You have to buy more advanced lessons, but the are only $0.99 for a dozen more. I will definitely being doing that once I get the basics down, which may take a while!! Starting with recommendations about hoop size and weight you progress to controling the hoop from the hips to the neck. The written instructions are clear, concise and the accompanying videos are done by a virtuoso. Whether you are a visual or intellectual learner you will be able to progress at a good pace - at least I have. Your results may vary, I'm only 67 so I learn fairly fast ;).
