. For one thing , I thought this app provided recordings with 60 seconds of playback, no purchasing involved. I would be happy to pay for an app worthwhile but since I have barely gotten any use nor do I know what the two recordings I have even sound like, I do not plan to pay for the unknown. Additionally it is very unclear what $9.99 even covers. Is that for unlimited access for one month? One year? Why would I need an additional 20 minutes of recording time if I purchase one year of allegedly unlimited service? ✓ I paid it for this for legal purposesLegally you’re not allowed to record someone without their knowledge, however when you’re in a situation where you’re dealing with very sketchy people you need to make sure that you’re covered and your story checks out. Now during the first conversation when I informed the person I was recording them and they said OK, it just so happens that this app then disconnected and now I don’t have that on the recording that I need it for. The other time, of course the one where I notify the other person the call recording app does not disconnect but sure as hell records her saying that she does not want to be recorded. So overall it’s a handy app and good to have, a little complicated in the sense of having to call and then merge calls and what not So the money I don’t think it was worth it but the only way to get a full recording and save it of course is to buy it. ✓ FrustratedI’ve had this app for years and it’s worked well for me up until recently. On my last four calls it hung up while I was recording. I reached out to customer service about it and they got back to me the first time asking that I make sure I’m connected. I needed to record one call and have it play back FULLY I really don't want to pay for a single call to be listened to. I find that allowing that first call to be able to be listened to without paying the fee would go a lot further than just giving it 60 seconds of the call. I’ve been working in State Law Enforcement in the state I live in now for 19 1/2 years and know quite well what’s allowed and what is not.....like I said...in certain states and jurisdictions....check you laws people....if it’s not allowed....leave that lame worthless state then as soon as you can and give their government no more of your money....or stand up and change such a ridiculous law....Hit your state & goofy politicians in the pocket book where it counts for them and you’ll see changes post-haste.
