✓ Fun game but keeps asking for notificationsReally fun game. Some dark patterns to keep you engaged - event that require you to keep playing it often to win stuff. Asked me multiple times if I want notifications even after I said no the first time. Still fun though..Version: 1.0.1
✓ I love it but something freaked me outHi! I love playing snake Io all the time! But there was one thing that sort of freaked me out a bit… so after the over the rainbow event happened, I got the Curris skin. I was going to go equip the amazing skin so I can play with it next time I play a round of snake Io. But then something totally changed. He all of the skins names totally changed. Yaya was Sirrus Bite, Madeleine was Bubblegum, and Billy was Orange Julius. I was so confused and I thought that would never happen in 1 million years. but the game it’s self is still wonderful and I absolutely love to sneak out you know a lot. Very addictive and fun! If you can fix all of this, then THANK YOU!!!!! KOOAPPS IS THE BEST!!!!!.Version: 1.0.1

✓ Fun but very limitedThis game is great for unwinding and chilling but it’s just too easy. The ai is very basic and I always quickly and easily end up being ranked 1st in the game. Ridiculous that this isn’t actually a multiplayer game. At no point do you play anyone else. YOU ONLY PLAY AGAINST A COMPUTER. The game tries to lie to you and make it look like you’re playing against humans. But you are not.Version: 1.0.1
✓ Good, but……I really enjoy this game. It’s a good time waster and can be very addicting if you’re good at getting big ‘snecks’. I enjoy playing the events and the dailies, but I wish the dailies were actual DAILIES. I wish they would last for 24 hours and then go away. There have been a few skins on the dailies that I don’t want, like Peppo the Pizza Cat, but if I wait 24 hours, it’s still there listed as a daily. Which means I can’t get to my next daily and new skin without actually putting time and energy into earning Peppo, the ugly skin that I don’t want. Please make dailies actual dailies so that if you don’t earn them in time you lose them and will have to wait til they come around again to earn them..Version: 1.0.1

✓ I was having a blast…For some reason as of today they seem to have added a boss to the base game, and it’s no longer enjoyable. It is fun to have the boss in the events where there are boosters, as with those it’s physically possible to beat them, but those aren’t in the base game so when the boss’s tail takes up the entire screen when it needs to be hit 5-6 times, you can’t make it to the target in time. Immediately ruined the game for me and I imagine I’m not alone in that..Version: 1.0.0
✓ No Daily ChallengesGame is awesome. My only complaint is the skins I have left to unlock are mostly “daily challenges.” However, when I open the app it quickly shows the challenge and then disappears before I can click it. If they would update that bug I would easily give it 5 stars. I also don’t like how long the special challenges last. The one I’m on now lasts about two weeks. We’ll see if I can do daily challenges once it’s over..Version: 1.0.0

✓ This game is against bots.Today to test the theory I turned off my Wi-Fi thinking that this game would fail. ✓ Fake Multiplayer!After a few games, you might notice that you are much better than every other player you encounter. That’s because these .io games usually use fake multiplayer. Every other snake in the game is actually a bot. You can even test this by putting your phone into airplane mode while in the middle of a game. The “multiplayer” game will continue even though your phone is no longer connected to the Internet. Very lame, and another disappointment from Apple Arcade..Version: 1.0.1

✓ Fun mechanics, but needs win conditionEnjoyed the competitive snake, good speed and responsive controls. Game is really fun once you get towards the top of the leaderboard, but once you start dominating score >5,000 you snow ball too hard and game gets pretty boring, starts to feel like late game capitalism… There needs to be a win condition to end the game after a certain score, number of kills, or last snake standing..Version: 1.0.0
✓ Good for kidsGame is offline (you play against 100% bots).. which is fine, but it gets boring very quickly as you learn how to outsmart the bots. Maybe 2-3 days of fun, after that the only thing left to do is grind the same event repeatedly for 14 days to unlock new skins. The good: Very polished game, responsive controls, nice audio and cute skins. No griefing/harassment or potentially x-rated names because you’re playing bots. Highly recommended for kids, but anyone 12+ can safely pass on this game. Also, I’m logged in via Apple Arcade and Game Center but progress isn’t shared between iPad and iPhone..Version: 1.0.3

✓ It’s all AI and a bad snake game tbhUnlike most online IO interactive games, this one is 100% bots and (bad) AI. Gets old rather quick when you see how badly done the other snakes are in fighting you. Rather easy to get to a size where you can wrap around the board twice. Try going offline - game works great… so much for a PvP game here with real people. Really disappointing that your snake also doesn’t tighten like other snake games and follows the path 100% leaving you squeezing a snake with a coil impossible. Makes it hard to entrap those perfect bots who love going in circles far too long. Plus if they don’t give up 1:1 what they are in points either. Once tried killing a 1500 size snake and only got a fraction. Only fun in this game is for those who sold out to Apple on it - that’s it..Version: v1.0.2
✓ CHEATED ME AND OTHER PLAYERSThere is a challenge right now to be in the top 200 till June 27th. I started the day the challenge opened up. I worked hard for hours trying to make it to number 1. I finally reached number three and I felt soooo good about how close I was to number one. I even took screenshots of it. I didn’t play for almost 24 hours because I had to work a double shift. But when I went to log on it had me with a score of 0 and started me all over. And I know I wasn’t the only player affected because the other top players were no longer on the board it was a whole new different name as number 1 with only 100,000 points when the top player had over a half a million points and I was at 300,000 HOW CAN THAT BE? I even sent an email TWICE to the makers and I haven’t gotten a response at all, no explanation, not even an apology for the malfunction or whatever it was that could’ve possibly happened. Such a huge waste of time for all my hard work to go down the drain. Thought this would’ve been my favorite game of all time but since that, I think otherwise..Version: 1.0.0

✓ The AI is PatheticThe computer controlled snakes have zero delay in movement, they can mirror every move you make, which means you can only kill them if the games wants you to. It would be great but the sham AI destroys all fun, and makes the game tedious and frustrating. Give it a go and you will see what I mean, with screen recording you can see it either cheats or is the greatest AI ever created, I think it’s more likely that it is reading your inputs, absolute garbage..Version: v1.0.2
