✓ App is from 1990Being an uk bank operating in many international jurisdictions the app design and website is so third class. Its the work of an amateur developer done at least 15 years ago... the world has moved on and other banks operating within pakistan have much nice and better looking apps with more functionalities and easier layout... the otp is hit and miss the email otp never arrives on first try.. you need to invest in technology scb!!!!.Version: 2.0.6

✓ Search FunctionThe app works great for payings bills, face ID also works great BUUT transferring money to someone is a hassle. In fact its extremely frustrating, there is no search feature. Every time I have to transfer money to someone I have to manually go through the list, page after page, to find the person and only then I can transfer. ✓ PetheticI have tried registering the new app for the last 3 days. When it comes to the selfie part, the app gives error of poor lighting. I have tried every bit of instructions like white background open all lights in the room, then went outside in direct sunlight, tried all angles, but the error stays on the screen like the app is non functional. Tried switching camera permission on and of several rimes but no use. I don’t understand as to why banks like them thinks that people have time to waste and so to get them on pathetic apps like this..Version: 3.18.3

✓ Worst banking app everI opened my Roshan digital account around 2 months ago but still can not register my account on this disastrous application, every time I’m on registration page it shows some find of error and the help centre staff is useless always ask me to call after 24 hours so they can refresh my account. Other local Pakistan banks are doing pretty good, feeling annoyed and it was my worst decision to go for SC Pakistan..Version: 2.1.8

✓ Easy to use app but crashes a lotThe app crashes and reloads 7-8 times every time I need to open it. Once I’m in, it works well, the interface is intuitive and easy to run. I’d give it a 4 star rating if it didn’t crash/refresh 7-8 times before launching. Because of this issue, it takes a good 5 mins to be able to just run the app. (Phone used is iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 16.2).Version: 3.18.4

✓ Please updateHi, your app is good, however if you look at apps for standard chartered across the world, they are much better in terms of user friendliness. The Touch ID doesn’t work, I thought may be I have to update and once came to store to update found this is the most updated version. ✓ Latest version not logging inKeeps on giving error SC mobile key registration unsuccessful. Not working even after reinstalling app. Looks like some security related changes had been made and rolled those out to user without first testing those! Website also not login in as it seems it is tied up to this new mobile key thing which is not working. Hire some QA guys to do testing before you roll out updates.
