✓ Still some bugs to iron outThe interface is difficult to follow for messages. The icon to send a message in dark mode is black like the background. I also had a lot of issues with scheduling a call with my trainer..CelofsonVersion: 5.10.0

✓ App is a disasterI paid a whole lot of money based on promises that were not at all true!! This app is a disaster. My exercise plans are so corrupted I get 6 or 7 difference 45 min. exercise plans posted for the same day! My coach says a monthly meal plan has been posted but I can not find it on the app. I get no notifications when my coach posts a message! She keeps having to call the company to ask them to fix the mess, but they do not do anything. She says they are having so many problems with this app they can not Handel them all. ✓ Do not fall for itIt’s funny you feel down because you don’t look the same anymore. You’re scrolling through Facebook and bam, you’re tired, this guy Vince is a genius! Get the 140 shredded plan. Bam, someone from India is zooming you. Bam they talk you through some garbage. Bam they signed you up for crap you don’t want. Then, within 24 hours I check my card. $2,000 charged to the card. Tell them to cancel the VERY NEXT DAY. “Nope sorry sir if you look at our no refund policy….” This company is fraudulent and so are all of the fake reviews. Please for the love of god do not support this company. Look yourself in the mirror and tell yourself I can do this. Do not spend a dollar on this scam artist. Pills will not make you lose fat. ✓ App needs a lot of workThe transition from what we were using before to this is a rough one. This app and the flow really need to be worked on. Technically I’m having an issue receiving alerts even though alerts are turned on I’m still not receiving audible alerts when messages from my trainer come across. I get emails and a pop up but I don’t constantly check emails or watch for silent pops to appear. Not being able to review the exercises prior to starting that days workout without the timer starting is also very awkward and makes it difficult to plan for the days workout. Not sure who tested this out before hand but it’s not working for me..LO from RIVersion: 5.10.0

✓ Poor app User experienceDoesn’t retain previous weights on workouts, doesn’t allow file attachments from iOS app. Slow. Doesn’t allow to pause a workout and jump to another one. Overall needs a UI overhaul and a proper UIUX engineer to fix the experience..DerhornspielerVersion: 5.10.0

✓ If it sounds too good to be true, it is.Vince is a top notch sales person. Look for him selling ice cubes in the north pole next. In the video, he promises that his team will “hold your hand every step of the way.” After you spend for the package, the pills, you still have not idea what to do. And if you ask, you are told to buy another pAckage to find out what to eat, and another for this, and another for that, all at $67 each. This is where the hand comes in, actually it’s a finger, and I think you can guess which one. ✓ Currently unstableAfter waiting a few weeks I got what I needed to login, unfortunately the app crashes every time I log in. The store says that the application is compatible (iPhone 8 16.5.1 latest iOS update) but so far this doesn't seem to be the case. Luckily there is a desktop format that I can login to but haven’t had the time to try, but as of rn for me at least the application on mobile does not function..The ine who lost it allVersion: 5.10.0

✓ Send Notifications!I am super frustrated with the new app! I have all of my notifications enabled, yet I don’t receive any alert when my trainer sends me a notification. Also, the app was set to a different time zone so between not getting notified that my trainer was trying to message me and not realizing the time zone difference, I missed our 1 on 1 call. So, check your time zone when you download the app! But, VShred, PLEASE fix the notification issue!! I see in the reviews that I’m not the first to mention this. It’d be nice to not have to constantly check my phone to see if my trainer is trying to contact me…especially after all the $$$$ I have spent. 🙃 Workout platform is a FANTASTIC upgrade though!.MPDSylviaVersion: 5.10.0
