✓ Appalling appI use Figma and FigJam like my life depends on it, I can’t believe they wasted so much time on creating a separate app without fixing all of its issues first. The iPad is a touch first device, you cannot force the use of a keyboard or trackpad on a touch device. The virtual keyboard sometimes appears, sometimes is the iphone keyboard, sometimes it’s not even there. The pencil integration is borderline ridiculous, like none of the developers ever used one. Automatic features are just annoyingly wrong: if you type on a long sticky note, it will always be centered and covered by the keyboard (if it’s there!); there’s no shape recognition for the pencil, only a ruler that creates straight lines horizontally or vertically, and they don’t snap to the grid; shapes instead snap to the grid and there is no way to change that at all; there are no keyboard suggestions; there is no autocorrect; if you want to have the laugh of your life, try using dictation; the automatic selection of “pointer” or “free move” is just wrong, it doesn’t make any sense whatsoever. They spend so much time perfecting micro animations and introducing weird stuff like the new tool bar instead of focusing on creating a great app. It should make my job easier, not more stressful!.CerebrollywoodVersion: 23.6.0

✓ Terrible offline supportConstantly losing work cause the app thinks it’s offline (it’s not), never saves the data, and never reconnects until it’s force closed (which then kills all data because it didn’t save it)..Wouda thought thatVersion: 23.10.0

✓ Semi-sweet jamThe app isn’t stable. Crashes frequently. Multi-select is sorely needed on iPad. If it’s there it’s not obvious. iPad mouse support to select text and text boxes would be super welcome too. However despite those criticisms the app is useful. Would love to see Figma produce an iPad app for Figma App too. Now that Adobe sale fell through sorry bout that for the $$$ but adobe would have ruined the product imo. Please bring data tables and real HTML dom components to Figma. In most cases we are designing for web apps so please make that part of the app experience. ✓ Drawing UX is poorIt randomly triggers undo or redo when I’m trying to write on the board using Apple Pencil. Very frustrating experience. I find my notes to be inaccurate because it triggered those actions and I didn’t notice.._bekzod_Version: 23.6.0
