What is Day Progress? Description of Day Progress 616 chars
Keep track of the time remaining in your day, right in the menu bar.
Use this as a visual cue to stay motivated and manage time more efficiently.
You can customize your day's start and end times. Even allowing for a day's end past midnight, such as 2 AM.
Choose between a progress pie or bar, showcasing it with a percentage, the remaining time, or minutes left.
The simplicity is a feature. I don't plan to add a lot of advanced features. It is also not a time tracker.
Tip: You can set the day range from Shortcuts, which you could use to make time presets.

Day Progress Pros
✓ Great Little AppNice menu bar icon that shows how much of the current day's working hours have passed in the system's timezone. Has a few minor customization options such as the ability to change the kind of progress indicator that will be shown, as well as it's size; and a few other items relating to how it represents progress. Small gripe is that whenever you open its menu, it blares "5 HOURS REMAINING" or whatever, which immediately stresses me out. You can also do night shifts as far as I can tell. To the dev: would be nice if, when you put it in count-down mode, the progress bar would go left-to-right, as it seems more natural, to me for a count-down; maybe just being able to customize direction would be nice — thanks!
