✓ Mildly concernedThe graphics are pretty and the tech is interesting, but it can be difficult to figure out what you’re supposed to do with each graphic and the high-pitched noise used in the app gave me a pretty bad headache. The volume also has to be pretty loud for it to work, which is inconvenient when you’re the only person awake in the house and you’re trying to relax so you can go to sleep..1andOnlyPlumVersion: 1.0.4

✓ No ideaI have no idea how you’re really supposed to use this with your hand. It’s not relaxing if one hand is holding your device and the other is waving back and forth in front of it? I downloaded it on my iPad. Better examples of how its actually supposed to be used wld really help. Instead, I just held it and did the breathing sequence and that was very relaxing but still wasn’t sure how my hand in front of the speaker would augment this?
